At the end, he practices using his veto pen.
I don’t see that working.
They have a mandate in congress and they will just dump the filibuster in the senate.
The only thing we can do is hang on for dear life.
I don’t want to be a jerk about this and I know it will sound like I’m a jerk but when nothing gets better and the people scream why they will only have themselves to blame. (They won’t realize it and it will just be someone else’s fault because thats America)
Need 2/3 of both houses to override a veto.
You ARE being a jerk and you know it.
You’ve been running around this website since last night pecking out gloom and doom.
Nobody wants or needs a guy like you in their foxhole while they’re hanging on for dear life.
0.o
How are you possibly hanging on for dear life? Alarmist much?
Using the same verbiage that your fellow beta male used.
Try to keep up, eh?

The ones like Geagan couldn’t understand your “foxhole” reference Fuzzy. The Dems and RINOs will double down on Bidenism Stupid and then find out 2028 is right around the corner and wonder what happened. I’m wondering if GOP Kongress can reestablish any semblance of a political party or are they going to just give up?
The filibuster doesn’t mean squat if he has the veto and they don’t have 2/3rds to override.
I think they hold the filibuster until 28, hoping to win the White House.
Dems are have 55, maybe 56 when the cook AK. In 28, only 15 Dem Senate seats up, so Rs would need to hold the 17 they have up and flip 20%…not likely…
Repubs need to address the 4 big issues…fuel costs and inflation, Iran, America First, and our relationship with Israel…in a very well thought out and strategic way…and in a very VISIBLE way…and quickly…
If we want any hope of winning back some of what we lost…
Oh, and prosecute the shit out of the election fraudsters…and I mean the politicians and bureaucrats…again, VISIBLY.
Oh, and Ilhan needs GONE…the disaffected younger ones need to SEE THAY THEIR VOTE WILL MATTER.
See…easy…[sarc]
Apologies on the grammar…typing too fast.
Delete. Misunderstood.
For sure! President Reagan had to VETO everything after his first mid-term, and he used it vigorously after that!
No President has really utilized the VETO ever since, must be part of the Bush Clinton deal?
What about “2/3 needed to override a veto” do you not understand? It’s not going to be any different for Trump than it has been for any other president in this situation. The Constitution did not change yesterday.
Ending the filibuster just removes the 60-vote threshold for cloture votes. President Trump can still veto the legislation and 2/3 vote of both houses required for override.
If you’re not offering solutions to this BS, then I’m no longer interested in what you have to say about this shit.
Please be more specific about who you are referring too.
Not trying to be an ass about this.
Both.
And I’m gonna start calling Sundance Citizen G’kar until he gives us an alternative to just sitting back and losing.
God tested MAGA and the GOP twice. Once in 2017-2018 and once in 2025-26. We failed Trump twice.
Why is that Sundance’s responsibility?
You could always start your own blog.
Patricl, with all respect, aren’t you English or Canadian?
What’s your solution?
Well to be fair, repurposing most of DC into Vlad the Impaler’s backyard is a good start.
Finally, a sensible, practical solution. Anyone who disagrees is worthy of extinguishment.
Yes, everyone wants their capital to look like a shithole.
Only vote for MAGA or America First.
a) those are not always on the ballot;
b) most people here do that already.
Another new name! What does it offer?
Yesterday was full of the happy troll army too.
My biggest dilemma is figuring out which home printer will be the best replacement for the 16 year old one that I currently have which is beginning to fail.
None of them.
A few years ago I had an HP printer that seemed perfect for my needs. Then it went dead, as in doornail dead.
Its replacements have been adequate at best, boy do they suck down the proprietary ink and refuse to work with knock offs!
Thanks. It’s amazing how many of them have poor reviews no matter what brand they are.
Yep. That’s quite the scam for ink for those cartridges. About to drop-kick the one printer I got for the same reason. Got the XL cartridges in it and barely printed with it for a while. Naturally the printer is telling me it’s out of ink with the amount of time that has passed. Freaking programmed expiration dates, I swear.
