Maybe my math is wrong, but that would leave President Trump 269 Electoral Votes. And biden would also have 269 Electoral Votes (remember only to capitalize proper nouns or names).
Then chaos ensues, as pelosi would have to take a vote of the house – where each state delegation gets only one (1) vote.
I believe the house is currently divided by delegation as follows:
25 States Republican majority in delegates,
24 States Democratic majority in delegates,
1 tie in delegates.
Several States have only one delegate.
And I think the vote would be actually taken AFTER the new congress is seated in 2021.

Voted today in Milwaukee, WI. I was made to put on a mask. It clearly stated you did not have to wear a mask to vote in Wisconsin. They took my ID, but did not look at my face.. I had a baseball cap and sunglasses on. I voted at 3:15 pm.. I was #257 in my precinct.. No line.
The school building has two precincts, we all vote in the same place. When I signed the election book, I glanced at the two pages I could see, half of both pages were posted as absentee ballots.
I live in the Sherman Park/Sunset Heights neighborhood, the most diverse neighborhood in Milwaukee, there is absolutely no ground swell for Biden. Went by my regular polling place, which is all Black and embarrassingly unprofessional. Not much more traffic there than usual. I chose to vote early at the courthouse to avoid these dopes. Lots of signs for Dem’s put out there, not one for any Repub that I could see.
