FBI Director Kash Patel appears on Fox News Sunday to discuss ongoing FBI issues with Maria Bartiromo.
Beginning with the issue of missing scientists, Kash Patel notes the FBI is “working with partners in various jurisdictions” to review each case and identify if something more nefarious is afoot. The questioning then shifts to an explosive accusation by The Atlantic about his drinking, partying and indulgences within his position. Patel notes he is going to sue the Atlantic for defamation.
Maria Bartiromo also asks if Kash Patel has seen any evidence of the 2020 election fraud as outlined by President Trump for several years. Patel notes he cannot talk about ongoing investigations but hints that more information is likely to come out within the next few weeks. WATCH:
.
From my personal perspective, Kash Patel does like the indulgences that come with the office. However, I think the accusations against him are likely spurred by disgruntled FBI agents and DOJ officials with an axe to grind.
That said, it still doesn’t appear that Director Patel has his arms around the agency he leads, and it is not uncommon to find people within the Trump administration who are frustrated with ongoing dubious activity carried out by remnant FBI officials who are not being brought to heel.

Over the years, we’ve allowed hundreds of thousands, if not more, of Chinese so-called students to study and conduct research at our universities. In doing so, we’ve helped educate and train individuals who later return home and work against us. Yet now, these talking heads appear in the media pointing fingers at China, overlooking the role we’ve played — and still play — in sharing knowledge and expertise for decades with our biggest geopolitical foe. How stupid is that?
Speaking of Kash, he comes across as another ego-inflated influencer turned admin official, an intellectual lightweight who seems overly focused on his personal image and affluence.
Why do we even accept students from CCP China?
Can’t we educate our own, even Canadian, French, Mexican, or Argentinian?
$$$$
Well then we would have great politicians like Boston mayor Democrat Michelle “Harvard Ahole Factory” Wu obviously, duh!
Bec the higher learning system loves the money. CCP students pay full tuition
Money. Corruption. There are no other reasons. We love money. The Big Edu loves money.
Wish I could disagree with you. I can’t. It’s all true. You nailed it. 🔨
Worse, the “birth tourism” babies born during the Clinton and GW Bush administrations are now old enough to move to the USA (a country they never lived in) and get hired into all sorts of sensitive “US Citizen only” national security and law enforcement jobs.
The Chinese Exclusion Act was there for a reason. Then there was an Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965 sponsored by Ted Kennedy.
What that law did, in plain terms:
I don’t know what it is about the guy, but just watching him, even WITHOUT Bongino, makes me want to grab an early nightcap.
Patel is out of his depth.
Was hoping he would have been replaced by now.
Who would you like to see running the FBI? And who could also get confirmed by Senate?
Just curious.
Sad isn’t it? Can’t even expect a republican majority to give President Trump the ones needed to help run the government.
You don’t need the Director to run the FBI. Maybe to make appearances on Fox and other media, but there is a chain of command (or talent) there. Like the military, there is always someone ready to step-up. Someone in that organization, already in a senior leadership position (and a patriot, if not MAGA to boot), can run that bureau. President Trump just needs to find him (or her). The Senate is a chamber of snakes. They will never, as presently constituted, confirm someone that President Trump wants (or needs) to lead. Work around them–legally.
The top ranks of career FBI who would be “ready to step up” were all hired and promoted by Wray, Comey or Muller. No thanks.
See below. And a previous video revealed POTUS wasn’t happy with him.
When asked directly by Bartiromo Kash Patel said he is filing a laswuit against the Atlantic on Monday. He also said the indictment against Comey is working through the judicial process.
Not sure Patel’s defamation suit is ready for a Monday drop….
Blondie is in private practice and has lots of free time now. Maybe she can file it?
Harmeet Dhillon brought her department to heel within four weeks. Major personnel purge, and mission change.
Patel and Bongino were spooked. Did they really find a secret room with ‘burn bags’?; or did a Whistleblower step forward, and this was the cover story?
THEY BOTH LOOK TERRIFIED.
Body Language Ghost – Patel and Bongino
Dhillon oversees 750 staffers. Patel oversees 38,000 FBI employees. Draw your own conclusions.
He’s a waste of oxygen.
Deer in the headlights is too kind a description.
As long as he isnt playing dressup like Bryon Noem.
Why can’t public officials just do the job they were hired for.
At least J Edgar Hoover kept his gay life private.
A Little man in a Big job.
A mistake POTUS must correct.
Ty Sundance for posting the entire interview. I am not a fan of FNC for several years so I generally miss their more important interviews, because most of what they do is garbage. 💁🏻♀️
This is slightly off topic, but can anyone tell me why the IC swamp left incriminating evidence in vaults, burn bags or prohibited access files? Why would they want to keep any of it? I understand the point that they never thought Trump would win. But what reason would there be to keep it? I’m sure they have “ retention” policies but why would they follow procedure when they are committing crimes?
Why do serial rapists or murderers keep trophies? The vermin never expected Trump to survive politically or physically to bring them into the open.
Yes but why? So they could document their felonies in the future?Just doesn’t make sense.
To me, Kash always looks like the kid who was given the answers to all the tests, but doesn’t understand anything he is supposed to have learned. He likes attention. He’s vague with his responses. He doesn’t seem to have authority over his own agency. He’s had plenty of time to investigate and clean house of bad apples in middle and upper levels. I just don’t think he has the gravitas and the personality traits to be an effective leader, regardless of what Bongino says.
They Scared him ..
I have severe “ongoing investigation” fatigue.
I don’t listen to anything he says anymore. He is an incompetent doofus…..even looks like one.
Patel has been horrendous disappointment for many of us!!! His biggest ugly act has been the Assassination of Charlie Kirk. This entire investigation has been a hoax and pack of lies. Candace Owens , Baron Coleman, Ian Carrol have ripped FBI /Patel story on Kirk murder to pieces. This alone destroys any credibility of this man for me and anyone with logical coherent mind.
I am profoundly worried as to why Trump is going along with this ugly pack of lies about the murder of his supposed close friend and supporter. Trump is far too smart to believe the story FBI and Kash is telling us here.
“… it still doesn’t appear that Director Patel has his arms around the agency he leads.”
Lee Zeldin shrunk EPA staffing by double digit percentage. This could be a good first step for Director Patel. Maybe also remove some of the Senior Executive Service. This could motivate remaining staff to follow instructions.
Kash Patel is not leading this agency.
What has this corrupt agency accomplished under his so-called leadership?
Considering that President Trump does not drink any alcohol whatsoever, I would assume that he does not have a lot of patience for cabinet members who do so to excess.
I believe Pete Hegseth gave up drinking when he was nominated, as he had a few questionable episodes in his past while under the influence… Maybe Kash should have done the same?
Either the FBI is about to break a huge case and The Atlantic is desperate to smear the Director OR they have a solid story and Patel will be out by the end of the week!
Anyone with that much responsibility should not touch alcohol.
Riiiggghhhttt…
