UPDATE on Voting Irregularities in TN and laying the ground work to actually check machine totals.
Last week there were stories (including here on the Tree House) regarding votes being switched. After responding in the comments section I sent an E-mail to our Administrator of Elections.
FROM ME: “We are 4 years past COVID, I had to open the door to the polling place with my bare hands, and I did not see any prominent display of hand sanitizer. So while voting with my fingers and not the straw I had no problem accurately making my selections, however in talking to a couple of other voters who used the straw they said it was more difficult to ACCURATELY make their selection. As a voter concerned about the accuracy of the overall total vote I am kind of curious: #1 Why are we still being handed straws to vote with. #2 Who is responsible for checking the touch screens to ensure that the area and sensitivity that records the vote is exactly the same for all candidates and issues. #3 What assurances are there that this has been checked and is exactly the same.”
HIS RESPONSE: “The calibration on all machines is tested for each election. There is a very small box in the upper left corner of the ballot area for each candidate that voters are trying to tap. If they use their finger, it is very easy to touch the line for the preceding candidate. The voter has the choice to use the provided stir stick or not. We have also put a sign on the ballot marking device advising voters to tap directly on the name.”
NEST STEPS AND WHERE THIS IS GOING:
TN is recognized as having secure elections, on the surface we do all the right things but how do we know the machine totals actually reflect the voters will?
BASED UPON PAST CONVERSATIONS with the Administrator of Elections I sent him a follow up E-mail that said: “I had previously expressed concerns that the tabulators did not read the same information as the voter but rather used a bar code (by whatever name) and you told me that the safeguard to ensure the machine is accurately reflecting the voters choice was that one random precinct (my word not sure it was yours) was hand counted. My question is; in the hand count are all candidates and other issues counted or only say one (like the top of the ticket)?”
WHY THIS IS IMPORTANT
It is my current understanding, because of the number of candidates and issues on a normal ballot, only the top position is audited (and counted) but the current election is very unique because there are only three things on the ballot; President, Congressperson and a local transit tax initiative. Here in Nashville the first two are beyond manipulation because that cake is baked but the third, a local initiative, totally controlled and supported by the local powers that be, might be manipulated (particularly if it passes since it has failed before), so auditing that one would be a good test to see if machine totals are validated in a hand count which is what I am working towards.
One way or another I will pass along the results and updates as they happen.

BREAKING: Our investigation into ActBlue has uncovered facts indicating that bad actors can illegally interfere in American elections by disguising political donations.

Evening Prayer For Forgiveness
Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing me through this day and Lord, forgive me for the times when I have wandered outside Your best will for me, instead of trusting You implicitly.
Thank You, that You are such a gracious Shepherd to me and that You come and rescue me even when I lose my way and stray from the path that You have laid out for me.
As I look back over today, I know Lord that there were things that I should have said and done differently, and times when I reacted in a manner that was not honouring Your holy name. Forgive me I pray, but thank You, Father, that You always faithfully prepared to gently bring me back to Yourself.
Give me a good night’s sleep I pray, knowing that there is no condemnation because I am in Christ, and may I wake up in the morning refreshed and ready to do Your will. In Jesus’ name I pray,

Heavenly Father, as I lie down to sleep tonight, I pray that You would guard my sleeping and protect my mind from wandering thoughts and unnecessary planning. Teach me to wait for Your perfect timing and not to try to plan my future in my own strength.
Lord, I know that You have scheduled every day of my life. Help me to trust You in all things and rely on You to lead me along the straight path and guide me in the direction that You would have me to go.
Give me patience to wait for Your perfect timing, and may I not trust in my own abilities and scheming, but rather rest in Your love and trust my future into Your hands.

Just finished watching the legal case Ashley Merchant has with Fani Willis and Fulton County DA’s office on providing documents. While the decision will be dependent upon what the Supreme Court ruling comes out tomorrow about their being legally accountable, the preliminary decision is for Ashley and the Merchant Law firm. This is a civil case and state found failure to timely provide the documents to them. They should also be reimbursed for legal fees but amount is at present undecided.
A grandfather imprisoned for two years and eight months for taking part in an anti-immigration protest in Rotherham, England, has been found dead in His Majesty’s Prison (HMP) Moorland. Peter Lynch, 61, carried a placard asserting politicians, police, journalists, and others had been corrupted by the World Economic Forum (WEF), BlackRock, Vanguard, and others at a protest outside a hotel hosting illegal immigrants following the deadly stabbing of three young girls in the town of Southport, allegedly by a migration-background teenager.
The courts admitted Lych’s placard and protest were not unlawful. Still, they chastised him for having “a general conspiracy theory against anyone and any form of authority” and alleged his “racist and provocative” verbal abuse of riot police crossed the line into illegality.
Body camera footage from the day of the protest shows Lynch, a heart attack survivor, telling riot police they “are protecting people who are killing our kids and raping them.”
Rotherham is an infamous hotspot for Muslim grooming gang abuse, with working-class white girls being groomed, raped, and pimped by predominantly Muslim men of Pakistani heritage for years while local authorities refused to act for fear they would be accused of racism.
The circumstances of Lynch’s death are under investigation, but sources say he appears to have taken his own life. As anti-immigration protesters were being sentenced, Comcast-owned Sky News previously reported sources saying, “Any right-wing, far-right protester landing up in jail, well, they can expect a pretty cold reception from… [South] Asian gangs inside prison who will be looking out for them.”
Muslims officially account for 6.7 percent of Britain’s population, but they account for around 18 percent of prisoners, and they are now the dominant force among the prison population.
