We now have institutionalized “unreasonable search,” and with it of course, “seizure.” Your geospatial position on earth is being constantly transmitted – by your phone, by your car – and recorded. For instance Comey was scheming to use these false claims to get a special counsel and working with dems to get Trump Impeached.

The Patriot Act violated at least six of the original 10 Amendments—the 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th. Edward Snowden later exposed the scale of domestic surveillance, contradicting claims that the Patriot Act targeted only terrorists.

Beginning in 2003: Unconstitutional spying. CIA and NSA whistleblower Dennis Montgomery worked on a massive nationwide phone-surveillance spying program starting in 2003 during the Bush administration. Montgomery stated that Bush’s FBI Director Mueller oversaw the phone-spying program but it was also under the direction of John Brennan and James Clapper. Barack Obama continued the program. Tim Blixseth, a former business partner of Dennis Montgomery, revealed that Montgomery’s “HAMMER” wiretapped Donald Trump “a zillion times” as well as collecting data on members of Congress, 156 judges, and other business professionals. The unconstitutional spying program was used for “blackmail” and “leverage.”  

Plandemic: November-December 2019 Dr. Fauci’s virus is released from the Wuhan lab that the NIH was funding. Fauci’s virus contained a DNA sequence patented by Moderna 3 years before the plandemic. There was a one-in-three-trillion chance Moderna’s sequence randomly appeared through natural evolution. Lawrence Sellin stated, “The National Institutes of Health funds China’s biowarfare program in ways similar to shell companies laundering money.” Judicial Watch received 1651 pages of records from the NIH revealing the NIH’s controversial funding of bat coronavirus “gain of function” research, experiments that can lead to viruses that are “more transmissible or more virulent than the original organism or those that evade current detection methods and available treatments.” How many millions died or were injured from Fauci’s virus and the experimental vaccines? Fauci’s virus opens the door for Biden’s millions of mail-in ballots.

First impeachment of President Trump 2019-2020. This was a coup attempt regarding a phone call that President Trump had with Ukrainian President Zelensky. Based on a false story concocted by NSC resistance member Alexander Vindman, a complaint by CIA operative Eric Ciaramella, and the Schiff dossier, Speaker Pelosi brings lawfare impeachment charges against President Trump. Could it be that President Trump’s investigation of the Ukraine funds was expanding to the federal government’s missing trillions?

J6, 2021 the Fedsurrection to stop the certification: Rep. Clay Higgins stated that FBI agents were operating undercover within the online groups across the country were the first to plant the suggestions of a more radical occupation of the Capital on J6. Rep Higgins stated “I’m following the evidence and to my horror it implicates our FBI at the highest level and a conspiracy within our government at the highest level to set the stage for a compromised election cycle in 2020 and then in the actions that took place on J4, J5, and J6…. Their objective was to forever destroy the entire MAGA movement… It’s a whole another story about what the FBI has done tagging Americans as suspected domestic terrorists. Some of the highest levels in the FBI and within our intelligence services would coordinate with the most extreme liberal factions within a Democrat Party that were desperate to keep Trump out of office.” Pray tell what was the role of the 247+ FBI agents in the J6 planning and execution? 
More J6: The Capitol Police Chief stated the rioters (counter-protesters) came with riot helmets, gas masks, shields, pepper spray, fireworks, climbing gear, explosives, metal pipes, baseball bats, etc. And Revolver.news reports that Fed operative Ray Epps announced multiple times, at multiple locations, his upcoming plot to breach the US Capitol. On J6 Ray Epps led his “breach team” that violently knocked over and hauled off the metal barricades, tore down the “Restricted Area” signage, forced back the police, etc. Fed operative Epps’ breach team thus set up the largest booby trap in American history for the Trump supporters. Never forget the real reason the feds planned and executed J6 was to halt the January 6 certification of the Electoral College votes. The Fedsurrection was a federal operation to allow Pelosi to declare an emergency session on J6 to preclude Pennsylvania, Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin from challenging Biden’s fraudulent electors. And the feds’ J6 backup plan was the pipe bombs that were planted by a fed agent.  

Second impeachment of President Trump January 2021: House Democrats impeached President Trump for “Incitement of Insurrection” alleging that Trump engaged in a months-long campaign of false claims about the 2020 election being stolen, culminating in his January 6, 2021 speech urging supporters to go to the Capitol.

