The trial of George Zimmerman draws closer, so let me clarify some considerations, with perhaps a sense of urgency. Some, heck, many, are searching for an agenda where none exists.
This is not a fight the Treehouse chose; This is a fight which chose the Treehouse.
First, The Conservative Treehouse (aka The Treehouse, The Last Refuge, the “nutters” et al) has never had any contact with the George Zimmerman defense. Never. Not Once. Ever. Not Mark O’Mara; Not Don West; Not either of their offices, interested parties, affiliates or representatives.
No, nor have we ever tried to contact them; Again, we repeat, “ever”.
So, no, there is no feeling of ever being “dissed” (LOL). To the contrary, those who have been with us from the beginning of the journey will remember the original conversation about intentionally NEVER engaging with the defense team or any representative, or affiliate therein. Period.
This was a quest for truth, regardless of what surrounded the destination; And we were not going to allow ourselves to be distracted by association.
Subsequently, when in conversation with the Orlando reporter recently they were literally astounded that we have never, not once, ever, engaged with the defense team.
The reporter thought all the mentions by BDLR in open court were because such a relationship existed. They were surprised to hear differently (so that might have been a good outcome from the conversation) but the media rep was simultaneously shocked by that revelation when contrast against the factual information released by our research.
In short they said “you must then have some phenomenal sources”? After a brief snicker, they were again surprised to hear we have no “official sources” in the case either.
Everything here is from original sourced research, and research by those who are of like-minded affiliation in the quest to find the truth of events, circumstances, people, relationships, and justice. Justice, despite the process being deployed by the vested players.
When surrounded by lies, honest people want to see the truth reach the sunlight. So if you want to consider, or define, “Truth Seekers” as “sources”, then so-be-it.
Secondly, about Bernie De La Rionda mentioning us in court, repeatedly. No, this is not some specific intent of his to draw attention to the fact that we have highlighted, with considerable veracity, the weakness of Zimmerman’s attorney Mark O’Mara.
No, that is not the reason.
The reason you are seeing us mentioned by BDLR is because we are a risk; And as we become more of a risk to the prosecution, such as the recent releases of the M-DSPD FOIA information, the BDLR crew deploys a specific, albeit now well know, strategy.
It’s called the Alinsky method, from Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals.
This Rule, or approach, is comprised of three distinct parts: Isolate – Ridicule – Marginalize. The more a person becomes a threat to your goal achievement, the more you deploy the Alinsky method.
That is why recently, as we have stepped up our own investigative research, completely separate from anything else being done by anyone else, and having profound success with it, the BDLR attacks have increased at the same time.
Isolate – Define for the viewership that which they are seeing. Attach an agenda, an agenda that BDLR defines, to the group presenting the information. This creates a knee-jerk reaction by other parties to draw distance from the group drawing the immediate hostile fire. The goal is to drive a wedge between the most effective fighters, and those who would join the cause.
Ridicule – Once you define the agenda according to your own designs, then you ridicule the opponent. The more effective the opponent becomes, the more you must attach ridiculing labels to them. Again, the goal is to use ridicule to isolate the effectiveness of the message coming from the opponent. Labels are effective in this part: “Right-Wing”, “Extremist”, “Racist”, etc. etc. All descriptives used by BDLR to explain this site.
Marginalize – Ultimately this is the last and most important part of the 3-pronged approach. Marginalize the messenger thereby reducing the impact of the message. Destroy the credibility of the message, by attacking the character of the entity sharing it. Marginalization is done to try and afford yourself protection from the impact of the information when it is not in alignment with your goals.
The goal of BDLR is conviction of Zimmerman – the information presented by the research from within the Treehouse is a risk to that expressed goal.
Thirdly, to address the perception of my having contact with members of the George Zimmerman family. We have never talked to, nor attempted to talk to George Zimmerman. We have talked to his father once, his mother once, and Robert Jr. perhaps three times.
From Robert Jr. and Gladys it was contact initiated by them to express appreciation for all the research into the case, and to express thanks for the prayers afforded by the Treehouse community. That’s it.
The only contact initiated by me, to anyone in the GZ family, was my reaching out to Robert Sr. with a question so that I could reconcile many, many, months of what seemed to be irreconcilable research within the associations.
I held off on even contemplating taking that approach, and that conversation, for almost a year, until I eventually reached the exhausted point where I had no other option and needed to find out if my hunch was accurate.
I also needed to provide a respectful “heads up“, which I did, and simultaneously find out if my research would be viewed as damaging to the overall cause of justice, which it was not; But out of an abundance of caution, before I presented information, which I knew I would be skewered for, I needed to know if it was truthful. Only GZ Sr. would be able to afford such a confirmation.
