Florida Senator Rick Scott appears on Meet the Press with the insufferable Chuck Todd, to answer the DNC questions posed by the toad. You don’t need to put yourself through the strain of the entire ‘gotcha’-framed Q& A; however, in the first three minutes Senator Scott proclaims he will work and fund the re-election campaign of notorious DeceptiCon Lisa Murkowski.
Senator Scott is in charge of the National Senatorial Republican Committee (NRSC), the organization that collects the donations from the Wall Street machinery. As a consequence, the NRSC will fund Lisa Murkowski’s reelection campaign despite the base of the party wanting to get rid of her. WATCH:

Murkowski is NOT a Republican, technically she is a non-partisan since she ran as an independent since her own State’s Republican party chose a different candidate to run for that office – so no, he does not have to support her, she’s not a member of the Republican party, she is simply who who ‘aligns’ herself with the Republican party as far as committee assignments go.

Scott was up in Nantucket a couple a months ago, exploratory for Presidential run I’m told…..good luck with that. As a neighbor and a constituent I sent him an email (private address) regarding the 1/6er’s still in that hellhole………he’s yet to even acknowledge. I could be wrong, but isn’t it standard practice for the incumbent to get the funding and not the challenger? I despise the RINO Murkowski but it isn’t any thing new. No…traditionally, they are supposed to not take sides in primaries. Of course, “leaders” have their own private slush funds that they give to incumbe to, but those aren’t actually “party funds”.

Rick Scott is a corporate lawyer who made his immense fortune buying up hospitals and raising the cost of medical care. His “base” is the Chamber of Commerce.
Floridians elected him governor against first, Alex Sink, and next, the insufferable Charlie Crist, and then elected him to the Senate to get rid of do-nothing careerist Dem Bill Nelson.
Scott’s record always has been “mixed” and Floridians have done the best they could with the choices they had.
Florida is a very divided state Dem and Republican, and the RNC here, especially in South Florida, is in large part power-broked by wealthy retired old farts in Palm Beach.

It’s amazing how these politicians conveniently overlook the fact that it isn’t the Republican candidates that are winning elections – it is the Republican candidates endorsed by President Trump and wildly showing up by MAGA voters that are winning elections. MAGA is merely using the apparatus of the Republican party to get MAGA candidates into office. They forget that at their political career peril.
And yes, win some lose some, some say and do all the things on the campaign trail that says they are MAGA, but once in office, they may enjoy their first term, but there won’t be a second one if it turns out they were RINO all along. That’s how the communists took over the Democrat party.

Rick Scott ordered the prosecution of George Zimmerman after the local prosecutors concluded there was no case. Of course that $hitbird would support another $hitbird.

FYI, I’ve also voted for Gov. DeSantis multiple times (he was my Rep. before Gov.).