Aug 8, 2022: Armed FBI agents raid Mar-a-Lago. (Under federal laws, conspiracy is a continuing offense so the statute of limitations may be August 2027 or later.)

Nov 2022. Three days after private citizen Donald Trump announced his 2024 presidential campaign Biden’s DOJ appointed Jack Smith as an unconstitutional special prosecutor. Smith was charged with overseeing two ongoing DOJ criminal investigations into Trump: one related to his efforts to overturn the 2020 election results (including the January 6, 2021, Capitol attack), and the other concerning the retention of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago. One of Smith’s charges was Conspiracy Against Rights (18 U.S.C. § 241). Wasn’t that rich? 

The assassins: July 13, 2024: The best Secret Service teams were pulled away to protect Jill Biden in PA on the same date as Trump’s rally in Butler. Then the security team assigned to protect President Trump was looking the other way as assassin Thomas Crooks was seen with a rangefinder and then set up on the roof of the AGR building occupied by Butler County snipers. Twenty (20) minutes after a Secret Service countersniper observed the suspect on the AGR roof and reported it to the command center, Crooks fired 8 rounds hitting President Trump and 3 others. (And how was it that Austin Private Wealth reportedly purchased put options on as many as 12 million DJT shares just one day before the assassination attempt on Donald Trump?) Two months later assassin Ryan Routh made another attempt to kill President Trump.

Georgia: President Trump and 18 co-defendants were indicted by Fani Willis under Georgia’s RICO (racketeering) statute for allegedly orchestrating a criminal enterprise to overturn Biden’s 2020 election. Willis and/or her lover Nathan Wade went to the Biden White House on more than one occasion. There are still 32 felony counts against President Trump.

New York: NY AG Letitia James sued President Trump and the Trump Organization for alleged persistent fraud by inflating asset values to secure better loans, insurance, and tax benefits. There were direct ties to Biden and the Biden White House plus an apparent connection to Sen. Chuck Schumer as well. A NY jury found Trump guilty of fill-in-the-blank charges and Judge Engoron ordered a-half-billion dollars in fines and penalties. Some parts of the case are still active.

New York City: Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg charged President Trump with 34 felony counts of falsifying business records to conceal a $130,000 hush money payment to Stormy Daniels (via Michael Cohen) to influence the 2016 election. Trump’s appeal is ongoing.

Challenges were filed in more than 30 states to remove Donald Trump’s name from the 2024 presidential ballot. The challenges focused on Trump’s alleged role in the J6 Capitol events and his efforts to challenge Biden’s 2020 stolen election. 

I contend that much of the extremism to remove Donald Trump traces back to 9/11. The reason that President Trump had to be stopped, even it required putting him in prison for hundreds of years or an assassin’s bullet, was because of the vow he made about 9/11. One of the smoking guns was the 610 foot tall WTC Building 7 with 83 steel columns that collapsed in 6.5 seconds like a controlled demolition. Donald Trump said “First of all, the original 9/11 investigation is a total mess and has to be reopened… How do 2 planes take out 3 buildings in the same day?” … “I never got my head around the fact that nothing is mentioned about the destruction of Building 7 in the 585-page document.”  So who did blow up WTC Building 7 on September 11? It’s a real stretch to think that Islamic terrorists could sneak into WTC7 (with CIA offices) to plant explosives. Indeed, Malcolm Howard, a former CIA operative, gave a death bed confession that he was involved in wiring the WTC buildings with explosives–saying he was just a patriot following orders from the top for the greater good. Susan Lindauer was a CIA asset whistleblower who stated the CIA, FBI, and alphabet agencies didn’t miss 9/11, they were darkly involved from the beginning. If true, this would all be a continuing coverup of the biggest political scandal in US history.  Donald Trump said 9/11 was not properly investigated and vowed to get to the bottom of it.

I just listened to an examination by John Titus and Catherine Austin Fitts (behind the Solari paywall) of the USA v. James B. Comey, Jr documents released by the US District Court in Eastern Virginia.

Their conclusion was that the DOJ case being brought against Comey has been poorly worded in such a way (beyond sloppy or amateurish) that it is sure to get thrown out of court, and then the DOJ won’t be able to revisit those charges.

