What has me scratching my head is here we have an Army soldier (E-8 Master Sergeant) in the Special Ops group (18X MOS). He chooses an electric vehicle where the LV Sheriff has demonstrated they have his precise travel itinerary (no paying cash for gas with a cybertruck). He’s shot himself in the head BEFORE the bomb goes off. Something doesn’t add up. If I was going to cover my tracks, I’d have picked a conventionally powered vehicle, paid for the gas in cash, parked and set a timer, and left the scene quickly.

my theory on the EV is to make that a novelty and not very subtle as a pointed finger (the middle one) toward Elon Musk..as a symbol of resistance given he has decided to join with President Trump visible and throw his support toward DOGE. And he did not choose a standard tesla but one that would be very iconic, given it’s the most unusual and quite different design of the telsa line up.
separately, the Tesla “trucklettte” (a term I use to describe this stainless steel wagon for midgets) is quite powerful and seemingly designed to be very strong and durable against damage. Perhaps the criminal chose it because he expected to meet some possible heavy resistance at some point and needed a vehicle that provides quite a bit of toughness. The exterior panels and build makes it very close to what a pressure cooker would be improvised to accomplish. Fortunately, it would appear despite his so called prior military experience, he was not a very proficient bomb maker as the effects of the “explosion” were no where close to what it could have been if he had a more energetic design as his goal.

its my understanding that Thompson was not going to testify against pelosi …but rather he was himself was being investigated (and other execs at UH for selling shares right before it became public that the DOJ/SEC (I can’t remember which one), was opening an investigation into on an antitrust probe predicate.
also, after examining the claims about short selling Palo Alto shares (a call option), we find that yes pelosi was making a trade but if you look at the future data, she could not have made any money on it. The price in fact went up…there was brief period when it did drop but not to the price that would have made the call option trigger. (apparently, she’s either a moron, or a classic contrarian). at any rate, I don’t think the story as it was being spun up is accurate. But it would appear that she was acting after all, on information that was before it was publicly known…or just right at the moment when it became publicly known…which is to me, a gray area and warrants at least an investigation to know exactly how she would know this information. (noting: she was making this trade presumably as it would become clear that UH which had been blackmailed with ransomware, had hired two separate cybersecurity firms to investigate. One of the firms is Palo Alto…She had prior investments with this firm. I don’t know the nature of those trades, but it not unusual to hedge a position by call option in the face of a serious breach of security and ransomware is extraordinarily problematic for companies to deal with. In this case, UH was dead in the water for quite some time and could not process transactions, and this in turn dominoed all the way down to pharmacies and other segments of health care. (the hackers were very effective and it stands as the single most destructive attack on “health care” industry).
I’ve read enough of and have done some checking personally and while the timing of her call options trades do need to be investigated, she made no money on them. As as stated before Thompson was not going to testify…it was a matter of confusing another person at the Wharton school, not Thompson that got circulated as he was giving a speech and making the statement that pelosi worked “with us”..that was not Thompson. The context of the speech and that particular reference he made wrt some kind of financing activity for a start up, that involved pelosi.
anyway…it’s good to notice things. but sometimes, “the internet” gets it wrong and you end up with this weird telephone echo chamber. people tend to want certain things to be true about people they really hate. I get that. but it’s also unuseful as it only dilutes the actual real claims of misconduct and criminal behavior when that does turn up.
I’m not completely sure about the motives of Luigi. I got it wrong about him being a contract killer. I looked at some of the facts and it should did appear to me the work of a wet boy. But it’s looking more like what everyone else was telling me: he had an axe to grind with an overpaid executive who had been directing a company to rip people off and leave them dying rather than honor what a company like his is really supposed to do: help sick people get well. I’m sure Luigi isn’t going to be last vigilante out for some scalps. there is a long list of people who do some incredibly evil things to make more money. I think this is why so many people hold luigi up as some kind of a hero…and I get that. I do. But is it morally right, to murder a man and leave his wife and children in complete ruin. I think that is the question. Also, I have not read that Luigi himself actually was harmed with the awful practice of UH either. So it’s more than a little strange to me to make him out as a hero.
contrast this to the so called assassin who made his own diy shotgun and killed Japanese Abe at close range. He WAS harmed by Abe. Abe had for years elevated the moon cult and spoke favorably of them often and invited them into very public settings giving the impression these were good people and had good intentions. well that was not true at all. the moon org was effectively a cult that was advising older Japanese retirees, mostly lonely single women, and widows to transfer all they owned to the “charity” and many did just that. The man was the womans’ son. She was penniless and the Japanese government did nothing to help her get her money and life back. In Japan, when you steal from someone, there is a deep cultural history of killing the person responsible. It’s more than just the face thing. it’s about honor and dignity that one places on the most vulnerable in society..older people who are not exactly prepared and know how to defend themselves from the tricks of thieves. So this son, murders Abe because he was complicit. He was harmed. It was more than just stolen dignity. His mother was destitute and in Japan one relies on family to continue forward. the son would receive no money upon his mothers death. The thieves with abe’s complicity basically sunk his entire family line.
So there is a difference and why I wrote this to illustrate. Luigi? where was his personal claim of harm? Maybe I missed it. Noting: I still believe Thompson was a terrible human being..but did he deserve to die ?

