Brad Parscale had a mental breakdown from what I have read, threatened to kill himself and others. His wife called police they took him to the hospital got proper treatment, also said he was drinking heavily.
Yes, I saw that. They put a 2 day involuntary hold on him, keeping him locked up in a mental hospital, but that ended apparently.
Now it appears that he has resigned from the campaign, now that he is out of the hospital.
There is no effective treatment for depression that works in 2 days other than Ketamine infusions and electroshock therapy, but it is very unlikely he got either of those treatments.
He didn’t look very drunk when they violently tackled him in order to involuntarily hospitalize him.
The whole video was strange, including that fact that there was video of him being arrested “for his own good”.
I saw several stories related to above. Odd. He seemed to be minding his own business on his property when he was violently tackled and taken away. Curious what becomes of his high tech voting program. The entire incident seemed very strange.

For goodness sake – can we all stop and use our God given for a while – yes Libs, you too. Firstly, that us accept the FACT that there is only ONE way to “defeat” the virus (any virus) and that is through immunity. Now immunity can come from natural immune response, which most have, or through the implementation of a vaccine – which is really just a drug to stimulate an immune response – bottom line, it is the same job – defeat the virus via an immune response. Now people run around with hair on fire about the “surge” in positives – that is a GOOD thing, as long as it does not result in an over-burdened health care system (which has never been threatened) – The more people that are exposed, and live through, the better – as each “case” is one step closer to herd immunity. THAT is how you protect the vulnerable and elderly, who even with a vaccine will struggle to mount an effective immune response, you BLOCK off the path for the virus, and eventually “protect” the said elderly and vulnerable, because the virus has no means of “travel”. Of course, there is NO WAY to 100% prevent some from acquiring it, but then there is no way for any infectious disease – some will and do fall – and with CV, the median age deaths of 80+ is smack in the same range of normal “life expectancy” anyway. Except in this case we seal them off, lock them away, and leave them to die alone, cut off from loved ones in the last year or 2 of their lives anyway – to “protect” them – protect them from what?? A lonely, terrified, abandoned death, perhaps a year earlier? What would THEY choose – a happy, family surrounded farewell, or a white suited spaceman wheeling them out feet first??

They can “attend” committee meetings by video like so many Senators have already done and vote by proxy, which is often done. If that doesn’t work, just take the nomination directly to the full Senate for a vote.
OK, I take back my 1st sentence above. According to Senate Committee Rules – There must be a majority “physically” present to conduct business. If there is a majority of members “physically present”, then other members may vote by proxy.
There are 22 Judiciary committee members, so there must be 12 members “physically present”. 12 are Republican, but 2 of those, Lee and Tillis, supposedly have tested positive.

Some call this a conspiracy theory. I call it critical thinking. For months, when the virus was the most potent, no infection. Anyone who comes in contact with Trump is tested and negative before getting any where near him. Trump shows to a democratic debate and whammo, He is infected and all the President’s staff is infected, just like that. We simply have to use the information that we have.
What better timing for the president’s opponents? Please people don’t go down this rabbit hole of conspiracy to quick. There are a number of people beginning to trace the connections of all of these people who are getting sick. Bottom line appears to be that the President of Notre Dame is the super spreader. Everyone who was sitting near him or seen talking to him for any length of time at the Barrett announcement is now sick! The rest of the people who have tested positive so far are people who would have been in close contact in some way with those people. Those who are thinking that this outbreak originated at the debate are incorrect period; that is not enough time. Typically symptoms occur around five to seven days after the exposure not in 48 hours.
Super spreaders are real and have been documented throughout this pandemic several times. I remember early on reading about a man I believe in China or South Korea who worked for a catering company. In one day he managed to infect over 50 people! People who were only in brief contact with him for only a few minutes, people who were in contact with him outside. would people be willing to do such a horrible thing as intentionally spread? of course they would. I’m simply saying that the simplest explanation is almost always the correct one.
This doesn’t even have to be intentional. This virus is highly, highly infectious. The reason President Trump did the right thing in the beginning by closing borders, etc., is because we knew nothing about it and we had poor to horrible medical stockpiles.
Once we realized how to treat this and how to protect ourselves – zinc + ionophore, Vit D level 40-50, topping off immune system, etc., and how to treat those who became ill, we could “relax” and move to openness. “Herd immunity.”
Traditionally, masks are used by those who are ill to go about their business without spreading their illness thoughtlessly. Common practice, courteous practice, in many Asian countries. No big deal.
We know their only use today, unless voluntarily worn outside of a medical facility, is totalitarian control.
Unfortunately the level of ignorance is astounding – I had some brain washed product of our education system telling me that “it’s proven” that masks are better than immunity – which the idiot doesn’t realize is what a vaccine does. I would describe a scenario for the dolt, but quite frankly haven’t the energy or the resolve. My fear is that within a generation that type of “thinking” will be “normal” the GREAT thing is I won’t be around to have to live through it.
