Everybody on this board needs to chill. Many have, but you worrywarts need to relax and quit jumping to conclusions before this has even reached a conclusion. The fight has only begun.
Lawsuits in the courts arrive Monday. Trump’s legal team needed this week to perform investigations before lawsuits could be filed. You can’t file a lawsuit unless you have facts to take before a judge.
Trump will let us know when we need to get worried. Allow time to play this out.
Biden’s people and MSM think he is President-elect????? F’em. Don’t let them mess with your head. That’s their objective. Don’t give in and don’t give up.

Plus you have to have been injured to have standing. If there was some fraud and you still won, then there is nothing for the court to do since the is no injury. That would fall to an investigation however, Trump now has been injured by the fraud: the election “stolen” from him.
I think it’s like the Durham investigation, what are you gonna do if you do all these indictments that will just get reversed by a Biden/Harris DOJ and you will be gone after personally with no one to save you. It’s always been up to Trump to win re-election to finish pulling the plug on the swamp.
I bet everyone in DC is fully aware of the schemes. It is up to Trump to prevail. Mittens will go all in on Biden. Cocaine Mitch will play the middle ground. It’ll be interesting to see who openly goes all in for Trump.
I’m with a Sundance, I don’t know where the election will end in mid-December, but that’s a trigger point for a lot of grassroots action.
Plan A is a Trump victory, Plan B is a new party and 2024 run with building out the new party in 2022 in my humble opinion. This needs to start the very moment Biden is certified as the “winner”.

Tucker Carlson is excellent, Judge Jeanine, Mark Levin, and Maria Bartiromo are still worth watching on Fox. Lou Dobbs is excellent on Fox Business. Hannity and Ingram may piss us off, but they are still better than the other liberal networks.. Support them (boost their viewership) while you still can. They may be gone when their current contracts expire.

I agree, B Woodward. I don’t like the leftward bent of Fox these days, but with people like Tucker, Judge Janine, Maria, Lou, etc., it is at least one major cable news channel that many people get who would not otherwise hear any semblance of true political reporting. They were the ONLY TV news outlet to report on Hunter’s laptop and the ramifications for Joe. They are the only ones who still have friendly interviews with people like Jim Jordan and Sidney Powell, and give them a platform to tell the real truth without railroading them or shutting them down when they say things dangerous for the public to know. Just saying, we have so few mainstream allies and truthtellers. Don’t throw out the baby with the bathwater…

Two categories of illegitimate vote:
1. Ballot arrived late, someone forgot to sign it. Screw-up. Invalid, but just a screw up.
2. Phony. Pure fraud. Created by computer fraud. From ballot filled out by Dem operative for dead person. Etc. Fraud.
GOP lawyers need to focus on #2. PT needs to win by #2 alone. Sure, invalidate the votes in category #1. But it needs to be mathematically shown that weeding out votes in #2 was sufficient to give PT the Oval Office. This needs to be clean and unobjectionable. It needs to destroy the Dem party in the eyes of middle-of-the-road clueless Dem voters.
My wish list, in the meantime, just because it may be necessary:
1. National/Universal Stand Your Ground order
2. National Reciprocity Carry Laws (CCP or open?) no exceptions, no add’l taxes
3. ex order 13848 enforced (are there outside owners of Dominion?)
4. Hire 1000’s of Constitutional Sheriffs around the country
All not necessarily in that order. WE need protection from the ilk in the Communist Democrat Party and enemies of the country (i.e. soros) who want to take our Constitutional Rights away from us.
It’s my wishlist to help re-store L & O…perhaps a dream but none the less, things I think are way past due.
Evidence is a funny thing. Evidence of fraud would be great, but evidence of truth should not be missing either. No way this kind of flip can be covered up with all the detail needed to prove it to be true. It cannot withstand a valid audit, but will we get one?

So what’s the law/process? I think we are still waiting for state certifications and recounts. Where do we slide an audit in there? Maybe when the recount doesn’t work out… Do they have the guts to certify? Pretty sure at least some of these states have R state houses that have to agree with the results? Maybe they will, maybe not. That’s going to be a lot of pressure in a lot of directions.
Is there really paper to back up the vote totals that can pass up 30 seconds worth of real audit? In all these places? Me thinks, that’s a no. How many people filling in dots does it take to get to hundreds of thousands of ballots? How long? How were they marked? scribbles, circles, or same pens? All good evidence of truth ~ or not.
If a recount or audit shows bad results, then what is the recourse under the law? I think they throw out the results. Not a do-over game here. Just toss them… Several places that can happen in the process. Tossing results in winning.
Seems the process has to play out under the laws and courts step by step before we get any real answers. Roughly 6 weeks?
We have the best player in this game we could ever hope to have. He won’t give up and we shouldn’t either. Follow his lead, be determined and never give up.

