If, for example, a person be so brazen as to simply state their belief that the murder of an unborn child constitutes a cosmic sin, or that perhaps massive illegal immigration just might be working against the best interests of the country, then that person is almost guaranteed to be on the business end of an unhinged ideological mugging the likes of which would make Caligula seem like a pillar of sanity. I have experienced this myself on many occasions.
In their drive to overthrow all that is decent and moral, progressives have attempted to mask their fascistic behavior behind a facade of ‘anti-fascism’ and ‘social justice.’
Flying the flag of equality and anti-bigotry, these people do everything they can to stifle the free speech of those with whom they disagree, and have codified bigotry as their party’s most potent weapon on the grounds that it is perpetrated against white heterosexual males and President Trump supporters only.
The of those who fall into either of these two categories do not factor in to the double-mind of the ‘Social Justice Warrior’ whose lofty sounding rhetoric greatly exceeds in altruism the reality of his actions.

No when the latest CR passed by Congress seems to keep all the historical spending (before DOGE findings) in place until the new spending spree starts in Oct (when claims have been made that the spending cuts will actually be enacted).

This was interesting to watch. What about the missing billions for Navey subs never built. Crazy. Did it go to black programs?
I don’t believe there are “missing billions”. Suspect the issue is that Navy procurement was to buy 2 block V Virginia class subs a year, but industry can only complete a little over one. So the 2 subs that were intended to be under contract in FY24 have not been contracted. Meanwhile, the lower sub production rate is increasing costs per hull for boats already under contract, so the Navy is trying to figure out how to pay for that. One option is to take the funding for those 2 boats and reprogram at least some of it. Part of that is an idea to see if they can create incentives to increase/improve the work force.
I was so impressed with all of the participants in this. Musk and all of the men seemed genuinely sincere in what they are doing. If they don’t succeed, the country won’t succeed. I do not see how the MSM can spin this.
They just completely lie and say it will cause Social Security and Medicare cuts. That why they need file major lawsuits against the Media propaganda outlets.
BTW if DOGE can reduce federal spending by $1T (7T to 6T) we still need to cut another $1T (6T to 5T) to balance the budget and we need to work on paying off the 36.5T federal debt.
Once we save three trillion dollars, the rest will all fall in place.

Elon is being disingenuous, when he talks about lowering the debt. All of their efforts, if 100% successful will lower the deficit by $1T. The deficit, not the debt. The debt will continue to rise.
We were hoping that President Trump would eliminate Agencies and Depts, not employees and payments. That is the scale necessary to attack the debt. We must run surpluses of $2T (cuts of over $8T) over 20 years to bring debt to manageable levels.
So, don’t gas-light us Elon. You’re doing good. But we need great.