At least Canon or other has a model with ink reservoirs that show the ink levels at a glance. Probably cheaper ink too by the bottle.
Our latest printer is the ET 2850 with the bottles. The ink lasts longer. The UI sucks and the printheads are finicky. I get AI to help me when I need to get it printing again. Might work better if we used it every day. They all suck but this one has sucked slightly less. Not buying stupid expensive ink cartridges every time i turn around at least.
Am right there with ya….
And the ink no longer lasts as long…
My library is about 3/4 mile away….its still ten cents a page…I often go there.
We’ve had good luck with our last two Brother printers/scanners — each lasting at least a couple of decades
Epson ET 3760. Had it for 6 years and has been bullet proof. Never a paper jam, and uses bottle refills on the ink.
Mark Steyn had a suggestion to Trump after the 2020 election.
Hop in his truck and he will help him get out of the country to go and live in a non extradition nation.
They’re gonna hang this guy and the republicans are not gonna stand by him.
I feel bad for Trump.
I like the guy. He’s a pretty funny good man who just wanted to do good for the nation.
Where we are on the timelines of the history of the world is pretty bad at the moment.
The 1960’s to part of the 70’s were much worse than today. Three dead, JFK, RFK, and MLK. Mail bombs all over the place. Hijackings left an right. The Viet Nam war with 56,000 dead freckle-faced boys. Black riots. Non-black riots. Protests all over the world. Commie in the Universities.
Doesn’t sound like much has changed.
Commies are still in the Universities teaching our kids.
They are in all of public education now.
We never had radical Islamist jihadist elected to the Senate before. At least not openly.
A friend has shared:
Regardless the outcome of the election, we can guarantee these results:
1. God is still on His throne.
2. Jesus is still King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
3. The Bible is still true.
I will add that we can expect to suffer and be tested.
John 1:10 states, “He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him.” This concept is further explained in 1 John 3:1, which notes that “the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not,” indicating that the world’s rejection of believers stems from its failure to recognize Jesus.
Regarding suffering, John 15:18 warns, “If the world hates you, know that it has hated me before it hated you,” and John 16:33 adds, “In the world you will have tribulation. But take courage; I have overcome the world.” These verses connect the world’s spiritual blindness (not knowing Jesus) with its hostility toward those who follow Him.
God sent the Israelite’s into the wilderness for 40 years. That is what happened Tuesday.
That happened many Tuesdays ago. Trump is a breath of fresh air.
Amen!
I would add one more to the list:
“Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”
Philippians 2:9-11
That Day is coming.
Once the high wears off most Liberals will still be miserable people..
Correction: *all* liberals will still be miserable people.
That is who they are.
It looked bad at the Red Sea.
It looked bad when Joseph was sold into slavery.
It looked bad when Haman built his gallows for God’s people.
It looked bad when David lost all at Ziklag.
And it looked like the very end when our Lord Jesus died on the Cross.
But what–and Who–happened?
The temptation will be to repeat the lies of the enemy over this criminal Psy-Op from the pit of hell, but just like Joshua and Caleb, we need to say what God says instead!
“For we live by faith, not by sight.”–2 Corinthians 2:7
LIVE WITH JULIIE GREEN: GOD IS SAVING OUR NATION!
Numbers 11
“It’s not over until I say it’s over and it’s not over until you win. Every lie will be revealed. The victory belongs to Jesus.”
Yes, Lord!
Rest in the Vine: The Prophetic Word, 11/3/2026
The marxist Democrats have a Khmer Rouge level of blood lust. As soon as they can they will tear down the ballroom along with all the other improvements Trump has made. Conservative podcasts and web site will not be spared. Establishment Republicans will help the marxists hunt down the innocent, hoping it protects them. Just like in Europe during WW2 with the Nazis. MAGA supporters and donors may well become a new persecuted class in America. My only consolation in this is that I will see Roberts and Barrett led out from SCOTUS by the marxist Democrats.