We have the receipts, the evidence is powerful, the intent can be established and we have several witnesses that have already been recorded under oath testifying to material facts of these criminals allegations. they all point to a clear case of conspiracy to obstruct justice. This is a very serious crime…ignore the water carrying bafoon also named RATSKIN. He’s an idiot and his legal argument is ridiculous and will not hold up in an actual court trial.
a couple of points to be made…I have sent this to Sundance via email and hopefully he have something prepared that goes deeper and more in detail about this case. It’s important and not because of some kind of revenge…but in the course of applying accountability we must realize that it was Liz Cheney who was the most forcible figure arguing in the extreme that President Trump face criminal charges. It was not simply an act of legal extremism, but WE KNOW NOW that she acted corruptly and illegally with intent to make sure the case was tilted under a false and provable false set of claims. So this is the reason she is on the list. She is a corruptor and I use the term for those who have not only been involved in the coup by supporting it politically, but ALSO have used criminal behavior and criminal actions to convert witnesses from a position of truth that would vindicate the President of any wrongdoing to a position of a lie to present him as felon. Attorneys are held to a higher standard, as well we expect higher responsibility from Congress critters. It’s one thing to insinuate for purposes of political opposition to say dirty and even untrue things…but it is completely a different thing to defraud criminal investigations by tampering with witnesses/evidence. this is a very serious crime.
Here is one of the best ways to challenge and overcome the expected speech and debate clause she will attempt to hide behind:
a. the speech and debate clause is not an absolute get out of jail card. this is provable true. Look at how many Congress people have been expelled, impeached, investigated and charged with real serious crimes. So there is more than ample precedent that already exists.
b. She did in fact break the law. We have this evidence and witnesses under oath who have already testified to that fact.
c. Similar to the legal arguments about Presidential Immunity, Congress members also have some degree of immunity, but it isn’t absolute. Some argue a President does have absolute immunity. But this isn’t true. The supreme court reaffirmed this recently with a ruling that makes sense to explain how it must work: was the alleged conduct an OFFICIAL ACT OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT..OR WAS IT NOT. ? For example, yes a President can (and have) ordered the assassination of a terrorist, even an American citizen in a foreign country presumably acting on behalf of or representing a national security threat. That act would be official in nature and that President would not be considered open to any kind of consequences personally. It would in fact be Congress who might consider the action intolerable and subject to impeachment, but not criminal prosecution. On the other hand, lets say a President is out golfing has an argument with Hillary Clinton and uses his number 1 driver to put a large divot in her head and kills her. (I know, I know…but a guy can have a little fun thinking about it no>>?)…in this case, clearly this is NOT official in nature and yes, this president would face criminal charges …the two murders are still killing another human being…but what separates the two cases in terms of immunity is the question of whether it is official in nature or not.
d. intent can be proven. She is in the record so many times and was a central figure in the J6 investigation, and under oath certifying facts. this is big big detail!. This provides the proof that she had adequate knowledge that she knew what she was doing and addresses a motivation to break the law. I consider this a clear cut case and there really isn’t any kind of legal way to wiggle here. We also know that as a practicing attorney she would know that tampering with evidence/witness is a crime and yet she did not resist. This specifically injures any defense that argues intent is questionable. It also injures and legal claims for protections of immunity from the speech and debate clause protections. those protections are not designed and never were made to protect criminal acts. Her defense will lose this argument, even if it goes to SCOTUS, which is likely. Her actions were NOT official. She does not have the power like a President to interfere with and supercede federal law prohibitions to tamper with evidence/witnesses. intent can be established here. quite easily.
big picture: this is important now that SCOTUS has reaffirmed immunity but has also placed common sense for courts to consider when moving to charge not just presidents, but “officers” of the federal government. The speech and debate clause does not erase nor does it supercede this ruling and the rational conclusions it provides when understanding how the law applies to officers of the state.
so the question really boils down to this:
did Liz Cheney act in an official manner as a member of Congress when these actions happened? Or not?
I do not recall reading any part of the constitution, nor any law nor any congressional rule that allows a Congress person, to tamper with evidence/witnesses. In fact, it would be Congress that has written hundreds perhaps thousands of laws that explicitly make it clear that is not permissible even in an official business of Congress to do that. Just precisely the opposite is clearly what the law provides.. that NO ONE..not even Congress itself act to defraud a criminal case.
Can Joe malarkey pardon her before he leaves office? yes. And I hope he does.
we can then use that along with many other facts and legal argument to assert his pardoning power was not only used wrongly, but to strengthen the argument that IN FACT, any pardons of this sort to interfere with the jurisdiction of the justice system by a man who has a serious diminished capacity is reversible. I believe we can get there from here to prove that out even if it takes years.

