A congressional representative currently named Ilhan Omar, previously known as Ilhan Nur Said Elmi, is facing mounting scrutiny about her personage and immigration status following federal investigators raiding her residence and taking volumes of evidence including her cell phone.
US Attorney in Washington DC, Jeanine Pirro has confirmed that Ilhan Omar’s legal name is actually Ilhan Nur Said Elmi, and it appears her family committed immigration fraud to enter the U.S, gain permanent residence and eventually citizenship.
Pirro noted in a Fox interview the DOJ is concerned about “whether or not she has followed the laws as it relates to the use of these names,” indicating that they are focused on fraud in her immigration paperwork. Whether her status is legal likely depends on whether she fraudulently obtained citizenship.
According to media reports, Federal agents have obtained “Omar’s” DNA, which can be used to prove that she is living under a false identity and that she previously married her brother in order to get him status in the U.S. Her real identity as Ilhan Nur Said Elmi appears to link her to her former husband through a shared birth name.
Following widespread media interest about the search warrant used by federal agents, U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro has petitioned the court to temporarily seal the search warrant [SEE pdf below].

The leftists will not easily admit that Ilhan Omar is: (a) unlawfully acting as a U.S. congressional representative; (b) illegally voting in U.S. elections; (c) is an unlawful alien residing in the USA under fraudulent pretenses. However, the lack of pushback to independent media reporting on the matter indicates that even the far-left media don’t want to get burned amid the massive pile of lies that seemingly surround her.
Federal agents likely have a lot more evidence than is currently known, and there is likely to be much more information to come out of this investigation within a few weeks. USAO Pirro has asked the court to seal the search warrant until November 9th, after the election.
Make an example of her and incarcerate her (and her family who broke the law) and THROW AWAY THE KEY.
Get them all out of the country. I’d much rather see that them us paying their room and board. Let Somalia deal with them.

I think there is some leverage play going on with the search warrants, etc. And it probably is not as much about immigration fraud as it is about learing center fraud.
According to Dershowitz it took the Dem Judge six hours to go over the affidavit. I do not know how he knew. Anyway, my gut tells me there are confidential informants all over that warrant affidavit.

It is reported that Ilhan Whatever Her Nameis voted on Friday and made a video about it. There are questions as to what name she has registered to vote under, and whether using an alias is against the law for voting.
After the DOJ issued the search warrant officially putting her real name into the record, approved by a lefty judge, we may have just witnessed a trap being sprung. She had to vote. If she didn’t vote because of the name issue, it would establish that her real name is not her registered name, again, the trap sprung. Either way, she is just digging herself a deeper hole.
Looks like she dropped the inconvenient Nur Said names from her AND her father’s bios, so her brother would, LOL, stand alone.
Note the timing. Divorces brother and marries her children’s dad right before she’s elected to Congress. Deporting an illegal alien who managed to lie her way into Congress is going to send a message to all other illegals in this country that they are not out of reach. No amount of status, wealth, access to lawyers, or friends in the DNC can protect you. If she goes, I imagine the number of “common folk” illegals self deporting will skyrocket!
I still think there is something much bigger here. We keep seeing the DNC circle the wagons around her, which in my opinion, means they have a big hunk of skin in the game. The other issue to consider (by deporting as opposed to jail time) are there are other foreigners who use the same tactic as ET is using. This needs severe punishment so others coming into this country don’t try this crap. Deporting is not enough, they have to serve hard time. Period.
