DeSantis is the odds-on favorite in 2024. He should launch off his current visibility to list out the mandatory structural reforms that Congress and the President must enact:
– no state may publish results until 8 hours after the last state finishes voting, 10 years in prison for anybody who leaks
– no voter ID, no vote
– no US Citizenship, no vote
– No exit polling within 1/4 mile of a polling location
– National Election Day, paid holiday, all businesses must close. Eliminate early voting and mail-in voting except legally applied for absentee ballots. No ballots accepted after the polls close regardless of post mark. Nobody touches a ballot who is not a poll worker in the voting area. I.e. no USPS, no neighbors, no relatives.
– Every single solitary vote in the 2020 election must be independently verified that the voter intended to vote in 2020, that nobody voted illegally (US citizen, not a felon, not deceased, etc.), that nobody voted twice, etc. This would include ensuring that votes were recorded by citizens who stated they intended to vote, and that no votes were required for citizens who stated that they did not vote in the 2020 election.
– Any state that experienced hiccups in reporting in 2020 is ordered to fire all County Election Supervisors who did not report results smoothly and on-time, to be replaced and trained regardless of excuse (e.g. “oh those darn mail-in ballots confused us”…I don’t care, you’re gone.)
If I was DeSantis, I would be thrilled that no “2024 hopefuls” are stepping up. And he should MAGNIFY his visibility 100-fold. If we can prevail this week, people will remember it somewhat like this:
“When your grandson asks, where were you in the Great World War 2…?’ You won’t have to say, ‘Well, I shoveled shit in Louisiana.’”

1) Fire Barr and Wray immediately
2) Appoint Ric Grenell or Sec. Eugene Scalia as acting AG immediately (why these guys? – because they have been previously Senate confirmed so neither has to go before Senate committee for approval)
3) Then either Ric or Scalia appoints Sidney Powell as Special Prosecutor to investigate voter fraud
This all could be done within an hour and by the stroke of PT pen and there isn’t a damn thing the Senate, the Dems or the media can do about it.
Allow Sidney to go produce the hard evidence of voter fraud and the people will become even more outraged and use this evidence in your case before the SC.

If Trump doesn’t pull this out and go scorched earth, the 2024 “Republican” nominee we are allowed to vote for won’t get 30 million votes. I know I won’t be one. I’ll vote for CONgress in some attempt to keep a degree of balance there, but unless Ric Grenell (who won’t be allowed the nomination) or someone very close, I’m out of Presidential politics. Sad, but folks in third world countries run by dictators boycott elections. That what we will have here. Im glad I live out in the country where nearest (and favorite) neighbors are cows. I’ll watch the cities continue to burn and watch the Karen filled suburbs like Gwinnett get their just deserts. There probably actually needs to be some upper middle class $500k homes (on 1/8 acre lots) burned down, maybe entire neighborhoods. They need to really feel what they have wrought.
Sorry if some good CTH folks live in these enclaves. Need to somehow get out. You can get houses for less than $100k and live quite frugally. Get out while the getting is good. My 12 acres, 2 ponds, 2 wells, fish/deer, in south georgia cost $85k.
That includes brick house, a barn, a brick green house, a pond house, and several other out buildings. $85k is the price of a super fancy car these days.

Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, Georgia, and North Carolina, they have unified control of the state legislature.
If there is clear evidence of electoral fraud in any of these states, then Republicans in the legislature have a moral duty to try to seat the correct slate of electors.
The Constitution explicitly grants state legislatures the authority for choosing electors. In the 2000 Bush v. Gore Supreme Court ruling, the Court stated that:
…the State legislature’s power to select the manner for appointing electors is plenary; it may, if it so chooses, select the electors itself, which indeed was the manner used by State legislatures in several States for many years after the Framing of our Constitution. Id., at 28—33. History has now favored the voter, and in each of the several States the citizens themselves vote for Presidential electors. When the state legislature vests the right to vote for President in its people, the right to vote as the legislature has prescribed is fundamental; and one source of its fundamental nature lies in the equal weight accorded to each vote and the equal dignity owed to each voter. The State, of course, after granting the franchise in the special context of Article II, can take back the power to appoint electors. Legislatures retain this right precisely due to crises like this one. Republican lawmakers should feel no hesitation about defending the true majorities in their states from a thuggish effort to change the results.
President Trump and Republicans should immediately announce a willingness to send Republican electors to Congress if even the slightest hint of shenanigans should arise, in order to send a powerful message to the corrupt D.C. establishment mafia.

How did Biden know to book this venue three days after Election Night?
I realized Trump was a 3rd party candidate in 2016 when no previous Republican Presidents or Republican Presidential Nominees (except for Bob Dole) attended the RNC Convention. Even Kasich, the Gov of Ohio at the time, didn’t show up to the convention even though it was held in Cleveland, OH.
Right now, we are all seeing that Trump is a 3rd party candidate because both the Dems and Repubs are doing everything possible to make sure Trump loses.
I think Trump is going to win this anyway. He is indefatigable. They have always thrown everything they have at him and he always finds a way to win. He will do this again.
I do think that Trump ran as a Republican because he realized that the reason Perot lost as a 3rd party candidate is that both the Dems and Reps would align to sink a 3rd party. Instead, Trump just took over the Republican party and he won that way.
Now that he has been President, and the best one we have ever had, I think the worst-case scenario if he loses this, is that he could run as a true third party candidate and win that way. And if that did happen, his campaign would start immediately. Trump will be president in January 2021 or January 2025. Hopefully both! LOL
