President Trump was reviewing the symmetry of architecture as the plans for the White House ballroom are being finalized. Apparently, President Trump wants to make sure the details on both wings of the White House are in compliment to each other with the new addition coming.
As a result, President Trump climbed onto the roof of the White House to review the overall design elements himself. The journalists noticed him up there and started asking questions. lol

The erection of flag pole(s) on EITHER SIDE of the Whiteside helped to get “a fix” on the underlying soil composition. I also have a buddy in southern California who, years ago, worked with the Trump development/construction team on one of the Trump projects down there. They were exceptionally competent and easy to work alongside, as was Mr. Trump, when he arrived for some final inspections.
