What are they referring to as the “Global South”?
Developing or less developed countries, primarily in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean, as well as parts of Oceania.
Compared to the wealthy Global North (typically including the US, Canada, Europe, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand).
Think of “Global South” as a substitute reference for “third world shithole countries”. Those countries that the uniparty and globohomos want to use as a source for replacement of native or legacy populations.

I say this because I live in one of those countries. Any shortcomings are countered by a population that is respectful and friendly. In many ways I am reminded of the US in the 50’s and 60’s before the communists started taking over as described in the video we are discussing.

So if you are a landlord you cannot raise rents to offset your increased costs…taxes, repairs etc.
Costs increase, rent stays the same…cash flow reduced which leads to lack of maintenance, services for residents and lack of cash flow to pay lender.
City steps in and says your lack of maintenance is causing violations in the code as such you will need to spend X amount to replace and remediate…and if not performed landlord at risk to lose property…
Cash flow already tight…lender on your tail and City further punishes landlord for not fixing items.
Lender posts foreclosure City steps in and says we will take the Complex…
City dumps all residents and places people of color in units…or illegals…
Cycle complete…will take probably 3 years to enact…

Alternate pathway for the landlords is to fall down the Section 8 rabbit hole. Maybe that’s the whole point of this?
Owned Section 8 Apartments years ago…despite receiving 1/2 of rent from the Feds…tenants were animals…destroying interiors of the apartments, throwing trash outside their doors instead of the dumpster…police called night and day.
Expenses for repairs far exceeded the rental income…

When the Section 8 renters we had in our Houston Apt complex failed to pay their gov granted rents timley, our Apt Mgr would take the front door off of their apartment.
It worked like a charm,… they paid up by 5 o’clock as demanded cuz they didn’t want their ‘neighbors’ to steal all their possessions, especially their TV. Our lease prohibited their replacing the front door if removed by Mgmt.
Some low income renters preferred to spend their Rent $ on booze and drugs,… but not in our property.
We do it one better than just freeze the rents in Calif.
We denigrate the landlord, punish them with confiscatory demands, take names and hand over virtual ownership in perpetuity if you now dare rent to anyone in California.

Most of us don’t recognize the place where we grew up. Fond memories of playing outside until the streetlights came on, riding bicycles everywhere as long as we were home for supper, and walking to school even in inclement weather.
Now kids are stuck inside glued to screens. This started mainly due to security concerns. Same with riding bicycles. Kids now ride a bus to school and many of them even get that thirty second car ride to the bus stop.
The social aspect and inventiveness of children has been erased. Part of a communist plan.

3.5 million registered voters in NY, approximately 275k voted . That’s about 11%. Easy election for them to win. Same way AOC got installed, over 750 k voters in her district and only 35k actual voters she won with 17k votes. With good canvassing you can round up those votes in couple of days.
