President Trump is in California today and I hope he takes the opportunity to do a little campaigning while he’s there, but also that he returns to do at least one airport rally. These things are immensely popular; try to hit every blue state at least once even though time is getting short. His message to minorities is spot-on and he’s making a huge impact.
And when he can have Air Force 1 as a backdrop, those airport rallies are really exciting. PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A man is facing charges after Portland police say he used a Molotov cocktail to ignite a brush fire along Interstate 205 near East Burnside Street Sunday.
Officers responded to a reported brush fire in the 9600 block of East Burnside Street shortly after 4:30 p.m. In the area, they found a section of grass along the I-205 freeway was burning.
Firefighters extinguished the flames.
About an hour later, a witness contacted officers and pointed out the suspect accused of starting the fire; he was in a nearby tent. The suspect, 45-year-old Domingo Lopez, Jr., admitted he lit the fire using a plastic bottle with a wick and police arrested him.
Police said they responded to a report of multiple fires burning along the west side of I-205 at around 3:30 a.m. Monday. Portland Fire and Rescue extinguished three of the fires and community members put out the other three. No one was injured and no structures were burned. Police said they found Lopez walking along the shoulder and arrested him. They seized a lighter as evidence.
Arson investigators will determine if other charges are warranted.
Police say Lopez was transported to a hospital on a police officer hold for a mental health evaluation. He was issued citations for six additional counts of reckless burning.
If he’s an illegal alien he’ll be released without charges no later than tomorrow.

If the Presidential ballots are delayed past 01-20-2001 – aren’t those of all candidates too?
If that is the case then all of the candidate elections at all levels are in limbo too? That affects all house members, including nancy’s,and a third of the Senate.

In a tragic accident that could have political ramifications for South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem – whose speech at the RNC helped cement her national profile – the governor announced during a Monday press briefing that Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg had hit and killed a man during a car accident Sunday night.
Offering what sounded like a flimsy excuse to many, including members of the press, the governor claimed that Ravnsborg believed at the time that he had hit a deer, and had simply driven on without stopping.
However, he had actually struck a man named Joe Boever, a 55-year-old from Highmore, who was discovered the next morning. The accident occurred around 10:30 local time.
The Rapid City Journal, which had a reporter at the press briefing, said information about who found Boever’s body wasn’t released, and that the High Patrol insisted that “all information is preliminary at this point” while they carry out an investigation.
Given the obvious conflict of interest when a state’s top law-enforcement official is caught up in what has the potential to become a criminal investigation – leaving the scene of an accident is a crime, at the very least, so is vehicular manslaughter, charges that can carry serious penalties if the person commiting said crime is found to have been intoxicated.
Officials didn’t say whether Ravnsborg reported the collision, or called 911. Presmably, if he had, the man’s body would have been discovered more quickly.
While it’s unfair of the press to jump to conclusions, it’s also fair to say that the array of facts revealed so far in this case doesn’t paint Ravnsborg in a positive light.

Regarding the Flynn case, my understanding was that the basis of DOJ dropping the charges was that there was no valid predicate for the FBI interview of Flynn on his conversation with Kislyak. I looked at Gleeson’s brief to see what his rebuttal on this was, and came up with the quote below. Can someone help my understand Gleeson’s statement and his position of the predicate? Thanks.

Not sure if Biden is confused. The Delaware primary is SEPT 15, tomorrow. It is the last state to primary.
Maybe he did early in person voting, but they usually cut that off (at least in my state) several days before the primary date. His precinct could have made an exception for him if he voted today because, you know, he is an elite.

All States are required to provide in-person polling places…no exceptions…even those that provide voting by mail must also have in-person polling places. See section 4 of below link. This is the ADA requirements which include that each state provide a polling place for those that must vote in person.
