The ruling allows all the people in the state of California to go inside their church to attend services, regardless of Newsom rules.
Newsom had ruled that people could only go back inside their churches under certain conditions. The Supreme Court struck down those conditions.
IMO, this is a very important ruling if you are a Christian heretofore living in a California county which because of it’s tier status prevented you from going inside your church.
This ruling is a temporary fix stemming from a larger appeal (from that same church) still to be heard. A temporary fix is performed when a larger appeal is viewed by the court as “likely to prevail.”
