If the true administration of justice was to prevail in this case, the judge should simply accept the unopposed motion and this would be the end of the malicious prosecution. However, this case has so many precedents anything is possible.

Sullivan threatens Powell in a backhanded manner with a Bar Association proceedings regarding her letter to AG Barr. This was BEFORE he gave Powell an opportunity to explain herself. His challenge to her ethical conduct speaks volumes to his prejudice. Again, her response to the fact she acted with the letter to BARR only AFTER she was hired by Flynn, and Flynn’s former counsel was terminated. I will give him credit for asking about any conversations she had with POTUS regarding the case. I believe it relevant.

However, the basis of recusal is tied to Gleeson, who made first appearance today, and tied to a Strzok document recently admitted. So not entirely sure that Sidney had enough hard evidence prior to ask for his recusal. So, here we are.

This is outrageous. Sullivan dragged scheduling, he claims, because he wanted to be “sure” jurisdiction was returned to him. Jurisdiction was reported IMMEDIATELY upon issuance of mandate from the D.C. Circuit.

That’s not exactly what he said. He said today is the first he has addressed the court. Technically does not answer the question if they had previously spoken together. Subtle but important distinction, especially when a lawyer is speaking.
