Not clear to me.
There are three ways that I know of that letters can be ‘canceled’ or dated. One is by machines and today those are mostly in sorting centers. The other is a hand stamp that is likely at every station in every PO. It’s not a high theft item, because it cancels the stamp and that isn’t a usual money making operation. The third, and unlikely to be used for back dating is private postage meters.
It was likely done with hand stamps and they stick out like a sore thumb.
People have claimed that all mail is somehow photocopied. Coming and going. If they take pictures, there is meta data behind these images.. that may conflict with the date stamp. I hope that is true..

Great Comment. The biggest problem right now for Trump is he doesn’t have access to any of the evidence. The ballots, the voter rolls, the software are all under lockdown by the DEMS (some rolls can be bought but they haven’t been updated with the recent new registrations). The DEMS right now are furiously destroying and bleach bitting evidence. Hackers are trying to remove their intrusion evidence. Voter rolls are being cleaned up in regards to voter registration. 10ks of invalid ballots are being cured by operatives as we speak through new signatures etc. WE NEED TO LOCKDOWN THE EVIDENCE. We need security camera footage of all the counting places and from all surrounding businesses. We need to find out who was allowed in the Detroit, Milwaukee, and Atlanta polling places at night for ballot dumps. We need to be subpoenaing phone records and emails for poll works, especially supervisors, and the democrats observers. We need to subpoena the phone and email records of local postal workers in the cities, especially the supervisors, ditto the distribution centers.
The problem the President needs to overcome is that some of this evidence is going to require a RICO investigation from the DOJ. Election law challenges aren’t going to allow you to sweep up this kind of evidence. Criminal actions involving this level of conspiracy require the Department of Justice.

I’m an R as long as Trump is in the White House. I wouldn’t leave yet as that could look like people leaving R because they don’t support Trump. If Trump leaves the White House, I will stay R so I can vote for MAGA candidates in the primary who are most likely to run R but that’s just strategic and not because of any loyalty to the GOP. Of course, this could change as circumstances also change.

An idea whose time has come?
Reality that is becoming ever more evident to me:
Here’s one problem with the idea that the 71 mil who voted for Trump will stand united against the fraud we have and are witnessing, including the MSM declaration that Joe Biden won:
I am the youngest of 4 siblings with 3 older brothers. I am 55 (will be 56 in January) so I was born at the very tail end of the “baby boomer” generation. My brothers are all solidly boomers with the youngest of the 3 being 7 years older than me. In addition, I work with 3 attorneys who are all boomers and 2 of .3 are Trump voters as are all 3 of my older brothers.
To a one (and this is consistent with others I have spoken with since the election), they are wiling to just accept that Biden won and the world isn’t going to end and we still have control of the Senate and blah, blah, blah.
You see, they (and many of us) were raised/came of age during a time of civil political discourse. The idea that voter fraud could be pervasive enough to flip an election was unheard of. People had their political leanings but politics weren’t talked about in “polite company”. Friends, neighbors and relatives had different political views and that’s all they were. It did not affect their relationships. There was, of course, the ultra left radicals of the 60s-70s, but they were looked poorly on by both sides for the most part – “dirty hippies” to be disregarded.
The political pendulum swung left, it swung right and if you lose this one you win the next one and life goes on.
That’s the mentality we’re up against with mobilizing the 71 mil that came out for Trump. They’re disappointed to be sure. They don’t like the idea of 4 years of Biden/Harris, but they honestly don’t see the constitutional crisis the rest of us do.
Therefore, it’s going to be up to a percentage of us to make the difference, somehow, or figure out how to change a lifetime of embedded norms and mores. That’s not easily done, unfortunately.

It’s clear that we’re not fighting back effectively. I put up a pro Trump music video just before the election. It spread and was almost all up votes by us with some down votes by them. That’s changed since the election. While I AM deleting all the delighted comments exulting that they got us, they’re taking the game by down-arrowing the video without our side fighting back with up arrows for our side. It’s now the video with the lowest percentage of up votes to down votes in the whole collection, and looks like it will just get worse. FRUSTRATING! But it’s symbolic to me of this election going down because we didn’t deal with the censorship issue before the fraud started. That, to me, was the center of everything.