An American Reign of Terror.
Pol Pot killed everyone with an advance intellect even if they were his supporters.
Take a deep breath and slowly exhale. Do this a few times until mental balance is restored.
Take heart, all — Coffee & COVID’s Substack today is especially encouraging.

Thank you, excellent!
They would love for us to be defeated and to dislike our President. That’s not going to happen.
God tells us to keep going, we keep going. He’ll provide the strength.
Every single day.
🇺🇸🙏🌳♥️🦅
Amen sister!!!
Read it. This site and C&C are two I’d hate to do without. In that order (sorry, Jeff).
Until you get your butt kicked, you’ve never been in a real fight.
Great job!
This country is greater than these two bit politicians and people of this country will make the right call come 2028. Since the founding and George Washington and the war of independence, the country’s future has always rested on the knife’s edge. MIs governance and corruption has been the norm. So, yes, a feeling of disappointment is natural but I’m in the Rush Limbaugh camp of optimists and won’t give up. It will be a couple of years or hostilities and some of the overseas ventures like Iran will have to unwind and will leave a mark on President Trump’s legacy but his intentions were never in doubt. I pray for this country and its citizens.
RIP Rush. I miss him deeply.
Unfortunately, given where we are with election integrity, it is no longer sufficient to just “make the right call” if we want to reverse course.
All the democrat so called wins should be scrutinized and audited . There’s no way I’m buying all these radicals were legitimately elected .
As a matter of fact Devvy Kidd who is a true expert on election integrity posted an article saying that if democrat wins were audited very few would come out winners .
EVERY GOP LOSER NEEDS TO LISTEN TO THE BELOW WOMAN WHO GUARANTEES A REPUBLICAN WIN IF A FORENSIC AUDIT IS DONE.
The below woman is an expert at exposing democrat voter fraud , she believes that all GOP losers in the House and Senate need to do the below.
Alleged GOP Losers: Immediately File to Stop Certification of Vote
Candidates: If you allegedly lost your race, don’t just walk away. Immediately file to stop certification of the vote which varies from 20-30 days depending on the state. Demand a FORENSIC ANALYSIS. I GUARANTEE you the numbers won’t match and I say that after pursuing this cheating of We the People for the past 31 years .
Devvy Kidd NWV
Veto won’t work if Rhino Republicans join the Democrats.
It will if they can’t muster a 2/3 override. Doesn’t matter about party affiliation.
The problem is Multiculturism both Legal and Illegal with Zero assimilation……Every ethnicity in our Country virtually votes lockstep with their culture except the ‘Caucasian’………You can not have millions upon millions of people from different parts of the World, typically 3rd World living here and Voting in our elections and expect to retain our Republic…..These people have no allegiance to our Constitution, Bill Of Rights or our Western way of Life….
Nowhere in Human history has Multiculturism succeeded…. That’s a fact…..
This is the real crux of it all. Until standard classic Americans (of all colors traditionally here) vote as a block, it will get worse and worse.
One thought…the allegiance you speak of…is the freebies America offers them paid for by ‘We the People’.
The dems and all their minions also….there are so many ‘single issues’ that there is ‘something for everyone’ and that is what muddies the water.
The Constitution originally allowed only U.S. citizens who were property owners to vote.
It should STILL be that way.
Voting isn’t enough. And I am sad to say I don’t do anything more.
Just as human beings from one human being to another, this is the moment when President Trump deserves our loudest support. Here is a man who gave up his ‘golden years’ to fight for our country. I have never respected another human being more. God bless Donald J. Trump.
Sort of sad for me to watch this…..
this man loves America ,and has done all he can to bring it back from the darkness Obama /Biden put us in….
as a builder one can see the love for that as he talks about the ball room.
so many will turn on him now ….the coat tail riders and the Pence types….
Folk love to build someone up but also enjoy tearing them down…
as for me Im still on that Trump train…and have a ticket to the end of the line…
may God bless and watch over this man.
