The tweet is CIA’s attempt to point out that its employees do a myriad of different jobs, and are not just “spies.” The Agency has a couple of museums, so they have curators on staff, working at Langley. The Agency has its own physical security force, so it has employees who are fully qualified police officers. Etc, etc.
Foreigners who are recruited by the human intelligence officers of the Agency are called “assets,” or “agents.”

I suspect that the records that so many really want aren’t going to be found stored under anything “Epstein”. Epstein was a paid IC informer. As such, he wouldn’t have kept records of his financial payoffs in multifarious ways. He wasn’t going to pay taxes on it! He also likely did not keep much of the information he was paid for, but rather this information now is buried in the files of other persons and investigations. To the extent he was keeping “counter-blackmail” information, this stuff was checked for and cleared out from his island, townhouse, etc., and filed “where appropriate” after his death. To the extent he could have talked, evidentiary documents or no, well we know how that turned out.
