[HOUSTON, TX – June 15, 2021] Project Veritas released a new video today featuring a sit-down interview with recently-suspended Fox 26 reporter, Ivory Hecker, who blew the whistle on her own network for what she says are acts of deception. She claims the station’s editorial decisions are an affront to honest journalism.

Hecker, who serves as a dayside reporter primarily for the five and six o’clock news, came forward to Project Veritas with recordings of her colleagues and superiors showing a pattern of “censorship” on COVID-19 and Bitcoin-related stories. She also highlighted a pattern of submission among the local affiliate’s leadership to Fox’s corporate interests, rather than acting in the interest of transparency with its viewers.
“Viewers are being deceived about some of the things that are going on,” Hecker told Veritas. (read more)
For a long time, on the rare occasions, when I do watch TV, I guess the demographics of the anticipated viewer based on commercials. Beer and truck commercials for football games, GRIT and MeTV have commercials geared toward the elderly.

A brave young lady! I haven’t watched local news in Cleveland for about 7–8 years! Our local FOX affiliate did used to be the best of the 4/5 local stations. However they started going down hill, so I stopped watching all local news! The past 4 years I’ve been helping care for my mom, who when she watches news, wants local FOX affiliate but she has dementia, so take it for what it’s worth!
So I still see parts of local news, 2/4 times a week, while caring for my mom. I just can’t stand listening to the people, many of whom have been there forever! Except now I can definitely tell, especially over past year, they’re all sounding like puppets being controlled by puppet masters! They may not realize it but they sound like they’ve all been feed the storyline to go with! Ivory’s expose confirms they are!!
We never watch the local news.

I used to be in the automotive industry. This would have been back in the mid 1980’s. The local paper in Harrisburg, PA had come out with a series of critical pieces about our industry. In conjunction with other dealers and our automotive trade groups, we withheld all ads for one Sunday. We told this newspaper that until they stopped running critical stories about our industry, we weren’t going to advertise in their Sunday edition anymore. Back then the Sunday edition was where the papers made their money from ads and the car dealers were responsible for 90% of their ad revenue.

I am personally astonished at how many people believe the propaganda about Covid and the fraudulent “vaccines” which are neither safe nor effective.
It is also something how, in just one year, we have learned we can never trust doctors again. How do you know what is in the hypodermic needle someone wants to jab you with? I would not trust someone telling me it was a tetanus shot. The medical people don’t even know what is in those vials. There are labels on vials but what are the microscopic ingredients?
Having long been distrustful of ‘authority’ I’m saddened that it appears this has become far more widespread than I ever envisioned. Alone, we’re ‘wackos’ who are easily dismissed or taken out but in large numbers a real threat to culture can occur with a breakdown of the cohesion of society.
Overall, due to that ingrained distrust, little of this has surprised me. However, the biological weapon operation and the apparent blind allegiance to the white coats was a brilliant psyop. I never envisioned that path to control and subjugation. Truly inspired. They’re still the enemy but I can admire their moxy and creativity.
How can anyone be surprised when the running joke about our, or any, politicians knowing they are lying because their mouths are moving proves we have had the wrong people in office for a very long time, too long.

I was hoping for something more, like some big news. Am I the only one who finds these Project Veritas “bombshells” underwhelming? The part about which stories to run in the 5pm newscast sounded legit, even if it does come off sounding bad: Poor black people aren’t interested in bitcoin stories. Probably true. I might add, if they’re at home watching TV news at 5pm they’re probably elderly as well.
I know they never lead with the best stuff, but I hope they have a lot better stuff than this coming.

The director in the Project Veritas video mentions segments where viewers tune out en masse as something to avoid. This morning I turned on my local Fox TV news looking for the weather forecast. The first story was about improving local intersections, a town had applied for a federal grant from DOT (I noticed “increasing racial equity” was a bullet point on the slide outlining the city’s proposal for a roundabout) and making a 2-way stop into a 4-way. Good local news stuff.
The second story was from the national network about “… emails from the closing days of the Trump administration detailing efforts to overthrow the Presidential election.”
Biased much?
I turned it off, and checked the weather on my phone.
TRUTH! We have no truth without COURAGE like this. especially when the moneyed class intervenes and becomes the only way to think.

I was hoping for a genuine smoking gun story but this ain’t that. To me, this just came off as a disgruntled employee taking a parting shot at her boss. Her story does reinforce that there is liberal bias in local news but doesn’t show that it is explicitly dictated by Fox corporate management. The bias is built into the system and it comes from the almost complete personal biases of the people from the news directors down to the interns in the newsroom. They are virtually all the brainwashed products of the big journalism schools at Missouri University, Medill School of Journalism, Columbia, etc. In fact, the biases are unconscious. In local tv news, the reporters are not freelance contractors out digging up scandals and fighting for justice. In fact, they are close to the bottom of the organizational chart. They are assigned stories to cover by a mid-level supervisor whose job title is literally “Assignment Editor”. That person gets their marching orders from the News Director who is guided by the General Manager. Local news is a product. It’s not unlike pretty much a restaurant wher the people cooking the food don’t get to decide what they are going to make.
If a reporter continually tries to swim against the current and becomes a source of irritation to the management they are simply fired and replaced by any one of the hundreds of willing applicants begging to work in a top-ten market.
Quit watching cable news altogether. You can easily find ‘facts’ elsewhere and then use those facts and the knowledge you have gained through life to frame them correctly. The MSM isn’t giving you facts so much as they are framing everything they give you in their preferred narrative. They are propaganda and what they provide is brainwashing of the highest order. If your favorite commentator works for one of these liberal uniparty propaganda outlets, you do yourself and everyone who loves freedom and responsibility a disservice by watching them – they are members of that group no matter how loudly they decry it all.
Those who think Fox isn’t anything like the name implies are fooling themselves. Both watchers and those signing a contract will find Fox has stolen their cheese (of honest reporting).

Shop small and local, use small local banks or credit unions, follow citizen journalist like this great site. Most important, free your mind and think for yourself. Its time to go back to the basics, family, friends, neighbors, local community. Starve the beast!!! This is what the rulers of this dark and evil system fear the most.

Nothing new. The very first informational flyer off the Gutenberg press had an editor that chose which stories were printed. There is not room in any magazine, newspaper, internet site, or even this blog, for every single story.
What has changed is the large corps have swallowed up most of the small independent newspapers, magazines, radio and TV stations and small successful internet sites. Likely 30% of consumers have no idea this site or any other small competitor even exists and the big shots want to keep it that way.
Every politician running for office needs to help inform people that there are different opinions. Instead of just putting a Fakebook link on their site and calling it done, they should do an honest list of alternative sources of information and call it a small business jobs program or something. We could also stop subsidizing public radio and TV and actually get some time on airwaves and internet for independent media.
And while we’re at it, how about some tech geek coming up with a way to make social media posting standard across platforms like e-mail. Can you think of any company that controls e-mail to the extent they can censor or control the market? Being able to send a post to any SM without having an account would obliterate the big tech monopolies.
As an aside I just spotted and reda a DAILY BEAST hit piece on Hecker here. At the bottom of the article is noted one Diana Falzone as the author. A quick search off this unit and the picture comes clear that she is another in alitany of ex-Fox “victims” (disclosure” I despise Fox outside of Tuck C. and Maria Bart) who they also $ettled with for an undisclosed amount. Her beef/s are of course predicate the same litany of all the other aggrieved whimin predominantly “gender discrimination” and for Fox failing to support her “trauma” post learning she “couldn’t concieve”… which she shortly did (she reports as male/8lbs. 11 oz) as of course an unmarried mother… uh… “birthing entity”.