Many people have claimed an attached or implied motivation to me, or our research, around O’Mara, based on the principle that GZ would be negatively impacted by such exposition. I strongly disagree with that opinion – obviously. [Again, I point to the Q-Beam objective as one painful, but empowering, example.]
Simultaneously, people have reflected on how GZ must feel to see his counsel held up to such scrutiny. As previously outlined, some, if not most, would assert such scrutiny unfair. At the same time, the same people, would subscribe an understanding to GZ not being able to talk himself out of fear of impacting his own case. Yet they, for some unknown reason, are unable to grasp the very reality that such scrutiny of counsel can only be afforded by someone on the outside – despite it potentially being the same concern expressed by anyone on the inside.
In short, on this issue, I’ve said over and over again, I have no clue what GZ thinks of MoM. I can only review the behavior of O’Mara against the backdrop of how I would feel if I saw, read, watched and reflected over the same O’Mara-isms while in GZ’s shoes. But I’m not. So it is always just my own opinion of that which it appears to be.
Fourth and Lastly, regarding the M-DSPD FOIA inquiries. Someone has asserted that we only inquired about the information within the school district that applies to Trayvon Martin.
Huh?
We have submitted dozens of information requests in the Zimmerman case. Again, let me repeat once more, the M-DSPD FOIA information was into an internal investigation initiated into officers and representatives who were specifically engaged around Trayvon Martin.
There is no FOIA possible around anyone else, all other student information would fall under the Hurley/Carvalho protection or FERPA and HIPPA shield to hide their manipulations. It was not a matter of exposing the fraud they created against Trayvon Martin as opposed to any other student; Trayvon Martin was the only student outlined in the investigation which was/is subject to public records request.
It was not selective submission, it was the only available submission we are aware of.
Summary: Despite all of these detractors who painstakingly spend time trying to spew negative opinion of the Treehouse let me just defend us for the record.
No-one, that I am aware of, has done anything more to defend George Zimmerman, research the fraud surrounding his arrest, and expose the truth of known events like we have.
No one has outlined specific details which not only poke holes in the prosecution case, but shred entire parts of the narrative which constructs the seam of the sewn fabrication, like we have.
No-one that I am aware of, including the mainstream media, has actually driven to Miami-Dade, Krop High School, M-DSPD, Orlando, Sanford, et al, and talked to people like we have to put together information leading to discoveries, and uncovering the lies and manipulations. No-one.
No-one else, including the lazy legacy media, has submitted dozens and dozens of public record requests, – many to no avail other than to know where not to look – but some which have reflected sunlight and the trail to truth, like we have.
No-one else has thought ‘outside the box’, and assembled actual, factual, fact-based and researched information which has benefitted the quest for truth in this case – like we have.
No-one has proven more Scheme Team falsehoods, deconstructed more lies, showcased more of the truth surrounding the people who have created this farce of a case, like we have.
Yet people claim we have some other motivation other than just getting to the brutal truth. Seriously? That makes my blood boil, and simultaneously steels my determination with yet even more of a hardened forging.
But in fairness to everyone, what might have begun with my initial, and albeit feeble and scattered efforts, is now really taking advantage of much research by other ordinary “Breitbarts” who care.
That, by itself, is not only a blessing, it is HOPE.
I never understood, and I admit now I wish I had, why Andrew Brietbart was so focused on the media, in all his endeavors. This George Zimmerman case has really brought to light how the media creates the politics of everyone’s life and not vice-versa.
When I see the beatings, the brutality, and the consequential hate by those who just buy the media narrative without question, it sickens me. This is dangerous ground they are fertilizing, and they do so without any trepidation.
Andrew never was upset about the recipients’ of the media spin, nor angry about how they bought it and accepted it as fact. But he did not pity them, he understood.
He never took exception to being spat upon. Not only did it prove he was directly over the target, but also because he knew the bigger goal was exposing the people who put the anxiety within the mindset of the spitter.
What appeared from the outside as tolerance for the intolerant, was in actuality, a bigger understanding than those around him carried. He worked toward eliminating the root of deception beneath the soil/surface, the real systemic root, while others focused on pulling out the visible weed.
In my opinion, their approach was a temporary solution like being really good at the whack-a-mole hammering. That approach is needed, because it keeps plugging the holes in the dam so-to-speak. But his approach was to disconnect the electricity so the game could never even be played, the dam could never collapse, and we would not need to invest in scuba gear.
I understand that now. I did not then.
We never knew him, nor did we actually ever even try to know him. We just admired his bravery and in your face resolve from a distance, while simultaneously drawing energy from the visible fight he waged and refused to walk away from.
Now I understand that we must all step up our game because he spent his life showing us how.
If we do nothing, it is a waste.
