I’m starting to think that the shot to which you refer might be the one fired by the police sniper as opposed to the shots fired by the assassin. There are people already screaming at the beginning of the video. I don’t think people started screaming until after the assassin fired.
I’ve watched it several times as well. At first I was stunned and sickened, but after a few more time it “seems” that President Trumpmay already be down, as I think I saw the empty microphone with no one speaking.
I may be all wrong and missed something, but he may have just crossed himself after having seen what happened.

Three men…The guy in the red and the guy with the boater hat are in on the disappearing act….Had to be a set of quick change apparel at the guy’s feet….he bends over, the red and boater guys slip over take his place while at the right you see a man rise up and shield his face with a placard, a boater hat aksi hides his face and a new black shirt over the previous white one and the man walks to the left out of the scene.
It’s also interesting that the Secret Service removed people from behind the stage mere seconds before the first shots rang out….

I saw this too! I noticed the man only because he crossed himself. After the shooting, I noticed he was gone, but I just assumed he’d gone for cover. Now I want to watch it again more carefully!
He didn’t totally disappear. After he did the cross, there was a pop sound. He ducked low into a spot in front of where he was sitting, the larger guy behind him moved into his space. You can still see his ball capped head. I think he thought there was still gun fire. So did the gal behind him with a hat. She was using her sign to shield herself. That’s my interpretation from viewing it several times. I think he was doing the cross because Trump was down.
Totally agree with Patricia. I watched it over and over. He did kind of disappear, but it was like he leaned over from his waist and stayed there. The hat he was still wearing was still visible below the bigger guy in red just behind him. I disagree with anything weird about what his mouth was doing – it appeared to be a sign of nervous apprehension. (Settle down people, you are looking too hard for a conspiracy.)
Lots of comments in the video indicate that this was AFTER the first shots. There is a single shot heard which is consistent with the one that eliminated the assassin.
Interesting that Biden acknowledges he is in charge of the SS before suddenly being concerned about lying, so will only say he’s been ‘consistent’ in his directives to them re T’s safety.

6.) Expunge all impeachments

8.) Apologize for vaccine mandates and firing of federal employees particularly our military
9.) Pass Voter ID laws immediately and ban mail in voting across the board
10.) Admit to and apologize for working with social media to ban conservative content creators