Yesterday I posted that we’ve had enough of the hand wringing and gnashing of teeth. I called out six ACTIVE steps to recapture the narrative.
It is Sunday. Here is step ONE. I call upon each and every one of you to invest a couple of bucks in stamps and WRITE A REAL LETTER (or postcard) to your two US Senators and YOUR Representative in the House. MAIL THEM TOMORROW.
You need to be respectful, but firm. Don’t include a lot of points. Just tell them you insist they look at the mounting information that supports the incredible election fraud threating our entire electoral system.
IF your congress-critter is a Republican, include in your letter that he/she owes his/her election or re-election to President Trump. It is more than obvious that President Trump had coattails because we won way more than they did down ballot.
Those of you in Michigan and Wisconsin and other “swing” states where Republicans control the legislature, invest a dollar or so more and write YOUR state senator and representative as well. These elected officials make the election laws…. not the judges, governors, secretaries of state or local “officials.” The legislature must stand up and, if necessary, appeal to the SCOTUS to enforce the 12th Amendment.
Why am I urging you to WRITE? Telephone calls are useless as is email. They are too easy to screen and ignore. But think about it… if someone gets a REAL letter in the US Mail they actually have to handle it. So what do you think will happen after a few days when thousands of letters and post cards start pouring into their offices? Since each one is unique there is a much greater chance we will be heard.
You might want to send your letter not only to the Washington address but also send it to the closest regional office. Most of these critters have staff and offices in major cities as well.
It won’t take long to (1) go to the US Senate website and (2) the US House website and get the mailing addresses. For your state critters, use their websites.
Write those cards and letters today! Mail them tomorrow. Don’t waste time staring at your screen and getting more angry or depressed. Do something positive!

Great idea. We all need to Focus on the one thing that we could do to help. The 71 million trump voters are Much stronger together. If we all bombard our senators with emails, letters, and calls every day, and bombard them with our love for Trump, it would scare them. It would also make us feel better, knowing that we can express our love for our warrior. He is the People’s president.
Don’t keep it to just your Senators or Representatives, mail it to the ones in the states in question. They need to know there’s a mob of people (71 million) out there that won’t approve of their lack of action in this matter.
That might work provided the postal workers don’t get wind of it, notice the avalanche of letters to these govt, officials and get rid of them. Illegal as heck but after this week all too possible because who will do anything? Maybe multiple fronts of contacting these govt. officials might work better.

The PA case is going to be interesting because of what the Dem dominated (5-2) PA supreme court did in early 2018., The Dems filed a state lawsuit saying the voters’ “free and equal” rights under the PA constitution were violated because of the way the congressional districts were apportioned. (Admittedly, there were some strangely-shaped districts). The court hired its own “expert,” who re-drew several districts, including some safe GOP distr around Philly.
The legislature took it to SCOTUS, saying the US constitution gave the legislatures the final authority on apportionment, and there was no violation of the US Constitution that would justifiy the re-draw. PA court said basically it’s a state constitution matter, butt out. SCOTUS would not review it.
That was when Kennedy and RBG were on the court. It will be interesting to see what happens now, whether SCOTUS will accept changes to federal voting by state courts using state constitutions. PA supreme court based its late-ballot ruling on the state constitution. Gov. Wolf had asked the legislature to change the law, but it refused. So Wolf went to the state supreme court, suing the “free and equal” clause.
If the Supremacy Clause of the US Constitution is to mean anything, it has to mean that it prevails over state constitutions in conflicts between the two constitutions.
The PA supreme court redistricting was probably a major cause in the GOP losing several congressional seats in November of 2018.

The SC has to know if they allow this to stand and mail-in ballots are allowed to go forward we are going to see 110% voter turnout across this country.
In essence voting becomes a joke and the SC can easily see where this is headed if they don’t cut it off right here and now.

1) Any ballot received after that state polls closed on Tues is invalid – our constitution says we have an Election DAY.
2) For those swing states where ballots were clearly commingled then they are all thrown out and the state can use the counts prior to vote stoppage or they can choose to re-vote.
3) and if there is a re-vote all ballots will be verified with both party watchers present where names will be verified by registration rolls and also cross checked if that person is alive and still lives in the state.
4) and any election procedural change not voted on by the full state legislature are void.
5) in the re-vote states dominion software tabulation will not be allowed, only manual tabulation of the verified ballots.

