Americans can be and are arrested without warrants.
You’d think a judge would know that warrants aren’t always necessary.

I have a high school friend who became psychiatrist. He was commenting one day that’s he had some patients for more than 30 years which prompted one spouse to say “then you didn’t fix them”! He’s probably helped others but psychiatry isn’t a panacea and probably doesn’t even work on curing wokeness or trannies!!! Some mental illnesses require institutionalization! But the Democrats ended that in the early 60s!!!
Another failed policy of liberals and progressives, was the deinstitutionalization of the insane and a reduction in the use of state hospitals which began in the period of the civil rights movement which attempted to incorporate the insane into mainstream society. “The passage of the 1963 Community Mental Health Construction Act, which made federal grants available to states for establishing local community mental health centers, was intended to provide treatment in the community in anticipation of the release of patients from state hospitals.” The only problem is that insane don’t go to the “local community mental health center” for treatment well because they’re insane!! So they remain on the street untreated and a danger to themselves, to us and our children! Thanks to enlightened Democrats!! How has that worked out? Everything Democrats touch turns to 💩! I recently had to counter that belief by saying what you have outlined above, i.e. that the DEMS suddenly decided in the 1960’s and 1970’s that insane people had the right to be insane in public and refuse to be treated…even though they are not thinking properly!
And so the streets and bridges and parks and playgrounds and all other public areas became asylums!

Through my online research with the best info coming from a Colorado Spanish language site, I found that the recently raided illegal night club was a “well known” illegal after hours club which has been in operation for years and that there had been a huge number of 911 calls from there over those years.
However, even though I’m sure drug use and sales there weren’t something that just popped up, the DEA only started investigating the club a few months ago.
Also, even with a 50% illegals rate within the 200 patrons, ICE wasn’t the lead investigating agency that led to the bust and even though this club was a prima facie illegal “after hours” operation which had generated so many 911 calls, it wasn’t shut down long ago for that reason alone by LOCAL law enforcement in the rare conservative city of Colorado Springs within the Dimocrat infested state of Colorado.
Very strange.
Now, even though one could throw a dart at a map of the US and accomplish the following wherever the dart hit, this pops ups, also in Colorado.
Since coverage of this, just as with the illegal club, is superficial from lazy media outlets including Faux who don’t bother to investigate, I used keywords from various articles I’ve seen including “stolen social security numbers” which is not on the Denver ICE page about this to get this AI summary:

We could start a campaign to press for removal of all LEs, prosecutors, and judges involved in J6 cases. A start would be to demand that the DOJ even mentions the issue.
Time for Trump to get congress to re-enact the Habeas Corpus Suspension Act again like in 1863 giving Trump formal authority to detain and deport illegals without a trial.
I think a registry of judges nationwide that let crime flourish is in order.

Show how judges ( in different cities, states) have the same NGO/ Soros initial funding.

Congress can under Article I, Section 8 under its “make rules for the government” power block judges from hearing specified cases and remove tools from their toolboxes.
Congress could also give Trump appropriate tools (and do at least one honest day’s work in their current term).
Congress might have such powers, but have amply demonstrated the are far too feckless to ever effectively use them.

I did a covid gig in a FL jail with a pop. of 1400 plus or minus at one facility…every inmate I spoke with, and in the course of a week, I spoke with almost all of them, had addiction issues and or charges to and for Ativan (benzo) and fentanyl. Every type of favored prescription narcotic has a fentanyl laced imposter on the streets of Florida. Benzodiazepines. Adderall, and nearly all opioids are suspect. In my area fentanyl and meth reign supreme. The druggies have told me people are scared to buy cocaine because they don’t know if there is fentanyl in it (most of them are high rollers). A whole bunch of black market weed has been contaminated as well. It’s a nightmare being a pedestrian drug user in the Sunshine State.

There is a dog beach I used to go to…nice, pretty, isolated and not well utilized..it was a great place for peaceful meditation with Fido…lots of jungle fauna and flora…easy for bad guys to hide in….I quit going there in 2019.
In my career, most of the afflicted I have encountered, became that way, due to a failed relationship. So many are unable to make peace with relationships that are not meant to be, for whatever reasons.
My theory is that most people are raised with little self-esteem and believe that someone else will raise them up and guide them trough life. When that fails they wallow in depression which leads to or makes any substance abuse issues worse. Then there is the lack of God in their lives…
Here’s the death-spiral of depression (and the physical abuse that it can also contribute to):
• It should be “suspicious” that your view of everything is “impossibly black.”
• But, because everything now is “impossibly black,” you can’t see clearly.
• So, you remain tormented in a trap because you don’t recognize that you are in it – what you are in.
You’ve been taught to believe that “your thoughts are yours.” Well, it ain’t necessarily so. Your brain is an extremely delicate physical part of your body, and it can “get sick.”
P.S.: The treatments are not necessarily “zombie drugs.” I once knew of a person whose problems were finally traced to a food allergy. Of all things, of broccoli. No joke.

I continue to work ( voluntarily) and not within the purview of any government entity.
With innumerable addicts..and have extensive experience with illegal drug overdoses leading to death, as well as legal drug O.D. deaths ( often suicide) including alcohol.
We were known as the sudden death car, as we started a shift at 0445 and almost daily were assigned a S.D.
On one particular 10 hour shift we encountered 5 deaths..3 in a panel work van, and one each in the outside washroom of a gas station.
Near pure grade uncut heroin was the cause in those cases.
Individuals we encounter today, that are attempting to improve their lives among other things, almost entirely struggle with as you accurately state, low self esteem.
Many times its origins stem from a life altering betrayal.
Incest, BPD/ NPD parents etc will do that to all but the most resilient individuals.

