Steve Baker and The Blaze are being sued by former Capitol Hill police officer Shauni Kerkoff, who Baker accused of being the J6 pipe bomber based on “gait” analysis and other dubious claims.
Mr Baker, a former FBI employee named Kyle Seraphin and Kentucky representative Thomas Massie also pushed the accusation, saying FBI Director Kash and other FBI officials were lying and an innocent guy was arrested. The arrested suspect, Brian J. Cole, Jr., confessed to the crimes.
Yesterday, Shauni Kerkoff, who now works for the CIA security office, filed a lawsuit against Steve Baker and The Blaze [SEE HERE], claiming Steve Baker was motivated by anger over his arrest for activity in the J6 event where Ms. Kerkoff was present providing security.
According to the lawsuit, Steve Baker and The Blaze created a conspiracy theory using Shauni Kerkoff as the target of their claims.
This is going to be an interesting lawsuit to watch unfold as there are various types of conspiracy claims similar to Mr Baker that are circulating. If their claim is false, both Mr Baker and The Blaze could end up in the same financial position as Alex Jones.
I suspect this is not going to end well for Steve Baker, The Blaze or Glenn Beck.
I think if nothing else, we’ll be able to come to our own conclusions about the case depending on whether or not the actual gait analysis is examined during the trial. If it’s not, then I will consider this trial a coverup.
It will hopefully also bring more attention to this element in the whole plan for the day. I think most people have forgotten about the pipe bombs by now and have no idea how their discovery was critical to the timing of everything else that happened afterward.

The man who confessed is reportedly severely autistic and still lives at home with his parents. The footage that was aired was deliberately altered (reduced resolution and slowed frame rate) to make identification impossible. There was also reportedly a blur filter added to any frame that showed the person’s eyes. It was also reported that they excluded any Law Enforcement related cell phones from the cell tower analysis.
I think there is a strong possibility Shauni was on the wrong side of what happened on J6 but Baker making accusations she was pipe bomber will likely will be proven false. This hurts getting the truth about J6 out. I am a pardoned J6er so this hurts me in a specific way.

In a fair trial, yes. In a railroad trial – like happened to Alex Jones, Steve Bannon, Peter Navarro, Donald J Trump (multiple), and 95% of J6 defendants – it won’t end well for Baker and Blaze. The suspect they arrested is a laughable patsy, who will also be railroaded into a conviction. Exhibit 84,341 of how corrupt the US just-us system is today.
Truth be told, more than half of all criminal trials in the US today that aren’t even political are railroad jobs. The US just-us system structurally produces railroad trials.

This lawsuit opens up discovery by Baker’s and The Blaze’s defense teams. They could have the ability to unravel a lot of the cover-ups, lies and diversions around J6 and the bomb scheme.
That last part is concerning. We know the FBI doctored video evidence, frame-rates, downscaled resolution, only releasing certain camera angles but withholding other angles etc. We know they lied about the circumstances of how the bombs were found and the identities of who found them.

10 years ago I was turned off by The Blaze. Family recommended I sit in on one of his radio shows. Family was an ardent fan – had just attended one of Beck’s glitzy staged shows, charging for tickets in Utah.
After sitting through the radio show; with Beck absent for that session; I sent in a complaint about the 2 guys on Beck’s Radio; about inappropriate remarks. I got reply that Beck was not in the studio or in town. Before knowing anything more about Beck, I received something about Beck rubbing his face in orange chitos – anti-Trump; claiming it satire. Beck was a strong supporter of Ted Cruz then, had publicly criticized Trump for lacking conservative principles. The Cheetos incident was part of a broader on-air effort to ridicule Trump’s appearance and appeal to viewers; who viewed his persona as unserious or flamboyant.
I started looking more into Beck. Prime question to start, was ‘what kind of talent does Beck really have?’

In every presentation of this that I saw, Baker stated clearly that the evidence and gait analysis were highly suspicious but not conclusive. If the judicial system functions, Kerkoff will have to prove that Baker knew what he was saying was false, did not believe it himself, and presented it primarily to cause harm to the person it implicated. Unless Baker wrote or told someone otherwise, he believes the facts he presented are accurate. Other than DC jury syndrome, there is no case here. OTOH, Baker will push for discovery and depositions that Nancy Pelosi, Capital Police, DC Metro Police, etc., are not going to want to permit. It will come down to whether the judge is corrupt.

It is maybe not a coincidence that Team Kerkhoff is playing this card in the wake of the SPLC charges. Charlottesville was a stage rehearsal for J6. It is my belief that as things unfold in both cases, we will see connections including personnel, money, and modus operandi.
