Jordan Sekulow on New Election Lawsuits: “What’s Coming in Georgia Will Be Shocking”…

Jordan Sekulow appears with Tom Basile on NewsMax to discuss the current status of several election lawsuits.  Within the interview Sekulow notes that despite the election certification, a new lawsuit will be filed on Monday in Georgia that “will be stunning“.

The ACLJ lawyer states the lawsuit and attached evidence in the state of Georgia is unrelated to any currently known information, evidence or preceding lawsuits. The framework is entirely new. “Put-up or shut-up will be rolled out this week“…

  1. Bogeyfree says:

As the evidence mounts of what appears to be massive election fraud, is it really possible Barr and his team might sit this one out, when the biggest crime in American history is happening?

It truly would be hard to believe based on Barr’s many speeches about one system of justice, the rule of law and his outrage over voter fraud.

23 more days until Dec 14. The world is watching.

    • Ackman419 says:

      Don’t count on Bondo Barr.
If anything, this presidential term should create a much more cynical electorate.
It used to be “don’t trust anyone over 30”
Now, it’s “don’t trust anyone in politics or the govt”
      Take that to the bank

      • TL Howard says:

I don’t count on Barr, first, because I don’t think he’s been able to “get control” of his own DOJ. I think that came as a huge shock to him, the degree to which there is a “resistance” made up of Clinton and Obama people, those educated by our schools in progressivism.

Oh, I know Barr is a creature of the system, former CIA, former DOJ head, but still, I don’t think he was prepared for what he found lying in those lawyers who are supposed to take orders from him and from his subordinates.

Normally, from what I’ve seen of him in his pressers and his appearances in front of Congress, he’s a cool customers, but that last time in front of the Dem controlled committee when they wouldn’t let him talk, I saw him simmering.

Then, in his interview with the “I-will- pretend- to- be- stupid- about- unsolicited -mailed -ballots” Blitzer I saw for the first time a pissed off, then seething Barr. I don’t think he ever wants it said of him by his friends, his colleagues, his legal acquaintances, judges, etc. that “Wow, Barr was AG when the BIGGEST voting heist of the United States was pulled off.”

Whatever he is or is isn’t doing, I suspect he’s pretty embarrassed by this and is, as I said, seething.

        • YeahYouRight says:

Agree, plus the swamp has grown much larger between his AG stints. If he’s protecting institutions, this election is a weird way to do it.

There’s evidence of a three day private DOJ plane trip DC to Toronto last week. Dominion is there. Who went? Friend or foe?

          • Dutchman says:

            IMHO,
You are making excuses for Barr, and don’t appreciate, and therefore fall for onevof the classic swamp tricks.

They SAY what they KNOW we want to HEAR. And, we are SO grateful for SOMEBODY saying what we are thinking and feeling, that mentally we fit them for a White hat.

The best example was Grahams little speech, at the end of Kavanaugh hearings.
We all CHEERED, to hear somebody finally lighting into them, and reading them the riot act.

But,….look at ACTIONS; within hours or days, he was working WITH those exact same people he had said “hope you never get in power” to craft a Natl Red Letter law!

Now wasn’t that just the top of the list thing we all wanted the Judiciary Chairman to be working on?

NOT having hearings on Muh Russia.
            Not having hearings on Shampeachment.

No, a NATIONAL law to allow LE to wake you up at 4:00 a.m., in a no knock raid to confiscatevyour guns, because ‘somebody’ thought you were unstable; because you wear a hat, or refuse to wear a mask.

Listen to their words DISPASSIONATELY, without EMOTIONS, and contrast their WORDS with their actions.

Any Con artist knows to tell the Mark what the mark wants to HEAR, and that if what he tells you can trigger a strong enough emotional responce, your critical thinking, the part of your brain that QUESTIONS, will go mute.

Manipulation 101, how to get people to do something they wouldn’t do, if you just ASKED them.

Barr is a turd, hired by a much bigger turd (McConnell).

