Bout time that they fixed the nonsense that they screwed up big time on. They blew a hole through the paper ring theory with that fictionally based judgment.

Sales of existing homes have plunged and mortgage refinancing has also plunged, and far fewer mortgages got paid off, and passthrough principal payments to MBS holders have slowed to a trickle.

Regarding home sales, nothing at all surprising there.
Everything shut down in the largest population areas for over a year. Relatively high interest rates (historically still low). Sky high housing prices where single wide trailers on 5 acres go for $300K. Personal debt through the roof due partly to the C19 shutdown, but more so to very bad personal decisions.
(If you think taking on massive debt in order to keep a complete financial collapse at bay is “benefiting”, you might want to quit using mob comments as your sources…)

Eric Trump explains his enthusiasm for digital financials (StableCoin). It’s due to the devastating and vicious debanking by the big banks of conservative organizations (most notably the Trump businesses) because of political differences and/or government pressure. Trump issues an executive order prohibiting Congress from getting paid while the government is closed. I don’t know if this is legal, but it would have to be adjudicated by the Democrats bring him to court. They would be too embarrassed to do that and it may force them to stop the shutdown

These lower courts do not “rule” if not supported by threats from Congress and Supreme Court vs the Executive Branch aided by the profession landmines in the Executive Branch among the 3+ MILLION Executive Branch employees. … to either impeach, legislate AGAINST the President or sit on the sidelines NOT supporting the President with Legislation … then the Supreme Court allowing the SLOW ROLLING all the outstanding suits still wallowing in the Federal Courts … and waiting in the wings to slow roll cases that do reach them.

Why is ICE driving around in expensive luxury SUVs doing their jobs? I see them driving around in fancy GMC SUVs that cost 80-90k a pop. Another one a top of the line Jeep Wagoneer 100k a pop. What happened to driving Ford or Chevy vans that cost 30k a pop? Not a very wise use of our tax dollars.
