My question is whether the individual states really do have the power to change the election’s parameters as far as the federal component (President, House, Senate) is concerned. Should early voting really be legal, for federal office? Should any ballot received after the election date legally be counted for federal offices? Don’t have a good answer for you, others may have additional info. AFAIK the Constitution specifies when federal elections are held. Whether early voting is legal or if ballot postmarks are a legal way to determine eligible votes are questions yet to be settled. While states can conduct purely internal elections to suit themselves (within limits), the constraints on running elections for federal offices will likely be taken up by the courts in the next few weeks.

Thinking clearly as I am, I know that there are two possibilities we face. The first and most likely possibility is that there will be court cases and lots of disenfranchised voters (thank the Democrats for that) and Trump wins.
The other possibility is that the courts decide to make decisions based on not wanting to upset the boat, and that causes an internal civil war. Trump loses. We all lose to a degree, but we maybe win in the end, I am not sure.
All I know is, when I see peaceniks talking about bringing guns to DC it’s gonna get ugly. And I can’t even say it’s crazy talk at this point. If an election was overriden to this point by cheating, why would anyone believe in elections ever again? What do you do at that point? Say “oh well, we just can’t beat ’em”?

I don’t know if checked out but Gateway had interview with Chinese lady poll watcher in Detroit ( at main ballot center , I believe,) election night to 5AM next day . Last 1/2 of 17 minute interview relevant 1) ballot counters stopped counting / finished at about 1AM processed about 7000 votes ( takes about 15 minutes or so to process) , had no more to count 2) little after 4AM van pulls up with she counted 61 boxes of ballots she said “ what kind of election is this , felt like a drug deal . These votes are just from Detroit ,why did they not show up before , just coming from Detroit not China” 3) Boxes unloaded but no counting took place and then she and counters left at 5AM with no ballots counted since they stopped at 1AM and new boxes left uncounted .4) at home at 7 AM she hears that more than 100,000 ballots Tallied at HER location . 5) she says that is impossible , ( she gave number of tables / counters / ) could not possibly tally another 100,000 between 5 AM and 7AM and there were no more tallies after 1AM stoppage till time she left- even after 4AM dump . ….. WTF . As American Thinker said a little larceny is assumed but a massive theft on this scale cannot be tolerated . Amen

I must say I actually am beginning to think this WAS possible.
After seeing the entire Russell Ramsland interview, his main point is in order to capture the manipulated wifi/internet computer updates or transfers of vote tallies, one must see it taking place in real time. There are logs that can be partially assessed after the act, but the real time captures are important.
Ramsland also specifically explained that in order to assess how many physical ballots or computerized flips are needed, a few votes can be done locally, but large ones are done by other remote means. The information is requested from other computer servers, so you can see where the requests are coming from. The servers that he is speaking about are physically in Germany.
So, if Tom Graham is for real (he is followed by General Flynn) the Election Night SCIF monitoring may be the real thing.
This would absolutely explain President Trump’s comments around 2:30 AM on November 4th saying he hoped no one was planning to dump ballots at 4 AM.
And lo and behold, the ballot dump occurred at 4 AM. And it was massive…in five states.

I posted a rather long post here, and it doesn’t appear to have shown up. I have done an analysis by county by some of the states in the key counties. Would be interesting to share and have others contribute, but not sure there is that functionality. The premise of my post was there has always been fraud in Philly and Detroit and the numbers don’t look that different from 2016 to 2017 in Wayne County (Detroit) or Philadelphia. Wayne 69% Hillary 69% Biden, and Philly 84% Hillary 82% Biden. The one thing that sticks out in Philly is that 4,491 less people voted in 2020 than 2016. This is odd. Especially considering the ease of mail in and the increase nearly everywhere else. Maybe this means there are many more votes, to count, or that there was an attempt at a lot of fraud in 2016 that didn’t work out.
another example of analysis (for insight used Descision Desk numbers 2020 (current) and NY times numbers from 2016. Kent County – generally a Republican County voted 48% Hillary and then 53% Biden – this is strange and perhaps associated with the voting system / software that may have malfunctioned to add votes for Biden. What if – the battle isn’t Phily and Detroit, but rather they conducted Fraud in these larger Republican districts, this would serve two purposes (it would shift the allegations to a republican county, and it would also mean that too much time and resources would be poured into Detroit and Philadelphia as a distraction of resources. We should look for more of these counties that were Red in 2016 and shifted to blue in 2020. Maricopa county – Hillary 48% Biden 52%. example.
Another interesting statistic (i don’t have) but what was the total African American vote raw number from 2008, 2012, and now compare those two to Biden. Did more African Americans vote for Biden than Obama?

