I think THE MOST IMPORTANT ARGUMENT IS TO FLOOR A MOTION TO VOTE ON STRIKING THE VIDEO PRODUCTION UNLESS THE CREATORS ARE WILLING TO CONCEDE THAT THE DATE_TIME STAMPS ARE MISSING TO SHOW ARROW OF TIME CAUSATION.

you know it just got me thinking about how congress and the constitution have set up voting rules…and not restricted to impeachment procedures either.
I know this is sort of off topic, but I need to deep dive into the history and determine what was the intention to create 2/3, majority in other applications of the vote. I am not suggesting anything nefarious has happened, but to explore what the implications might be in a real world scenario where congress has 3 voting parties. I’m being simplistic, but if the partisan voting patterns persists, I can see how the current set of voting rules might create situations where voting thresholds and thus power can be stalled simply by a third party. is THIS what worries these people. ? hmmm…that a third party forces them to consider amending constitutional law (also requiring 2/3 of states to ratify, where presumably also many states will have by that time numbers of 3 party officials who also deny the ratification?

b. motion floored to strike ALL testimonies that refer to ANY of these videos that have the time date stamp intentionally concealed from jurors. Any testimonies that referred to any of these videos as evidence are baseless given the videos do not prove in their current state (no date time stamp) show rioters took actions AFTER the alleged incitation speech by President Trump
c. motion floored to dismiss this entire impeachment article immediately on the basis that this flawed evidence has poisoned the jurors with shock strategies designed to trick them into making decisions without getting at the only thing that really matters: did the rioters act as a direct response from the speech AND THEN proceeded to riot? The timeline is missing and the defense KNOWS this. So this amounts to a mistrial/prosecutorial misconduct.
d. motion to relief Senator Leahy on the grounds that his demonstrated deteriorated mental and physical state disallows him to preside as president of this chamber.

Even the few who seem to have a glimmering of the depth of corruption in their own party aren’t fighting against it, they’re fighting to put things back the way they were. After all, none of them ran for office because they felt a calling to represent the people or defend the Constitution. It’s a career for them. A way to become rich and influential. They didn’t sign up for actual fighting. I don’t think any of them are equipped for it mentally or emotionally.
Just look at how they reacted when a real fighter showed up and expected them to stand by his side to defend this country as they swore to do with their hands on a bible. They couldn’t turn on him fast enough. Oh, they weren’t as open about it as the Left, but they all turned on Trump. He’s an outsider who stirred things up they consider best left alone. He was going to ruin everything for them and so they collaborated with the Left to rid themselves of him.
Now, they want to go back to the way things were. I don’t think they realize how angry we all are. And not a surface anger that will fade. A deep, burning rage that only grows with time and each additional betrayal.
I’m done with ALL Republicans. If any of them in Congress right now actually want to fight for this country, they need to leave the GOP and help us found a new party. Otherwise, they’re just part of the corruption.