Public corruption is a prosecutable crime. Conspiracy against rights is a prosecutable crime. It is absolutely essential to understand how they used legal steps to accomplish illegal ends.

Search warrants are not illegal, for example. Using the search warrant to gain access to a computer so you can commit identity theft IS a crime. But to the judge, you just seized a computer as evidence. That your true intent was to steal bank account data or personal information is hidden.

It’s not illegal to order a new ICA. Using said ICA to justify search warrants you need to spy on political enemies then sell that information to the Clinton campaign IS ILLEGAL. And yes, hiring contractors to give you info they have access to is selling info to paying client.

Conspiracy against rights under color of law. Learn it, live it, love it. Keep in mind they CONSPIRED to place a Biden DOJ attorney on the New York prosecution of Trump. They CONSPIRED with GA prosecutors on that case. They CONSPIRED to raid Trump’s home to steal back “classified” information and present the appearance of criminality. They CONSPIRED to deprive Mike Flynn of legal counsel and set a 18 USC Sec. 1001 trap.

And a LOT of this is actually written down because the coup plot depended on creating/fabricating “the necessary documentation”.

James Comey’s alleged notes about his meeting with Trump? That’s the oldest bureaucrat truck in the book. Fabricate a “paper trail” of seemingly innocent notes. Then you unload them to get someone fired. In Comey’s case, to get a Special Counsel and to harm Trump via leaks. His notes are almost certainly fiction. But: documentation is the lifeblood of the bureaucracy.

Their biggest weapon is their greatest vulnerability. By leaking something only he had access to (originals) led straight to the leaker. Then Comey lied to Congress about it.

They all figured Trump would be dead in prison and they could burn or “top secret” the evidence.

So, the initial problem was that Hillary DID NOT WIN.

And there I was innocently believing the moon really WAS made of green cheese. Despite glaring evidence to the contrary. I also bitterly clung to the naive notion, injected into my carcass from the pulpits of my childhood, “People are inherently good”.

Well, no they are fecking not.

The deceptions and concomitant damage born of selfish envy, jealousy, and rage are integrated in human nature just as is the reflex to protect a helpless kitten. My horror was realizing in far too many people those traits are not close to being in stasis but are biased toward a result they are desperately determined to affect. They want what they want when they want it, consequences be damned.

You can imagine my disappointment.

I was all of about five years old when that cold bath of reality nearly drowned me. The ensuing years have not dimmed my hope for humanity but I’ve scaled way back and am now mostly concerned with keeping my own soul and that of my circle of family and close friends, away from the damnation of a Godless eternity. The summation might be that we are all fragile and easily deceived, but why so many are mired in childish self-centered behavior is an unanswered question.

So there is little I can do for those lost in their own creation of hell on earth, surrounded by worldly pleasures and grasping at anything that satisfies their endless yearning for conceited pleasure. And little any of us can do for them. What we CAN do is get them away from positions of influence and keep them the hell out of political power. That they are lost souls is tragic, but that they so easily recruit others to join the Team of Stupid is criminal.

I think there are a few big boy pants -wearers in the Trump Circle who read TCT as regularly as we who comment do .
I think (hope) they are assembling a steel-clad RICO case that will slowly oooze out to the uninformed electorate. The Legacy Media is already stretched to the breaking point by what they censor. The ugly details will shock anyone who deep in the bones knows some very bad actors have been acting very badly for a long time. It’s like a Dam break. It’s coming.

Detailing Russia! Russia! Russia! in easily consumed chunks is important work, but what I don’t see is the connection between Russiagate and Spygate.

Russiagate was the result of political dirty tricks and wildly unprofessional behavior on the part of the hacks 0bama staffed his administration with. Spygate is where the real criminal activity was, and that needs to be the subject of a detailed takedown like this.

Since he is no longer in office, and appears to have unlimited immunity for his behavior in office, there is no remedy. Worse, there is no will in either party to rectify this disgusting corruption and abuse of power. The end of our republic is upon us. As much as I love President Trump’s attitude and work, it is only for 39 1/2 more months. Do the American electorate have the fortitude to support real reform, or are we content to operate under presidential decree, judicial legislation, and a dead legislature hellbent on enrichment than on lifting our nation back to life?
