I volunteered to be a poll worker. I have never missed an election. Now i will never stop scrutinizing the election. You cannot install these vicious people if every citizen exercised their right to vote. Apathy got us here. God help us. I will vote for Trump even if he’s in prison.

Poll worker is one thing, but you work for the county/city clerk and do what you are told. Also consider if your state provides for poll watchers. Watchers typically must be accredited to recognized parties, but they are there to start a challenge if they see something amiss. Typically the challenge has to go via a party — this is where working inside a party to make integrity a priority is vital.
I have been a poll watcher for years. Have not been required to go through a political party. It’s a good way to keep them honest.

What is this “Florida nominating committee” you write of??? Florida had a Presidential Preference Primary Mar 19. Per RNC rule 16, the state party is allowed (and does by Republican Party of Florida Rules rule 10) to award all delegates bound for the first 3 ballots to the winner of that primary. DJT received 83% of the vote and was awarded all delegates. The delegates were selected/announced (other than the 3 automatic delegates) at the state convention May 8. Note that Baron, Eric, and Don Jr Trump were named as at-large delegates (the total delegation is split between at-large and congressional districts) by the Executive Board.

There has to be a travesty of justice to rectify before corrupt officers of the court can be punished. By following Merchan’s unconstitutional directions the jury did him no favor.

Retired Magistrate here: I am very thankful that President Trump is out on his own recognizance tonight; apparently no bail required.
I was concerned that the “judge” would send him to Rikers. This “judge” has been so outrageous on everything else that I was very concerned for the President’s safety. Of course I am still concerned, but at least the President can go back to Trump Tower or Bedminster. Tomorrow is another day to carry on the fight.
I was worried about Rikers, too. But apparently even Merchan was not stupid enough to try that.
If DEM poll numbers and favorability continue to plummet at an even more rapid rate, I would not put anything past them. Hell, think about it. These people don’t seem to worry about walking up to the precipice of WW3 to stay in power. Jailing a political opponent is nothing compared to that.
