Limit the size of precincts so votes can be counted on site, by volunteers representing both major Parties, and with an equal number of witnesses present from start to finish.
Precincts in my PA county are limited to 1200 registered voters per precinct.
It is easily do-able.
We must shut down every single method they have been using to manufacture election results – and brainstorm to figure out all the remaining weaknesses in our processes.

Yes, people focus on the mail out ballots, which was ONE of the changrs they made, using the excuse of Covid.
But the other was thrse massive tabulstion centers, IN the major population centers, instead of the old system of counting ballots at precincts.
Because thats where all the mail in ballots would theoretically be mailed to, ot in the case of Maracopa County (and perhaps some others?) mail delivered to Runbeck, THEN to the tabulation center.
Maracopa has additional issues; its the largest county in the U.S. IIRC, and needs to be broken up.
Short term, we need to do everything we can to win in 2024, which is itself multi-faceted.
One area to consider, in addition to being an observer.
Especially in these major population centers, the election Dept. or County Recorders office only has a relatively small, permanent full time staff.
In the run up to an election, they hire full time temporary workers for the election.
Some may work the polling stations, some may work the tabulation centers, and do things like signature verification.
IF a mailed in ballot doesn’t “pass” the sig var, the envelope never gets opened, to see how it was marked, once it passes sig var, THEN they open the envelope and seperate ballit and envelope, putting the ballots in stacks that will be ‘scanned’ into the tabulators….
Anyone interested could “apply” for these jobs, in addition to being R poll watchers, the pay isn’t bad,…
Now that’s a good place for undercover MAGA people to do some good.
Get one of these jobs, maybe hook up with the O’Keefe Media Group, and save the country, one precinct and county at a time.
Yes, and go online to “Spy headquarters” or similar and buy a digital video/audio recorder that looks like a ball point pen (maybe several, they aren’t that expensive).

Also, think about it from THEIR point of view; those they interview that are “personable, people persons” and seem like they would be good “dealing with the public” are more likely to be poll workers.
Those that are familiar with basic computer tasks and perhaps a little more reserved are more likely to be assigned to the counting center.
After I vote, which is usually as early as the polls open, I stand around and watch the activity in the room for about 2-3 hours. I don’t take pay for it but a lot of the poll workers know I’m there strictly to watch. I think it unnerves some people but I really don’t care. I’m there for a reason and after the last election debacle I will most certainly be there this time around, too.
I don’t have a camera, I don’t have a finger-sliding phone that costs $1,000 and never will own one of those things. But I know what I see and if I suspect something I’ll ask one of the OTHER workers who has a phone to start recording or whatever.

In my county I worked with the mail ins……there were a majority of votes for Shapiro and Fetterman. Lots of ballots had no one else marked. I was at the point where the sig verification had been done in another building and I never saw it. I was just opening and checking them off on the voter rolls. Most of us were volunteers….I got in thru the Repub link to volunteer.
There are many many methods of election fraud – injecting fake ballots and fake voters in all kinds of ways, ignoring visibly fraudulent ballots, counting them wrong, changing the totals after counting at any of several steps, and that’s not even counting the censorship that interferes with the election long before it even happens.
We can try to cut off all these hydra heads, or we can go for the source by making elections local and transparent to maximize the disinfectant effect of sunlight.

I have been active in local town and county politics for over 30 years and it never ceases to amaze me how disgusting the Republican RINO “leadership ” is.
Furthermore, because of their laziness and incompetence, we are losing our Republican majority. My town used to be solid red Republican, then it turned purple, now it’s blue with DemonRat majority.

An issue Nevada has for the Primary & 2024 is….the newly elected “Republican” Governor Lombardo…..is as corrupt as they come! He also claimed to support DeSantis…even though Trump endorsed him for Governor. Lombardo was fine with other candidates in NV getting their election stolen…as long as they handed the Gov torch to him. He’s no different than previous Democrat Gov. Sisolak and will do anything for a payday. In fact, he just passed a law to protect the “poll workers” from harassment etc. They’re worried that when the voters see the steal again….they’re going to come unhinged.
Sounds like a useful ploy to keep legitimate scrutiny at bay, even from valid poll monitors.