Excellent post. Thank you for the legal reasoning and conclusions. She is a lawyer and she must have some idea of what you just explained very clearly. Why did she go forward with her actions then? Was she promised some sort of immunity from prosecution? Did she fully expect the Dems to still maintain the Executive branch and keep supporting the J6 committee’s conclusions?
It seems she did not worry too much about her criminal actions even though she must know the laws she violated that were involved. I really am curious as to why she went ahead anyway. .
I believe, and there is ample reason to believe, that people like Liz Cheney have a certain kind of disease that makes here susceptible to serious mistakes in judgement: she is corrupt. And corrupt people, like all criminals eventually slip.
and also: she went all in and really believed that President Trump would go to jail, and never would get elected.

there is enough signal intelligence on public sourcing to indicate extremism is on the rise globally. And at the center of much of it is the United States.
I stated this several times for years now and I bears reminding:
one of the consequences of a DEI, orange man bad, corrupt FBI is that is has ignored the real threats to national security. it’s more than just opportunity cost. It has resulted in a spectacular reduction of intelligent hard working agents who are tasked with some of the most important work the agency is empowered to engage: counter terrorism.
instead, they have used resources, time, people and money targeting political opponents and spending billions wasting time seeking revenge against people who should have been charged with simple misdemeanors for unlawful entry into a federal building…if even that. And that is just one example. When you look at the open investigations and the cases prosecuted from the official DOJ website, what you find is a dramatic decrease in convictions and indictment toward terror actors, not only in this country but abroad. there is a reason for this decline. and it’s not because terrorism and bad actors decided to fold tent and go get right with God either. it’s because the FBI and DOJ and homeland security have been spending all their time targeting American citizens whom they presume but have no basis to make that legal claims to be the number one threat actor in all of national security. They have said as much, and many times…officially.
this stark change in the direction of the FBI and DOJ does not bode well considering that real terror actors have sharply increased combined with the completely insane policies of the Joe malarkey and mayorkas regime to not only open the borders but to create real incentives for people around the world to cross into our country. Real terror actors have used this past regime and charlie is inside the gate.
it’s going to be decades before we are all safe from this new element of this threat…and that assumes the central government does the right thing and actually begins doing the hard work to protect national security. it starts at the borders.

Vermont Supreme Court Ruled to allow Schools to Administer Covid Vaccines without Parental Consent
I’m glad this is circulating… it’s horrific… whatever you do, DO NOT TAKE IT!
This specific instance deserves some context, and I believe it could be a blessing in disguise.
• This case surrounds a Six-year-old child named Leone Politella, who was “accidentally” injected with the Pfizer Covid Vaccine at a School Clinic against his parents wishes
Besides this being absolutely devastating, I believe this could spell the end of the PREP ACT.
• the Politella family took their fight to the Vermont Supreme Court — but they ruled in favor of federal laws that protect vaccine manufacturers and administrators under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act, effectively barring their claims.
• NOW they are taking their case to the Supreme Court and they’ve filed a Petition for Writ of Certiorari, challenging the “gross misapplication of the PREP Act.”
As we’ve learned from other recent decisions by the Supreme Court, this could set a major precedent in the first steps to completely dismantling the prep act and removing vaccine liability protections altogether.
What’s interesting are some recent SCOTUS cases… but this is one of the most important ones…
• Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo (2024) – Part of the decision to overturn Chevron deference established in 1984. This case directly impacts how courts view agency authority in interpreting statutes, which would include health-related statutes like the PREP Act.
Although this case does not directly amend or rule on the PREP Act itself, what’s important is that it sets the legal framework within which the PREP Act’s implementation and challenges could be adjudicated.
The overturning of Chevron deference, in particular, will lead to a FLOOD in litigation questioning agency interpretations of the PREP Act, which I am 100% certain will change how its immunity provisions are enforced or challenged in court.
Before Donald Trump leaves office, Vaccine Liability Protect will be gone. I am sure of it…
