Listening to current gun control framed through victim suffering; Listening to abortion rights framed around a desire not to burden daughters; Listening to progressives of all sorts pontificating about food bans, soda bans, slurpee bans; All under the auspices of caring for children is, well, annoying.
But watching MTV and seeing Jamie “Obama is our Lord and Savior” Foxx heralded on stage while wearing a T-Shirt of Trayvon Martin, and proclaiming a desire for “justice” is just, well, too much.

Jamie Foxx doesn’t give a damn about black boys, or any boys or girls, for that matter. If he did he would be in Miami-Dade Florida asking the Miami-Dade School Police Department why they never took responsibility to “protect and serve” both Trayvon, and the greater community in which he lived.
Trayvon’s dad, Tracy Martin, speaks of taking his son for lap-dances – is that caring for children? Teaching morality, courage, honor? No.
So when we discover that Trayvon was intentionally diverted away from the criminal justice system, to ensure he only received ‘school discipline’ instead of more consequential correction from a “corrections department”, one can only come to the conclusion that both School Superintendent Alberto Carvalho, and M-DSPD Police Chief Hurley, don’t actually care for the Trayvon’s of the neighborhood – they actually only care about themselves.
Trayvon Martin’s shooting death was an outcome of the decisions by adults to avoid the consequences of TM’s behavior. Not only to insure that Trayvon suffered no consequences, but also to insure they themselves carried no responsibility for such unintended consequences.
Yet, here is Jamie Foxx on nationally broadcast television, speaking to a mostly youthful audience, and proclaiming that justice for Trayvon is only possible if the person who became the subject Trayvon’s aggression is held to account.
Sure, George Zimmerman shot Trayvon Martin. But the path to their encounter did not start with George Zimmerman. It started with the very ideology of avoidance that all the aforementioned progressive adults chose to take.
Trayvon was in Sanford Florida on that February night 2012, not because of a scheduled visit with his dad and girlfriend. Trayvon was in Sanford after being kicked out of school, yet again, for the 3rd time in a school year only half completed.
The sheer rot of avoiding consequence is beyond horrid. Fifty three absences from school in the 2011-2012 school year ? Where were the justice seekers then ? Suspended once for being in an “unauthorized school area” ? A more politically correct labeling of unlawful activity I have never read.
Suspended again for “Criminal Mischief” – while the School Resource officer, Darryl Dunn, manipulated the reports to take away the more serious issue of Trayvon’s school backpack containing stolen jewelry and a burglary tool? Where were all the justice seekers then?
Affidavit from M-DSPD Sergeant William Tagle
Affidavit from M-DSPD Detective Steven Hadley
Affidavit from M-DSPD Commander Deanna Fox-Williams
Suspended again for “Carrying Drugs on Campus” – while the Police Chief instructed the SRO to write the report as a “tobacco pipe and tobacco” – again, to remove the criminality of it and ensure that correction responsibility was not afforded to the greater community. (Looking at you Melissa Harris-Perry). Where were all the justice seekers then?
Who are the Racists? The people who openly say there is a problem, or the people who openly avoid admitting the problem they are not correcting is spiraling out of control?
Who really cared about Trayvon Martin? The people who wanted to avoid him carrying the burden of a criminal record – so they chose to manipulate recording his behavior and simultaneously dispatch the consequences for it.
Where were the Jamie Foxx’s in the summer of 2010, or 2011 when then 15 and 16-year-old Trayvon Martin was struggling to find his sense of identity and never provided a moral compass to use in the quest.

If Jamie Foxx really wanted to make a difference in the life of Trayvon Martin, and all the Trayvon Martin’s still alive, he would be in Miami – not on stage – demanding that all young boys regardless of skin color be held to the same standard of expectation and excellence.
No. Instead he is on stage, wearing a T-Shirt proclaiming “justice for Trayvon” – yet ignoring the part he himself plays in insuring another young black male is only hours away from being shot and killed…..
….. Justice?
