Love Senator Blackburn. Classy lady.
Yes indeed!
Hirono too….sarc
One good thing for Amy- almost all of these senators spend the majority of their time talking about themselves.
If you can’t make an emotional connection, it is not worth talking about for low wisdom liberals that have yet to think critically.
And ludicrous rants.
Moving to Tennessee next year from Florida. going up in a few days to look at houses…can’t wait to see the beautiful fall leaves.
That is very deciduous of you.
lol lol oh my I miss the 4 seasons soooo much.
So where did you migrate to FL from?
We have many northern migrates that find FL not to their liking.
North Carolina has a term for “folks” from the NY/NJ area as half backs…FL wasn’t what they envisioned, but knew they didn’t want to go back to NY/NJ so they stopped “half way” back.
Please enjoy your new home to the ultimate and keep working to make all our states great again.
Don’t know how you can give up palm trees for leaves! No snow here!
It is way too hot and i sorely miss having tulips , hollyhocks, hostas etc. i love mountain vistas and hiking in forests…can’t do that here. Just ready for a change.
I lived in Florida for 12 years and hated it. It’s a beautiful state but I sorely missed the 4 seasons. Christmas was not the same and I missed the snow.
been here for way longer than that. I kept moving away and kept having to come back. I want the 4 seasons also and a mountain vista. Snow, autumn leaves, spring bulbs coming up and summer flowers and veges. Things my old soul craves. Soon.
I left Florida permanently in 1990 and moved to Asheville, NC. I lived in the surrounding communities and worked sometimes in Johnson City and Erwin TN. as well as in Greenville and Spartanburg SC. If I had it to do over, I’d probably move to Burnsville or Spruce Pine NC.
Easily replaced by jasmine, oleander, orange and lemon flowers/fruits, year round poinsettia, natural and naturalized orchids, etc.
Sweet olive trees that make entire neighborhoods smell wonderful.
woah…
I’m from california, lived in the USVI, New jersey, Colorado and Iowa. I am just looking for MY ideal place to retire.
Didn’t mean to sound snarky. I’ve lived in Florida for 30 years. Not a beach person after growing up in St Thomas and St. Croix….I love the suggestions but I’ve been there done that. I am just more acclimated to the 4 seasons, a bit of land that we can afford and a new adventure.
Peace
What part! I like in the Franklin area just south of Nashville…
Love Franklin and Leipers Fork. Getting Claifornicated though.
Kingsport, Bristol, Jonesboro, Surgoinsville, Bluff City
johnson city
Man….that’s literally another time zone from me! Very nice area …. hilly …. actually more than hilly close by! A friend of mine once said that the modern world was about 10 miles either side of I-81, and then you go back decades ?
But welcome to Tennessee!
Thank you for the welcome. We are very excited to become citizens of Tennessee. We will bring our conservative views with us. And if I get a barn I’ll paint an American flag on its side.
This and next week are the peak weaks…..Bama comes to K-ville next week.
We will be there next Satuday. Staying in a cabin by a small river in Hot Springs NC. Hoping we are hitting the color just right.
ACB’s charm, wit, kindness are disarming to the demonrats.
Not to mention her great laugh!
Amen!
She is a reminder of what our society used to hold out as the ideal woman…balancing motherhood, wifery, professional career while exhibiting class, integrity and confidence.
Miss those days!
There is no fake credit for being smart here, she really is smart.
Great job ACB ! She’s going to be a good one!
I was really touched by the words of Senator Blackburn.
The Right has waited a long time for outright control of the Supreme Court. With ACB, I believe we will more time than not keep the relentless push to the Left by “progressives” of our nation on hold. And on hold for a long time!
Trump and/or GOP Senators have to win in 3 weeks, though. Dems WILL end filibuster and pack the Court.
We will WIN!!!
Nobody, is not going to vote in this election, who are committed, to the future of our Republic, no matter what they here.
We crossed that line in February after the bio-weapon attack.
President Trump is going to win, while dragging a bunch reluctant wussy RiNOS with him.
With a few diamonds in the coal.
I so agree! I am pumped. All my neighbors are voting. My sons are voting. My brother and his wife are voting. My FIL who is very ill is voting….everyone I know is for POTUS and our beloved America.
No way we don’t WIN.
The last Republican to win 2nd term was GW Bush. We were in an unwanted war, he still didn’t need the Supreme Court to decide the election.
Here is my key. The President was already the nominee. In the primaries, the record for Republican support in a primary was 78%, By President Reagan, for his second term. PDJT is 90+%, that is the highest ever. The amount of people voting in the primary, for an incumbent, this year was an all time record, by a lot. In the middle of a ‘plandemic’
NC early voting starts tomorrow. I have 3 buddies who have never voted, I asked, if I pick them up, they can register at the polling station and vote, they agreed. WE have to win NC!
It is time for a separation of liberalism and state!
Sen Hirono and her Orwellian language control lesson: “Sexual preference is an offensive and outdated term” – one wrong word and you become the social outcast.
Keeping up with their agenda is a nightmare for all, including Webster’s Dictionary. Yesterday Webster’s changed ‘sexual preference’ from ‘ORIENTATION ‘ to ‘OFFENSIVE’

Oh, you’ve got to be kidding!
I’ll say it again. Amy is Hot!
The problem is, would she want to have a conversation with me afterwards.
Cory Booker kept hammering home the phrase Equal Justice Under Law today. Ron Johnson made the same point tonight. There seems to be one standard for prosecuting Republicans who are indicted for criminal wrongdoing and a blindfold so as to not see the real wrongdoing by the Democrats. Similarly, the media has license to run with any story on Republicans, true, partly true, a little true or an outright lie. When the media is presented the results of Senate investigations into Democrats, those stories seem to disappear into the scientific black holes of space. Equal justice. Well Booker, there is far more mistreatment for Republicans than there ever is for Democrats. Just look at the Speaker of the House when Wolf Blitzer dared to even broach the subject of a break in the ranks of her cohorts over the Coronavirus talks. She totally lost it and accused CNN, yes, that CNN of doing the President’s biding. She may be farther gone than Dementia Joe!!
I hope the Dem women of this country are watching and taking note of the treatment of Judge Coney Barrett by the Dem women senators. It’s really catty and low class; like they can’t question her or make their points without being nasty. This style of questioning or arguing your position by snapping and barking out accusations is low brow to say the least. The only thing I’ve learned is that the witches of D.C. are really bitchy.