SCOTUS is going to toss this result, it will be determined that there were two elections, and each one one of them. A new election needs to be held that requires ID and voting in person (PERIOD), all observers welcome and document the heck out of everything. Its the only way out…
See my comment below. The date of federal elections is codified in law. States can be stricter, but not more lax than federal law. Applies to environmental and other regs I’m sure. This could get to SCOTUS and all counting after nov 3rd could be thrown out. Gets around flimsy arguments of dead people voting, double voting, weird stats, date of federal election is black letter law. Of course we need some lawyers with balls (Sidney has more/bigger than anyone) and a noncorruot SCOTUS.
The elegant and only solution :
The stoppage of the count on election night ended the election and its count.
Already at this date, there are enough indicia of fraud connected to that stoppage that everything past that point is co-mingled results of fraud and therefore invalid.
At this date we already know that Georgia’s excuse for stoppage is a lie.
Further investigation will doubtless show that the Secretaries of State conspired to stop the count in unison.
Everything else like computer systems tampering and manual ballot tampering will hopefully be proven soon as well. As well the poll watchers issue may help.
But let’s concentrate on the original sin of stoppage of the count.

Someone might have said she did, but there is zero proof of that. These lawsuits haven’t been filed yet, and ACB can and will hear any oral arguments that land in the SC and cast her vote.

She did not participate in the appeal before the election because she had just been sworn in and had no time ot read the pleadings. She is now participating fully in oral arguments in cases that were briefed months ago. She’s a very quick study.
As far as I’ve heard, there has been no notice of a recusal on the current re-filing of the appeal.

I believe it was WEd. morning when an analytics person put forth his concern about Milwaukee. It’s the first I knew about Benford’s law. This guy noted the wacky line on a graph for Biden using Benson’s law. He wasn’t claiming fraud, just noting that Milwaukee looked very irregular.
Maybe I can help – Here’s a really big picture, non technical explanation on the Benford thing,,,
When large amounts of real logically determined numbers are analyzed in a group, you find that certain digits come up far more often than others, and in a pattern. This is counter-intuitive at first, but makes sense if you think about numbers. That is not true of random generated numbers. They do not display the same ordered groupings, because they are actually random, where the world only seems random.
If you were to take all of your bank statements for the last 10 years and analyze the number of times a “1” comes up as the first digit or second digit, of a purchase and so on, you’d find that it is VERY common. “2” is much less common, and “9” is actually uncommon. This is simply because you need to pass a lot of 1’s before you get many 6’s at all… Think about 1,2,3…….10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19 and so on. That’s 10 “1’s” and 2 “6’s”.
What does that look like graphed from 1-9? That’s a smooth curve downward. very high 1’s, very low 9’s.
Now – think about computer random generated numbers used to simulate reality. What would that look like? Each number has the same probability, so the curve is much more flat, or shows peaks in the wrong places. That’s a sign of the numbers being fudged or randomized. For what purpose do we fudge numbers? 🙂
The Benford thing won’t prove fraud, but it is very suspicious indeed. It is a red flag that would cause an auditor to look at the specific results that don’t meet the expected curves. I think I saw that 3’s were outside norm in the one chart I looked at? If this were my audit, those are now under extreme scrutiny – you’d better be able to prove them. I don’t think they can. Can’t prove those means I look at more… Onion? Meet peeler!
Not good enough to have no evidence of fraud – you have to have evidence of truth, which should be easier! This is not over, not by a long shot.

I’m not trying to be condescending, I’m trying to be helpful:
Benford’s law is very simple. It’s about counting the occurrences of numbers. “How many times does 1 show up? How many times does 2 show up? How many times does 3 show up?. . . “. So on and so forth.
What the Law says (and it’s a mathematical LAW, not a theory: it’s proven mathematically to be true): in naturally occurring numbers (population numbers are an example) the number 1 will show up the most (30% of the time). The number 2 will show up the next most, continuing until 9 shows up the least number of times. In other words: the number 9 doesn’t show up as often as other numbers. The distribution of numbers (or digits) is not even.
Given any series of numbers (1,023 10,534 8,234 9,123), etc: you can determine if the numbers are naturally occurring or not by graphing the count of each number (or digit). The digit 1 should show up the most and the count of each number will go down until 9 has the smallest count.
(NOTE to mathematicians: I’m sure this is imprecise, I only read a summary of the law).
The graph of specific precincts from past elections, including the 2016 Presendential election, has graphs as described above. However, some of those same precincts show that the vote update numbers (how much the vote count goes up every time data comes in) for this election are not natural according to Benford’s Law. This means the numbers were artificially created; their sources is something other than actual real vote updates.

The way to true the vote is both simple and elegant. Here is what President Trump said in a helicopter press opportunity way back in May 2019:

Paper ballots, and a copy for each voter to take home, may I please have that, has to be a rock-solid part of our future.
Computerizing the vote to corrupt it is a double-edged sword because it provides an audit trail of the cheating.

The Trump campaign will articulate a very compelling case to the supreme court, and I’d imagine that the supreme court will make rulings against the Pennsylvania supreme Court, and against any other state that violated their own election laws.
Then the supreme court could tell the state legislatures to remedy the problem at the state level, meaning, in the states we’re significant evidence was shown to prove election fraud, those particular state legislatures would be wise to choose new electors…or not.
