Yesterday, Acting Director of the U.S. Secret Service, Ronald Rowe, briefed members of the House and Senate about the attempted assassination of President Donald Trump.
Following the briefing Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn), told reporters that lawmakers “will have a report very, very soon that I think will absolutely shock the American people about the lapses and lags in protection that was afforded that day and the breakdown in communication, failure and responsibility.” Apparently, the USSS is going to use the ‘mistakes were made‘ justification for the failures in protection. (WASHINGTON DC) – Acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe spoke with members of both the House and Senate in closed sessions Thursday to discuss the July 13 assassination attempt on former President Trump during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.
Rowe briefed members in both chambers about the agency’s interim report examining the USSS’s security lapses that led to a gunman being able to scale a nearby building and open fire on Trump, just minutes into his rally.
Rep. Jason Crow, D-Colo., the lead Democrat on the Trump Assassination Task Force told Fox News Digital that the briefing with Rowe was a “very lengthy and very candid discussion.”
“They discussed the … failings that occurred that day and what’s been done to fix it, as well as some of the resourcing constraints the Secret Service has faced this election cycle,” Crow said of Rowe’s briefing with lawmakers. “He made an outline of their internal report and briefed us on their internal mission evaluation, which is now complete.”
Fox News was previously informed that the overall mission assurance probe conducted by the Secret Service is nearly complete and will soon be made public. (read more)
The USSS is a joke. How many presidents or candidates have been shot or almost shot in the last 60+ years when under the “protection” of the Secret Service? Kennedy, Wallace, Ford, Reagan, Trump. Does anyone really think that this could have taken place without the collusion or incompetence of the USSS? If so I suggest that you look deeper into the actions or lack thereof by the USSS in these attempts and actual shootings.
Trump needs his own security vetted by someone with a great deal of experience in protection details. I would suggest a collaboration by Dan Bongino, Erik Prince, Pat McNamara, and others involved in this area, especially since the introduction of DEI selection into the recruiting process of the USSS. The Secret Service is a compromised organization, just like all the other bureaucracies in DC.
The top group only hire incompetents so they can’t get to their job and never question the orders.
Incompetence is not the issue. Predication, intent, deliberate negligence is.
A non-governmental panel of volunteers would find out more and quicker.

The script writers are certainly NOT the congress critters or press sectys who read the scripts.
They still have not answered the basic question as to if a radio check was done prior to Trump’s arrival, of all USSS and any HSI support poststanders at the site with the security room. This process should have been done twice once when they arrived at the site to recieve any updated briefing and issued any radios and another radio check done once they were posted up at their assigned locations and any issues would have been identified and addressed.

The radio excuse for USSS inaction is lame. Butler ESU was located at the building with USSS snipers on the roof. They could have easily alerted USSS to important Butler PD radio traffic. Of course they should have had interoperable radios but for USSS to claim they didn’t know about Crooks is bunk.

I suspect Rowe has tried to trace their lack of resources back to the Trump administration.
Rather than taking the blame himself.

Recall that during the US Senate hearing, Miss Lindsey’s first question to Rowe was: “Do you need more money?” Like every Democrat, Graham wants to throw money at a problem.

Unless Rowe came clean with Mr. Crow about gov’t agenc(ies) involvement in some if not all of what occurred that day, then the discussion was not “candid”.

By the way….if one listened to some of the testimony in Congress on this….there were some key details that help paint the picture we all need to see. For one…..the FBI swept and cleaned Crooks house. The FBI got rid of the body through cremation even before the coroner was aware. The FBI also went back to the so called sloped roof within a couple days of the event….AND WASHED THE ROOF DOWN! Obviously an effort through their actions to get rid of any DNA. Now why would they do that, unless….that DNA would produce information showing that the shooter that was killed that day…IS NOT WHO THEY SAID….BUT…..they need to make it still look that way! What happened to the white van, that had explosives in it that was towed from the front of Crooks house. Early reports xxaid the van had Arizona plates, and another name was put out there initially.
It appears that the FBI scampered through all of this to attempt to keep the original narrative of the single shooter, that it was Crooks and that he acted alone.

The Deep State’s gambit of removing Trump in the immediate through assassination was a calculated risk. It might have cost them more in the long run but they were desperate and desperate people do desperate things. To our great fortune they failed and they are now in a much worse position.

There is not just one Zapruder tape but literally thousands of cell phone recordings that people will be saved due to the historic nature of what happened. Who short-changed the staffing and took the experienced SS staff away from the event and brought in DHS newbies who had only received 2 hours of web training prior to the event? Who sabotaged the ability of local police to communicate with SS (why didn’t SS/DHS pick up the radios they were given?) Why wasn’t the patsy apprehended when he was spotted with a range finder? Why didn’t they keep the President off the stage after this happened? Who abandoned their posts on the roof so the patsy could be set up to have a clear close range shot at the President? Why did the FBI sweep in, power wash the roof and haul the patsy’s body off for cremation right away? Why have there been no stories from neighbors, family members, etc about the patsy?
Whose decision was it to put the short women on the stage? Follow the reporter Mike Benz. He is developing the theory that DHS knew about Crooks’ assassination plan from chatter at the firing range which was used by DHS to train, and Crooks visited 40-50 times, and encouraged him to use the encrypted apps. Most of the agents guarding Trump that day were DHS. The plan was to just let it happen by lack of oversight and sadly, the facts back this up.
