Steve Baker and The Blaze are being sued by former Capitol Hill police officer Shauni Kerkhoff, who Baker accused of being the J6 pipe bomber based on “gait” analysis and other dubious claims.
Mr Baker, a former FBI employee named Kyle Seraphin and Kentucky representative Thomas Massie also pushed the accusation, saying FBI Director Kash and other FBI officials were lying and an innocent guy was arrested. The arrested suspect, Brian J. Cole, Jr., confessed to the crimes.
Yesterday, Shauni Kerkhoff, who now works for the CIA security office, filed a lawsuit against Steve Baker and The Blaze [SEE HERE], claiming Steve Baker was motivated by anger over his arrest for activity in the J6 event where Ms. Kerkhoff was present providing security.
According to the lawsuit, Steve Baker and The Blaze created a conspiracy theory using Shauni Kerkhoff as the target of their claims.
This is going to be an interesting lawsuit to watch unfold as there are various types of conspiracy claims similar to Mr Baker that are circulating. If their claim is false, both Mr Baker and The Blaze could end up in the same financial position as Alex Jones.
I suspect this is not going to end well for Steve Baker, The Blaze or Glenn Beck.
I have followed this closely for many months. With all the evidence out there, including gait analysis and the fact that Ms. Kirkoff flunked our polygraph test at the beginning of April, the discovery phase is going to be very interesting. I believe she did it.
I believe you believe. I hope you’re right. I hope she gets discredited on cross when she is caught in a lie. But she’ll have been very coached. Could even have an ear piece or something like it hidden inside her. It’ll be hard to get the results I think we all want to see. Who would be a good defense attorney for the Blaze?

There’s a lot of things we “can’t know.” The one I’d like to see strung up was the cop who took careful aim and executed that young woman. There will be a time, it’s not now. After all, we FINALLY have the absolute source of the Charlottesville event. The SPLC CREATED that event. Now they are being taken down and that’s not enough and I hope not all. How about these lawyers turning state’s evidence on those in media and those in government they worked with. It’s reasonable to believe that the ORIGIN was deep state government who wanted to make things happen, enlisted SPLC’s help, the rest followed. We need THOSE PEOPLE.
I’d like to see the cop who murdered Ashley Babbitt hung from the yard arm! Not only was he not demoted, he soon after was promoted, and this was his third negative “gun incident”. If you watch the video, it is obvious, to me, that he had that intent.
As to Shauni, if I remember correctly, she was DC Police prior to immediately going to CIA. I think it was to protect the operation hoping to burry it under security claims. I fully believe that she is guilty, but I also believe that she was not a lone actor. She just drew the short straw.
Sadly, a polygraph is only accurate about 55% of the time.

Some questioners examine a subject’s facial expressions or actions, or wordiing when answering questions. This is somewhat more accurate.
I agree with you but… the court won’t allow the overwhelming evidence (ie. Armitas, video, gait analysis, et al) just as they wouldn’t allow Tina Peters to present evidence at her trial. If they are suing Baker, the fix is in. I suspect Sundance is correct, with our corrupt system, this will not go well for Mr Baker or Beck.
why do people keep believing the “courts” will be fair or allow ANY of that? “discovery” is something that happens in a functioning court of a functioning republic.
the mere mention of alex jones should be the giveaway here: the purpose of this suit is to silence and destroy them, not to seek justice or restitution. and a DC “judge” is going to ensure that happens.
I have followed this closely. With the evidence that out out there right now including gait analysis and the fact that Kirkoff flunked her polygraph test in April, I believe she is guilty. Yes Cole confessed but he was pressured to confess without a lawyer present.

Mr Baker made the mistake of making someone else’s problem his own. The investigative team had the problem of officially ruling people in or out. That’s not Mr. Baker’s job, not his problem. He should of kept his powder dry. Doesn’t matter whether you are the good guy or not. If you don’t keep your head down it’s going to become a target. Now he’s created a real big problem for himself, he and he alone owns this.
Baker is correct. It was her. She is the one that set the bomb there that kid they got to admit to doing it isn’t even the same height as the person who actually put the bomb there let alone the gate or even the body movements. The person who set that pipe bomb in place is her exact height weight her walk is exactly the same. His the guy that admitted to it gay structure statue everything was completely wrong. The blaze has it go back and look at Baker and his excellent video work. I think you’ll be convinced fully bread and circuses for the masses.
Disagree The FBI asked for assistance. He helped with the investigation and shouldn’t be blamed. Being sued for make a fair observation shouldn’t be allowed. All that time and nothing. Then when someone puts 2 and 2 together suddenly another guy is found.

As a sworn officer the lady had the means to have a loaded weapon on her person or within reach at all times. This is hardly unusual.

Computer analysis of a simple Bank Robbery CCTV footage, has a dozen or more ways to accurately measure and Identify, any previously known criminal suspect. All based on skeletal comparison, versus the know height of objects in the frame, based of facial recognition, stance, stride, and even blood vessels (Neck, Hands) seen in the footage, etc.

Thought it was a little strange when the FBI suddenly arrested their guy right after Baker released the info on Ms Kirkoff. Call me a conspiracy theorist! From the videos I’ve seen of the pipe bomber, the gait looks like that of a woman and not of Mr Cole.

The goal of the J6 staged riot was never meant to permanently deceive the public. They milked that for all they could, but it was only needed to provide the excuse to not allow Congress to vote on delaying the certification of the election. The bombs were a backup.
Time has now caught up and Kerkhoff will need to proceed with her lawsuit in a very different media and political environment then we were in in 2020. It will get worse as Trump unfurls his data on the stolen election. She will end up being the most unpopular person in US history.

Put me in the column with the other people who 100% believe that Shauni Kerkoff was the person in the pipe bomber security video. No way was Brian Cole, Jr. that person. He has a different body build and walks somewhat like a duck. I do not care if he confessed. He is sufficiently autistic that he is among those who wear headphones to deal with the stimulation in his environment. This is a type of person who could be expected to agree to whatever his interrogator would want him to say just so he could get that person out of his face and get out of the interview room.

Steve Baker has been quite meticulous in his investigation. He has documented his findings. In interviews, he has gone into great detail about the methods used.
This is a good reminder that I need to donate to Steve Baker and Joe Hanneman’s recently established online news site. They both understood that further discussion of this matter most likely would result in the loss of their jobs. It did.
Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but Mr. Baker and the Blaze will be forced to enter all of their evidence supporting their accusation into discovery.
A failed lie detector test won’t do it. For Mr. Baker’s sake, I hope he has something better than “gait analysis.”
If he goes to court with nothing but the perp “walked funny”-and that Kirkoff “walks funny in the same way”-then Baker and the Blaze will get an Alex Jones size roasting.
Possible lesson-be careful about relying on anything coming from Glenn Beck or the Blaze.
There may be much more to the story than just Kerkhoff failing a polygraph at the CIA where she obtained immediate employment after her J6 stint as a non-lethal weapons expert with the DC Capital police? What about Kerkhoff’s immediate next door neighbour and his ‘visiting friend ‘ (J5-J7) who photographed ‘unique numbers in DC such as manhole covers and the exact location where the RNC bomb was discover? Why was an initial FBI investigation told to stop further inquiries? Coincidence??
