No, those are five of the judges on the 21-judge NY Supreme Court-Appellate Division. This is the next court level up from the trial court. It is likely any appeal by Trump would be hears by all 21. Nine of the 21 are men.

Put yourself in President Trump’s shoes on January 2021.
He had the traitors dead to rights. He had the satellite communications, he had the DMs, he had the algorithms they used for the Steal. He watched them do the steals in 2018, and he had military intelligence capture EVERYTHING.

The Enemy prepared to use that to push us into civil war, because the Enemy controlled the minds of more than half the populace. Control of MSM, control of Hollywood, control of the levers of justice.
He chose option two instead: strategic retreat.
Sometime between January 7 and January 20, he signed Presidential Emergency Action Directives putting Continuity of Government into effect, because the US had been conquered by enemy action both domestic and foreign. Occupied territory.
He left DC to set up in exile, in his position, like George Washington, as Commander in Chief. The old Republic died on January 6th.

I turned on the radio in my truck for the first time since Rush Limbaugh died when I heard the news.
Sean Hannity was discussing the verdict with legal experts and politicians. Everyone was sick and sad how low our republic has fallen. Lamenting the corruption and weaponization of the justice system to persecute the opposition political party. Third World banana republic stuff.
Then I tuned in NPR. Always good to hear what the opposition thinks. They were positively giddy. Crowing about this triumph for the rule of law. Effusive praise for Judge Marchan and DA Alvin Bragg. Then the conversation turned to would it be enough to get Biden re-elected over “a convicted felon.”

If he can’t get President Trump kicked off the ballot, he’s trying to hamstring him by tying him up in court and possibly thrown into prison. At the very least, they hope “convicted felon” will become part of President Trump’s name. Just watch – every news story from now until the election will refer to “convicted felon” President Trump, with a little tagline, “the former President was convicted in May by a Manhattan jury on 34 counts of hush money payments to cover up a sexual assault of porn star Stormy Daniels. The former president was also found liable by a civil jury for raping E. Jean Caroll in the 1990’s.”

I voted for Hillary in the D primary against Barack to 1) mess with the D’s and 2) I was pissed at how she was being treated by them even though I didn’t like her. I didn’t vote D in the election.
My worry since the first indictment is that the RINO’s will use this to take DJT off their ticket at the Convention. And given what was reported today in TGP about how all of Florida’s delegates to the convention are RINO’s not MAGA effected by a behind-doors process. The fix may be in. The GOP is a private association under no obligation to choose DJT if, for example, they determine that no convicted felon can be their candidate, something they could vote on at the convention or perhaps before. In any case, I have felt since 2015 that he made a mistake running as a Republican. The lack of support from the GOP Establishment hobbled his first Presidency and has furthered all the lawfare against him. I was astonished he announced soon after leaving the WH that he would run again as a Republican. I think it is a serious mistake. And yet another sign that although he is a very capable man in many ways, and was up to the job of President, he has too many blind spots when dealing with the DC power matrix.
Of course, this just one man’s opinion, but really: does anyone seriously see any evidence that he is ever going to be anything other than on defence? Even if the GOP doesn’t betray him at the Convention in the way I described above, they will find other ways to betray him, not to mention further lawfare setbacks.
They are going to use this guilty conviction as much as they can. Prison. House arrest. Restricted travel. Gag orders. Endless humiliation which his lack of support from the GOP means will never be countered. You cannot be President in this way, even if you have the support of the people. You also have to have support of the Barons. He lacks that support, which is why 2020 was stolen from him. Has he remedied those deficits of support since 2020? I see no evidence to suggest that he has. He thinks support from the People is enough to overcome lack of support from the Oligarchy. I don’t think this is a realistic viewpoint on his part.
