Under the Constitution the state Legislature always retains 100% exclusive legal right to appoint its electors directly, and it should not hesitate to do so whenever it thinks their state’s election result is lacking in credibility, or if the margin of victory looks smaller than the margin of problems, or if their election rules weren’t followed faithfully.
Times like these are why the founders put Pres Electors solely into their hands. (not into judges hands, or crooked county election board officers, etc). They are the check and balance (not Scotus). Just like with impeachments, the standard is up to the sole judgement of the legislators, who in turn answer to their people. When the legislature abandons its right to override, the big-city machine knows there is effectively no ‘controlling legal authority’ over their hustle, even when it’s an open secret.
Republicans control both houses of legislature in MI, WI, PA, GA, AZ. They are the only ones who actually have the power to stop a steal, override a fraud, or fix a big failure. They just need the guts and conviction to do what is their right and duty to do. And we have to have their backs when they do.
imo the Speaker of the legislature should announce:
– The state’s Pres election result may not be credible, or that their election laws were changed or ignored. Margin of victory is too small with mistakes/irregularities too large, for any confidence in the end result with such high stakes.
– Will review of ballots, reporting, chain-of-custody, application of legislatures rules, and ask for everyone to document (where possible) or testify to things that are fishy, don’t add up, etc
– Legislature will meet to review it, and will exercise its right to appoint the electors directly if they judge the results are not credible, mail-in system or ballot custody/progeny fails integrity, etc.

Courts have no legit jurisdiction over state’s Electoral Votes. So don’t give it to them. Going to court is playing on the wrong turf with the wrong rules. Courts are not well-equipped to catch or remedy vote fraud in the heat of the moment, before they get away with it. (or even for just honest mistakes and problems).

They just filed a lawsuit in Michigan which completely messes up what is stated in your comment, as well as what you state the below about the court having no legit jurisdiction over state electoral votes. I can answer my own question maybe. Maybe the lawsuit has been filed by the campaign because as someone stated here legislators may be Republican but are not for President Trump. I have more thinking to do.
They pursue their own prerogatives as different parts of the separation of powers / federalism.
I think the Pres. just has to try and do anything in his control to do. But his choices don’t limit the legislature’s power to select its electors.
Legislature doesn’t permission or to wait for anything that Trump is doing. They should at least announce that they reserve the right to do it if need be, so that people understand even if Sec of State certifies the election hastily or a court rules against Trump, that is not necessarily the final answer.

I had an absentee ballot in Georgia. I noticed in the instructions (mouseprint) It said “Do not use a felt tip pen or Sharpie as it will not show up on the scanner. Use only a black or blue ink pen.” I used a black ink pen, but thought it was strange because at my age and disability, a felt tip is easier.
I wonder how many people never even read this? I also saw many videos of people that were given Sharpies to mark their ballots with.

I’ve heard that checks can be forged if originally written in felt-tip ink. Somehow, the ink can be chemically removed. It makes sense to use a ballpoint because the impression is left, too. I am not sure because I am seeing conflicting info, but on Georgia’s state deparmtent election website, Fulton county (Atlanta) is not done counting. Trump is only up by 80,000 so I guess theres a chance Biden can flip it.
I don’t know about Georgia, but NC is under court order to continue accepting absentee ballots postmarked 11/3(or before) until 11/12. So that might be their excuse.

Twitter just banned anyone without an account from seeing anything. As far as I know this has NEVER been the case in the entire history of Twitter. I can’t sign in because they’ve banned 5 or 6 of my accounts. I’m out of email addresses! lol I don’t threaten, curse, or even name-call. They ban me for posting pro-Trump statements/replies/memes. This is out of control.
That happens to me, but clicking refresh makes the Tweet show without me being logged in. Just try refreshing if you get the “not available” message.
It was only like that for a couple hours and I was using multiple devices. The games never stop.

1-Losing Kellyanne Conway was deadly to the Trump campaign. No one could (or did) take her place.
2-Our lion’s first debate performance probably cost him dearly. Whoever recommended he try to throw Joe off his game by interrupting should be sent on the first expedition to Mars.
3-President Trump’s misconception that if only he would engage the media, they would give him a fair shake is on par with his terrible appointments in the first months of his presidency. The media hated him more than any Democrat including Hillary for he caused them to expose themselves as the partisans they are and took away their “mask” of “journalists”. They’re not and we know it.
4-This cannot end well for the president. If he prevails through the SCOTUS, he will be damaged.
If he does not prevail, he is done as president, and with him, so is America as we know it.
5-That the media could elect or nearly elect a senile 77 year old who is seriously corrupted by America’s biggest enemy shows their power.
6-We are helpless. We can do nothing.
7-The Democrats practiced for this in 2018. Remember all the “found” votes then? That was the dress rehearsal for finding them in 2020. The result last night was baked into the cake two years ago.
8-All during the last three weeks reading the Treehouse, I kept having feelings of deja vu, harking back to 2018 when here at the ‘house, everyone kept engaging in magical thinking. Big red wave. (No such thing). We have this in the bag (didn’t happen). So long as we keep fooling ourselves with magical thinking we will always be lamenting the day after the election. What can we do? Be realistic and not delude ourselves (as we did in 2018 and 2020).
9-The Republican Establishment is more than happy with the outcome. They were and are just as opposed to outsider Trump as the Democrats, perhaps more so. What am I going to do?

C) I will NEVER vote for an establishment Republican again. (Since I am 81 years old, it won’t be that many votes) in payment for their part in what they’ve done to President Trump (and this includes William Barr and John Durham)
D) So from now on, I will from now on WRITE IN “Donald J. Trump” for EVERY office on every ballot that includes one of these establishment freaks.

This is Arizona law:
“Arizona law says ballots submitted with signatures that do not match what is on file cannot be counted. But the law does give the voters a chance to “cure” or fix the signatures by contacting election officials within five business days after the election.”
So this is how the left has been cheating. Not checking the signatures.