Dem operatives are already announcing plans to mass migrate voters to Georgia: Short term sublet, one utility bill and they can select who controls the Senate. There is talk that Bloomberg, Soros and other billionaires will fund such short term moves.
Georgia Republicans must act to prevent such abuse now; not be the typical RINOs who play nice, take no action and then after the fact issue sternly worded condemnations. I would suggest a two-prong attack. First, Georgia GOP should file suit on Monday in Federal Court seeking an Order prohibiting any new Voter Registration between the first election and the run-off election. In Bush v. Gore, the Supreme Court ruled that Equal Protection prevents treating voters in one jurisdiction (counties) differently than voters in another jurisdiction. Under similar principles, Equal Protection must require that one voter is not allowed to vote twice in the same Senate election (I.e., cast a vote in South Carolina in November and then also vote in Georgia in December). Bear in mind that any appeal would go to the Conservative Eleventh Circuit; 7 Republican appointees and even the Bush appointees are solid Conservatives, and just five Democrat appointees some of whom are somewhat moderate. I would expect a 7-5 party line split. I also would expect that SCOTUS would deny cert.
Second, the Georgia Legislature should pass a bill (Republican Governor would sign) that limits voting in the run-off election to persons who were registered as of November 3rd. Such bill also should make it a Felony for anyone who voted in another State to vote in the Run-Off Election.
What if we do the same? If we snatch up the short term rentals, where can they go?

Rather than getting upset over the Daily Mail’s interpretation of Laura Ingraham’s comments, I’m contemplated this man’s profound words.
I for one would find it much easier to wade through the weeds on this if I knew what the state of things currently were.
Does anyone know or can they point me to a resource for the following?
1. What lawsuits from the Trump campaign are active, what is their state, and expected hearing dates?
2. Which states are performing recounts? Georgia, I think i heard.
3. Which states are performing audits? Is the Michigan committee actually doing anything, or is like most committees and pretending to do something?
I think if someone were to list each state, the current lead/deficit in that state, and actual ongoing legal challenges it would be extremely helpful because then people would know where to focus their attention.
They are going to start filing lawsuits on Monday. They may have to wait until results are finalized to request recounts, but those will be filed wherever they can.
Also, expect a ruling from SCOTUS on the late PA ballots. Alito will refer that to the whole court for final ruling. PA filed its response Saturday afternoon.

Elementary question but can’t wrap my head around it. How can you prove backdated ballots when postmarks weren’t required? How can you put a number on those?
There should be numbering and arrival marking processes in place.
But with fully corrupted Philadelphia … they ignore even SCOTUS orders.
Mail in ballots and the return envelopes were marked with additional serial numbers that encoded the voter id, before they were issued.
The USPS mail handling machines photo these ids, and are timestamped.
They can be tracked through the entire USPS system, unless they were hand collected and snuck in at 4AM.
You can’t. But what if the ballots were forged by very clever paper companies in China, that don’t have the “orange” (HAHAHAHA) dots arranged in a particular way per blockchain technology? DHS has authority over producing the ballot paper now. They provided the paper or the print heads (just as are used to print the paper for our currency) that created the only legal ballot paper. Anything else are fraudulent.
Why did the president watch the election unfold from the Eisenhower building? Hmmm, there’s a SCIF there… Why did the USPS apply for a blockchain patent for their scanners? What if the President was watching the fraud unfold real-time in the SCIF?

Biden is ahead by 150,000 in MI, but the glitch in Arntrim County was interesting. 6000 votes switched back to the GOP. The Michigan SoS said it was human error in uploading.
It would take a lot of glitches or “human error”, but if 6000 votes can switch in Antrim county (total population around 28,000 in 2010 census), who knows how a re-count could affect the final tally. The GOP-controlled MI legislature met yesterday ot review if anything should be done about vote tallying errors
The worst part is that humans don’t enter figures like that in a system. It’s electronically tabulated. Someone had to go in and intentionally mess with the numbers. This was deliberate!
I would assume that the PA Dem election staff would have mixed the late ballots in with the rest. If you’re disobeying the SCOTUS, then go whole hog, and make it irremediably a done deal. Can the late ballots be filtered out of the mass? I don’t think so.
If I’m right, then there will be a mess. I would assume that if this happens, Roberts and the libs on the court would say, “Oh, well, time to move on, I guess” leaving it up to Alito and the conservatives. If the SCOTUS rules that the PA results are invalid, then we have a huge problem.

Personally, I thought it was odd to hold a news conference about election fraud in PA at a landscaping company. Just didn’t make sense. And, the media has been laughing about it and even said so on SNL last night saying that the Trump team is so stupid that they thought they were holding the event at Four Seasons Hotel…but got the address wrong…such rubes!
But, according to the research and documents i saw online, the landscaping ompany is a shell company that donated millions to ACT Blue in small donations and received tons of PPP money as well that they funneled illegally directly to the Dem machine.

Limbaugh said that Trump took huge numbers of black voters from Dems over 2016, except in the blue hell big cities of Michigan, Wisconsin, and PA.
They did it in Florida too, but they didn’t expect PT to GAIN so much in Democrat/Blue areas, they couldn’t pull it off because it was a landslide.
In Florida, how did Biden GAIN more then PT, in RED/Republican strongholds?

The potential DNC error is worse than you describe. The DNC and allies fixed the vote in about 7-10 identifiable Counties and Cities in those 5-7 battleground states. They activated the fix the vote on a very local basis, that would narrow the search for any real investigation. They also did it with a very identifiable time window, judging by all the few vote counting stoppages in those locations.