Clinical Depression can be an insidious killer, and it can have purely “chemical” causes. The biggest problem is that by its nature it interferes with assessment and treatment. It causes “pure hell” while doing so. Many people don’t escape it because they don’t recognize that they’re inside it.
Your brain runs on “voodoo chemistry.” It’s pretty amazing that the damned thing works at all. Consider the profound effect of an amount of “LSD” that fits on the back of a postage stamp . . . Dr. Timothy Leary was either incredibly brave, incredibly stupid, or both. 😀
You need to find an experienced person on the outside to help you recognize the situation that you’re in, understand it, and to guide you out of it. Do It Now!
A “suicide prevention hotline” is an excellent resource. (I have volunteered with one.) Call them up, reassure them that you don’t have a gun pointed at your own head, and ask them for names and numbers of people who can help you. (The person you’ll now be talking to is the first one …) They’ll throw you a life preserver. They know what they’re doing.

The entire point of it is not to sell advertising; that’s a side effect. The point is to keep you on the site for as long as possible. There are exactly two ways to do this: Appeal to your pleasure center (dopamine hits) and appeal to your rage (adrenaline hits.)
That is all they care about. It is why anyone who “ruins” that is either demoted or banhammered.
Problem: If you actually contribute something worthwhile it is effectively stolen by the platform as your “payback” if any is pennies where they keep the dollars and worse, they will filter who sees it to serve one of the two above masters.
This will generate both people who adore you (good) and those who would like to see you die horribly (not good, in fact, evil.)
Liability? For them, none although this is in fact not exempt under Section 230 as it is their intent and action, not the speech itself, that leads that person who they maliciouslydisplayed your content to with reason to believe it would enrage the viewer, for the explicit purpose of profit, to do the evil thing to you (e.g. swatting, direct physical threats or harm, etc.)
Again the reason they’re not exempt is that it is not the speech that is the issue it is that every social media site acts to maximize the eyeball time and the two ways to do that are to generate either adoration or hatred.
The latter is arguably SUPERIOR in terms of “engagement” in that it is MORE LIKELY to provoke a response; ergo, this programming of the algorithm is DELIBERATE and deliberate editorial decisions by the site owner on a differentiated and personal basis are in fact actual and explicit, specific endorsement aimed at an individual, and thus are quite-arguably NOT entitled to Section 230 immunity for third party content.

One theme that I’ve noticed is that almost all of these Wall Street types LOVE China. Even though Bessent has said many things that I agree with, I have no doubt that he also loves China. That’s a real problem. There is no positive future for us that includes China. They may make things that we need, and they may have inexpensive goods, but you don’t do business with an adversary. Companies need to grow up, live within a new reality, and move their manufacturing elsewhere. Back in the 60s, 70s, and 80s, we amazingly were able to subsist without all of their junk. We manufactured medications, consumer products, tools, you name it. We even mined rare earth minerals, which amazingly is a monumental task nowadays. All I hear are people crying about how we don’t have processing capabilities. Instead of saying, we can’t, we can’t, we can’t, we need people to start innovating. There is no reason that we can’t process these minerals right here in America. The sooner excuses stop, the better.
I work in manufacturing, and all these companies crying about the tariffs are straight up lying to the public. They can easily shift their manufacturing elsewhere (most have manufacturing facilities scattered throughout the world, particularly in Asia). The reality is that they don’t want to move. They need to be forced to do so. All of this tariff chatter really has nothing to do with supply chains or product shortages. The main issue is that they don’t want to lose access to the Chinese market. They see a population of 1 billion, and that’s too enticing for them to abandon. If they move their manufacturing out of the country, they know it will negatively impact their business. Oh well! It is very disconcerting to see how many of these companies are run by bad and largely un-American people.
I saw reporting that Bessent had reached out last night to China. That is, unfortunately, very bad news. If everyone spent less time crying about our fractured relationship with China and more time implementing solutions, the situation wouldn’t be nearly as troublesome. I also saw that the Chamber of Commerce wants exemptions. It never crosses their mind to pursue alternatives, they’d rather whine about tariffs.

I think there’s a lot more to uncover with that with that spike protein and what was injected in in people and we just need to have those uncomfortable conversations.
The other thing too I just want to mention, Drew, that we can’t study Long COVID without acknowledging the vaccine injured patients. You know, Congress has given $1.6 billion to the NIH [to study Long COVID – W] and no one knows where this money has gone. STAT News and Washington Post have been writing articles about this. You know, the congressman that we talked to are just as frustrated. They said, “Well, where has this money gone?” And if you look at the research that’s going in Long COVID, you know, and I hope Dr. Bacharia and Bobby Kennedy look into this, how are we spending this money on Long COVID because they’re just going around in circles. No one is acknowledging the vaccine injured and you have to include them if you’re going to study Long COVID otherwise we’re wasting US taxpayer dollars and you know quite frankly you’re not seeing anything meaningful coming out of that that $1.6 six billion dollars that have been allocated by by Congress.
