President Trump was reviewing the symmetry of architecture as the plans for the White House ballroom are being finalized. Apparently, President Trump wants to make sure the details on both wings of the White House are in compliment to each other with the new addition coming.
As a result, President Trump climbed onto the roof of the White House to review the overall design elements himself. The journalists noticed him up there and started asking questions. lol

I remember seeing a video several years ago about his “Trump” plane and the person who worked on the plane (maybe the pilot, can’t remember) said he was always careful because Mr. Trump noticed every small detail. That’s a lesson for us all.

I think this flat roof must be where the musicians played in the last administration for the Australian state visit.
