When (Mr) Trump began his run for president it was reported that he did not start the populist movement – just as Lee Iacoca did not ‘start’ Chrysler.
I have an image of a band following the leader with a baton. Leader makes a right turn at a corner – band keeps marching straight ahead.
Hubby and I, along with everyone we know, were terrified that we had lost our beloved country. It was OVER. The arrival on the scene of Mr Trump was like a gift from Heaven. Maybe it wasn’t so much what he said he was FOR as it was what we were AGAINST.
Trump won the election in 2016 because millions of us voted FOR what he represented. Voted for an alternative to Hillary, yes. But voted against what was happening to our country – even if we could not articulate our fears.
My point is, that to my eye, what is being revealed is that even more voters today are on The Trump Train. The globalists who want to turn us into a 3rd world country, replace our constitution and make us slaves to their quest for world dominance lost their chance in 2016.
Everything POTUS has done, he has done for us, and we love him for it. IMO he could not have done it without our support.
What we see is that everything the left (communists? socialists? globalists?) has done to stop us has FAILED.
It would not help ‘them’ to remove Trump because in reality it is ‘we the people’ who are ‘the band’. As the Meme says, it’s you they are after. I am just in the way.
You see, ‘rulers’ can only rule as long as the ‘ruled’ give their permission Once the ‘ruled’ realize they do not have to accept a dominant ruler, they can elect to live as a free society.
America has been that shining beacon on the hill for the rest of the world. Freedom is an intoxicating reality.

“…I spent the better part of the 2016 campaign season on the road. Well, not just on the road: On the road, in the air, on the ground, at the rallies, inside campaign offices, outside caucus sites, in town halls, around polling stations, backstage at TV studios — you get the point.
Running campaigns and advancing political causes was how I made my living. It was the industry I knew. The nouns might change, but the verbs always stay the same. Very little, I thought, could ever surprise me.
But as he’s done to so many throughout his career, Donald Trump proved me wrong.
It was more than his knack for presenting the right message at the exact right time. It went well beyond the skill he showed in merging Donald Trump, the billionaire real estate mogul and TV star, with Donald Trump, the candidate for President of the United States who people could believe in.
The edge he had, above any candidate in American history, was drive. Never had I seen a fiercer, more aggressive campaigner.
I kid you not — I got more sleep in the final month before I agreed to manage the campaign than in the entire 18 months on the campaign trail with him. And he was never one to even think about slowing things down.
Actually, the one time I made the mistake of napping for 20 minutes on the plane between events, he was happy to remind me that if I couldn’t handle the job, I could be replaced.
Let me say this as clearly as I can — there is nothing that can stop this guy: New York real estate developers. City governments. Powerful politicians. International real estate developers. If you don’t believe me, take a stroll past Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. See for yourself the hundreds of people standing outside in support of the president, showing their willingness to fight for him because he fights for them.
I had the privilege of speaking with the president on Saturday night. If I didn’t read the news, I wouldn’t have known the difference — he was the same Donald Trump I’ve spoken to thousands of times.
And while he is adding something new to the list of obstacles that can’t stop him, I’ll continue doing my part to ensure that America continues to have someone in the White House who fights for them in the years to come.

I believe Goodwill is not a charitable organization in itself, however,
it may contribute to charities. Correct me if I am wrong – I think people
donate clothing and other items to Goodwill and Goodwill sells them
cheaply to everyone. Does part of their profits go to charity? Maybe.
Goodwill is non-profit. $ from the sale of donated items is used for GW’s job-training programs. Some remarkable stories of people, both young and old, who have benefitted from the training and turned their lives around.

I have been very lucky with artwork purchases at Goodwill. I’ve also done well with analog stereo components, LPs, books and real Art Deco furnishings, not reproductions.
Ha. Goodwill sells trash? I just bought two pairs of L.L. Bean corduroy slacks for $7 each. L.L. Bean sells them for about $50 each and I doubt these were ever worn. Beautiful fit, very nicely made.

I don’t think the media is conflicted. They want him to wear a mask so that more will wear masks and elevate Covid fear to help them obstruct and change the narrative. And yes, they are enjoying a cigarette now.
If people take a cursory scan of the news, you can see that the CV-19 fear machine is ramping up now. It seems the internet expert media have decided that number of cases is sufficient now.
That whole “flatten the curve” to protect hospital facilities is passe. It’s passe because the late summer “surge” in the south did not produce the hospital over crowding and death they wanted. They already culled all the nursing home patients – and the federal government is watching the nursing homes and the states now.
So a case-demic will have to do.
And they can do that because of the vast amount of testing going on.
When all that fails, they will turn this machinery onto the flu.
This is the “new normal” the state sees for the citizens it lords over.

I saw the segment. Chris Wallace said the Trumps violated “the rules” by not wearing their masks during the debate and would be removed from the next debate if they did not wear them. Chris Wallace is the most biased moderator! Fox is forgetting who made them #1and it wasn’t the liberal democrats!
Didn’t see it, but this is why President Trump should bypass them entirely. As someone suggested, just hold his own Town Hall and invite Independents and Democrats (who can behave civilly, if there are any of those left).

In response to the board’s Tuesday decision made during a Zoom meeting, more than 100 TUSD students showed up at Tehachapi High School on Thursday with Chromebooks in hand for a peaceful, but organized protest that they called The Chromebook Sit-in.
Although the students came with the intent to attend their classes and work off the school’s Wi-Fi while sitting on the grass or inside their parents’ cars in surrounding parking lots, it became apparent that the signal was too weak.
Once honor roll students, the parents of at least 87 TUSD students of the Reopening Tehachapi Schools Facebook page have reported that their children are now failing key classes for myriad reasons.

My neighbor said her son is failing English….and he is a very smart kid who was in advanced classes. One reason he is failing is that if you miss 2 or 3 classes you automatically fail, and he had problems with zoom a couple of times and couldn’t get in. She has been so stressed out about this and so is he; she works from home, he schools from home and they are both going a little bonkers. She said he is depressed. They finally just decided they could attend school two days a week and he is ecstatic…and she is cautiously optimistic because they keep changing their minds here….this is NC.

Why didn’t he say something right at the start of the debate? You know, “Excuse me. I have followed Pastor MacArthur for a very long time. As far as I am aware he stays out of politics but LA county and Newsome have been harassing Grace Community Church for some some now.
He knows what is at stake and while he believes our country is under God’s judgement – abortion, homosexuality, all kinds of perversity – he also knows our God is merciful. He is appealing to God’s grace and mercy. He also said he is thankful to have a President who fears God.
Grace Community Church in Los Angeles has been having full services every Sunday for months now. No one is asked to wear a mask, people sit next to one another, they sing, they pray, they worship God as a family of believers in Christ should.
Today Grace’s pastor, John MacArthur, prayed for Governor Newsom’s salvation, and prayed and asked the Lord to give President Trump another four years in office.
Tears started rolling down my face hearing the best pastor ever pray for the best President ever.
