The year was 1960. It was the last year of the Eisenhower administration. In one of his last public addresses President Eisenhower warned the American people that if we do not stand up to the elitists among us and most especially those in close association with the so-called ‘Military/Industrial Complex’ (I have chosen to expand Ike’s remarks to include the conglomerate of A – Z ideologies bent on enslaving the entire world into one feudal empire), we would one day loose our freedom. That same year I joined the U.S. Army full of what I now describe as misguided youthful patriotism with the primary goal of serving as a soldier as long as my health permitted an appropriate level of ‘gung ho’ while protecting/serving my fellow Americans. By 2005 I had to admit that as a member of the ‘Profession of Arms’ and then the ‘Blue’ for over 45 years, I and my brothers/sisters under arms had failed to protect the American people from ‘all’ of their enemies; both foreign and ‘most especially’ domestic! In short, I and most of my comrades in olive drab and/or blue had our guns turned in the wrong direction. Simply stated most of us failed to recognize that Washington, DC was/is the most target rich environment within our theater of operations.

I withdrew (did not retreat) to the deep woods and went about installing security measures learned as a soldier in the jungles of Vietnam and on the desert sands of the Middle East. I even trained two large working dogs to the standards used by the U.S. Air Force to protect nuclear weapons. When the local sheriff (also a fellow deacon/cop) came for a visit I think he was somewhat taken aback by my response when he asked: “Do you really think you need all of these security measures to protect your property and family from intruders?” My response was; “I did not install these security measures to protect my property and family from intruders. These security measures are intended to protect intruders from me!” I did not disclose to my fellow deacon/cop my issue with latent homicidal tendencies (LHT) developed from far too many years dealing with corrupt/incompetent/self-serving/witless/cowardly, piss ants. Note: After withdrawing to the woods I dropped piss ants from the above label in that I discovered piss ants are not self-serving or witless, and certainly not cowards! 

I attempted to warn my fellow Americans many times in many ways that the greatest threat to their overall freedom/well-being was that presented by the incompetent and/or corrupt American politicians, bureaucrats, academicians, and media (Note: FYI, these are the cowards I once mislabeled as piss ants!) hell bent on selling their own souls and our bodies for power and money. Yes, the same folks who have succeeded in making the American people the most effectively lied to people in modern times! By the time Obama was elected to his second term I took a vow to shut up, to never leave my woods, and to wait for Jesus to return.

I abandoned my vow when the man who is Donald J. Trump presented an extremely strong case to a very old soldier/military historian that he is the first true ‘Battle Captain’ to serve as our President/CINC since Andrew Jackson!

In 2017 I updated a document five retired military officers and I first prepared/presented to President Bush when we learned he intended to invade Iraq without adequate cause, intelligence, and planning (Note: Bush failed to heed our advice and now spends his free time painting portraits of those veterans left with broken bodies and/or souls); and sent the same to President Trump along with a draft ‘Five Paragraph Field Order’ (5PFO). The document augmented with the 5PFO is a detailed plan as to how to drain the swamp that is the American government at nearly every level. We titled the plan as the ‘Citizens Emergency Constitutional Ordinance’ (CECO). One of the CECO’s principal features is a ‘Strait-line Personnel Assessment Instrument’ designed to rid the government at every level of those self-serving, witless, cowards who only want to ‘rule’ the American people and retain/recruit only those who want to ‘serve/protect’ Americans. President Trump thanked us with a letter suitable for framing, but told us to check fire while he first attempted to utilize strategies/tactics taught at Wharton and/or Harvard. Regardless, now as then the surviving officers of our group are ready to pick up a weapon and stand a post. Are you?

I argue 7 of the 9 Supreme Court justices should be r/emoved. They only claimed standing issues because they know the Constitution forbids the changing of election rules created by the legislature by courts or executives.. Once the Supremes started pulling that thread, they wold be forced to declare the elections in the four states sued to have been illegal and hence void. They did not want to do that so they fell back on a faudulent claim of standing. Of course, Texas has standing. Their citizens ballots were basically thrown out by an unconstitutionL election in 4 states. Shame on the court, Supreme court decisions should be subject ttoo confirmation by the people and not just end there.

To the posited question, Yes, too late. SCOTUS has told Americans that when wronged, on a massive scale by other states, that they have no recourse and the final arbiter of Rule-of-Law will not hear their plea. They have ignored the very charter that established them.

The result is that Americans seeking justice are now deemed “outlaw” in the classic sense. Justice they seek will be on their own terms, by their own hands. Further, they will have no protection under a legal umbrella that has told them to leave.

The Communists, and most of the Republican establishment, are culpable. Most of them do not yet understand the resolve – and consequences – that can issue from someone with nothing left to lose. They need “some learnin’.”
