For years there have been admonitions online that if you live in an urban area, that you must move to a rural small town.
But small towns often lack adequate police and they certainly have no infrastructure to serve thousands of foreign immigrants unexpectedly arriving enmasse.
People have generally forgotten the decade that methamphetamine invaded rural America and his hard the struggle was to suddenly deal with meth houses, drug dealers and all the associated crime.

Haiti is a French problem not American. Haiti was a French Colony for hundreds of years. Wealthy French plantation owners brought Africans there as slaves to work in the sugar plantations.
