The entire U.S. corrupt political apparatus relies on an electorate with a short-term memory and unwillingness to research source material to discover their motives.
The Ted Cruz Super-PAC “Trusted Leadership” became the primary financial vehicle for contributions to Senator Ted Cruz.  The Cruz financial structure became somewhat controversial because Cruz campaign officials were caught on tape instructing high dollar donors to skip campaign finance limits by sending large dollar donations to Trusted Leadership.

Now Consider This:

  • Saturday April 2nd 2016 – National Right To Life PAC Endorses candidate Senator Ted Cruz.
  • Tuesday April 5th 2016 – Wisconsin Presidential Primary (Cruz Wins)
  • Friday April 22nd 2016 – Ted Cruz Super PAC “Trusted Leadership” pays National Right To Life PAC $125,000

There is a considerable delay in the presentation of FEC public documents due to a lag time between receipts/expenditures and the required filings.
Although the primary race might be technically over, the campaign finance reports still hold some very interesting data.  The quid pro quo  outlined above is not the only revelation within this monthly filing data set.
Here’s the April recap (posted today) of the Trusted Leadership PAC (Ted Cruz).
