President Trump held a brief presser in the oval office to review some key performance indicators within the economy. As noted by Steve Moore, the MAGAnomic policies of President Trump deliver remarkable results – particularly for the working class or blue-collar workers. WATCH:

And yet, the MSM Pooh-poohs the economic data. Sad.
If we had honest elections (all the way down to the state school board level) and an honest media, the Democrat agenda wouldn’t see the light of day outside of the Uber-moonbat enclaves.
And the left hates it and him. Go figure.
The left couldn’t care less about the American working class.
Thank you for the winning, Mr. President. I have found a surefire way to never get tired of it.
Under biden BLS fabricated 1.5 million fake jobs and then under Trump BLS removes the fake jobs to make Trump look bad.
So BLS is part of the overall conspiracy too. Almost everybody in DC belongs in prison.
It was previously reported that 40% of biden jobs were government (no need to fake those), which means if they’re faking private sector jobs, the percentage of government jobs increases.
It’s not difficult to create government jobs, biden shouldn’t be applauded for padded numbers (not saying you’re doing that, Sunshine!)
Well color me impressed but not surprised. First term was great but now we’re building back greater than ever before because President Trump knows how and is doing it.
Statistics is a shell game. Always has been.
Think ‘fake’ math.
That’s why the pharma industry relies on it to report ‘relative’ aka ‘selective’ data vs. ‘absolute’ data for their drug trials.
They parse out the favorable data to show their pre-planned test results.
And like magic, it always tells the story they planned to tell.
CNN has had to recently point out some data that did not make them happy.
Statistics is a shell game to fake people.
A good manager wants the truth so he can be proud of a good job or fix what is broken.
Only fools twist the numbers.
It is a pretty big deal to criticize the BLS. The academic community and financial community rely on their statistics. If they are cooking the books, it’s a gigantic error, and affects Fed Reserve Policy.
I thought they (President Trump and Steve Moore) were merciful as they should have gone all the way back to 2009 to show how the books were cooked via numbers and definitions of terms … and showed the bump in the middle 2017-2020 where President Trump tried to action to correct the way numbers were reported and had returned the definitions to pre-2009.
Plus, besides starting at 2009, they could have emphasized the point in 2012 … where the FIRED BLS Director started impacting numbers.
Happy to see Steve Moore being involved. He is one of the few Economist-Business academics I actually trust to tell it like it is and understands Economics as well as Business plus everything in between. I had wanted to see him more directly involved as a member of the President’s Staff, yet Steve has been much more effective supporting from the Public Side.
Loved how on the 1st Chart the President made a political statement and then subtly worked with Steve to keep him as a “non-partisan” presenter.
Hopefully these slides get put into a package and put out to the Public for pod casters and alternate news sources to use.
The chart the president Showed at the end was a good one … yet … the Chart comparing Biden’s home income vs President Trump’s 2017-2020 needs to be emphasized MORE. Even at the COVID dip …. President Trump’s Economy showed a rebound UPWARD at slope far greater than Biden’s in 2024.
And Bidungs numbers in 2024 were just as cooked as he was. Pun intended. Spit
This may be a question that can not be answered so, is there any democrat politician or party member that can speak the truth? There must be at least one !
Yes, they all do and can speak the truth … it is a matter of to whom and when they tell the truth as well as how much truth is added.
There are “2-Sets of Books” kept by the democrats and Uni-party in general.
There is the “ground truth” set of books, because it is imperative to always know the TRUE Start Point for any story told as well as to support any future decisions … to assess risk and make plans with ROI for each plan.
Then there are the rotten books shown to the PUBLIC, modified by bits of truth as needed.
It’s all done in the best traditions of the “Gangster ACCOUNTANT” movies.
Here in Illinois I am not finding my wallet feeling full. Gas prices are way above what the oil barrel price would have been a few years ago, Meats and staples are all very high priced and the home power bill is crazy. I realize there are corporate interest along with the fed trying to drain the economy of the new money. It appearsthe games being played are going over the Whitehouses head. He does realize the Feds interest game but, totally misses Krogers, Walmart, and other corporate price fixing. I have far less disposable income this year than I had last. I’m on a fixed income.
In the same boat todd, just have hope in this administration to stop the rise in prices.they are not going back down, they never do.At 81 using saving for prop taxes, 2800 for all car& home insurance, all the yearly big items.A good reminder for youngsters on the tree,SAVE,SAVE,SAVE.
very glad there are some people at the Treehouse who are living my reality…I am not sure what “graphs” Stephen Moore is putting out there but in my world (and everyone IN my world) things are not better…in fact things are looking pretty dire…costs, job market…not much improvement at all. Other than gas (which is schizophrenic) and eggs, prices are high and my wallet isn’t getting any fatter. I sometimes feel like me and mine are living on an island and everyone else is “winning” somewhere else, and we are not….I am hopeful for the future, but my present is still the same…I am glad there are a few like me out there on this island
Thank you Steve Moore! Thank you President Trump!
MAGA!