The link above is a great analysis – and it needs to see the light of day – so that the right people on the Trump campaign start looking into it. Most of this hypothesis creates significant suspicions, but needs to be communicated in a simple way and to the public through a lawyer like Giuliani who can add the legal argument logic to it. I’m of the opinion: 1) Follow through on the cases in Detroit and Philly, Atlanta, and Nevada, but don’t put all your egg in one basket. 2) Find statisticians such as this that can take a deep dive into the results being reported to find statistical improbabilities that near 100% unlikely to occur without fraud. Example – Kent County Michigan – Red County, but close due to big city Grand Rapids. Here votes surged from 16 by 23%, and of those votes 74% went to Biden. Then let’s look at where the race was at end of Tuesday night and where it is now. Are we to believe in a Red County 90 plus percent of the post election night results went to Biden?
This is exactly what I believe may have happened in my NY county in the opposite direction. The down ballot races do not match with the Presidential one.

Those 2 “Independents” are Bernie Sanders and Angus King who caucus and vote 100% lock step democrat (also Bernie Sanders should be a recognizable even to foreigners as having run for Federal Office as a Democrat). This make Mitch McConnell Senate leader in NAME only as Chuck Schumer, the “minority leader” has 50 votes (not 48) vs McConnell’s 50. What does that mean:
1. The democrats can filibuster anything in the Senate as needed.
2. The democrats can stop a vote by the whole senate by killing a quorum (not showing up to vote), as needed.
3. McConnell will have compromise if the Senate is to pass any legislation, no legislative nuclear option.
4. The president will have no choices for any appointees.
5. if if he wanted to, McConnell can make NO new senate rules for operation with Schumer’s consent.
You get the picture….It will be Obama’s “pen and cell phone” with Joe Biden or Kamala Harris signing stuff as told, just as Obama did for 8 years.
Plus if Biden’s election survives the legal challenge, Kamala Harris breaks the 505-50 tie on legislation being voted upon. In some cases, Chuck Schumer can turn the nuclear legislation tables on McConnell.

With the guaranteed wall to wall Sunday shows cementing the narrative with probably even some Reps calling for Trump to conceed, Monday better be one for the record books from our team. Now I dont think for a minute Trump will give in before Bush (who didn’t even as his went into December), Monday needs to have something more concrete than an “unfair” tweet or a “we’ll show ’em” press conference. A tweet about I got more votes than Obama is just silly unless you can prove that you got more votes than the guy you are running against now.
My thoughts on stopping counting. This stop counting for administrative duties is highly susoect. Any more than maybe an hour of stop voting (and that is pushing it) I think there needs to be some legal arguement made that the total vote count needs to be frozen at that time. All votes after that must be highly scrutinized. Just being told to leave your boxes on the table Nd go home for evening doesn’t work. Chain of custody is paramount here.
When I did soil/groundwater testing the chain of custody was extensive and that was just dirt and water. When I have done state testing for my school, the box (with testing materials with, yes bubbles filled in) is zip tied with a single use numbered zip tie. Each time I entered the box, I cut the zip tie and there was a QR code I had to complete on why I was getting into the box. In this voting situation. A box should be counted and zip tied. The totals for that box need to be kept in several independent locations, the vote count head person and maybe a tally sheet/flash drive for a Biden and Trump observer and one for the box counter. All sign off on the total. And box is sealed. If ever vote question the box is recounted and all numbers must match or thrown out. Any box with out all 4 signatures is thrown out.

slightly more important than dirt, water, or a state test, but anything after “counting stopped for the night for administrative duties” or anything must be totally segregated.

Looking at what is left out there (~118,000 votes), I do not think there are enough votes left that will allow Trump to surpass Biden in AZ without taking at least 60% of them — and that is unlikely.
It seems to me we are going to have to depend a recount and tossing of fraudulent ballots.