100% agree. Thank you for perfectly addressing those us who tend to “hear no evil see no evil”.

We have a hard time accepting systemic corruption in our leadership, but after 4-12 years anyone not seeing it is either uninformed, misinformed or just plain stupid.

I read Q posts from January 2018 thru March 2019. The constant “Be Patient” “Trust Sessions” etc drove me nuts.

Next week is our LAST CHANCE. It will be EPIC. Praying Justice prevails.

          • maxxheadroom777 says:

I gotta admit what you say is true but the big question for me is, “Why did President Trump install Barr?” DJT has access to a lot more inside information than we do. So was President Trump suckered into believing that Bill Barr would definitely do what Jeff Sessions failed to do? It seems to me that if President Trump were serious about cleaning out the Justice Dept he would have hired a bulldog like Sidney Powell and given her\him the authority to clean that place out for good. Barr is an overweight version of Sessions. IMO, it’s the unions that make reform so difficult. Every level of bureaucracy in D.C. is unionized and the mandarins are protected, even the Administrative Law Judges have a union. The “union rules” make it damn-near impossible to fire a bureaucrat. AFLCIO president Richard Trumka is one of the most powerful men in D.C.

          • YeahYouRight says:

Dutch, I’m not an idiot. I’m listening to Trump. He was trashing Sessions by this time in his tenure. Not a peep about Barr. God knows DoJ and FBI have metastasized since the 80s and Barr surely overestimated his ability to control everything. That doesn’t make him evil. Graham is a snake who will say anything, nobody puts stick in him except Hannity, I guess. None of these pigs will have a snowball’s chance if this election went as it looks to have gone. This will be Venezuela and Turtle and Miss Lindsey will be finished. They’re standing with the president right now when others are not. That action counts for a lot. Just because you don’t have all information on your timeline, you assume black hat? That’s your choice, but the “dump on Barr” routine is played. Barr is what we have, Trump’s not dumping on him, I remain hopeful.

          • TL Howard says:

I just think he has no power because people stall and don’t take orders from him. Same with Trump. People stalled, ignored, didn’t take orders from him. Took him three years to learn some lessons.

          • walt39 says:

Protecting DOJ by throwing away America … You’d have to be pretty committed to DOJ to want to do that.
If Barr’s really any better than the rest of the swamp he’s a master of disguise.

I will audit the intel agencies and the federal ones when our administration gets in..

          • modspell says:

I hate to express doubt in such a moment, but it is my conclusion that DT negigently allowed this disaster to happen. He has had the full authority to expect and demand results from the DOJ all along but has gotten nothing since his first day. He allowed Sessions to throw open the gates to the deep state. He waited two years to exchange that useless AG for an even worse one. I don’t want to hear about McConnell running the show… either DT is up to the job or he’s a puppet of the others. If DT deserves the leadership accolades we give him then he should have gotten better appointment advice.

He has done amazing things and probably extended our nation’s life by 10 years. But without making wise choices to run the government it’s a hollow, short term victory.

I love the guy but cannot get past this hesitancy to clean up his own bad agency choices. Sessions, McMaster, Bolton, Tillerson, Barr, Wray, Haspel, Esper, Coates, even his own private attorney…all his picks and ALL deep state-friendly. Does it take him four years to figure out someone with a destructive agenda is feeding him these choices? Quality staffing is job #1. Well find out if these vaunted SC picks were truly support-worthy.

If he loses this it has more to do with his kamikaze appointments than with Dominion. He knew what was coming but allowed Barr to fiddle while the White House burned. Barr gave interviews but did ZERO to intervene. And where’s the FISAgate indictments? Remember those?

I feel my choice is to fall off of a cliff feet first (Trump re-elected) or headfirst (Biden installed). Sorry if I’m not seeing a big enough difference in the eventualities.

            Wow, o.k.
They have obtained almost 1000 sworn depositions, which means they have interviewed probably 4-5 times that.

Somevwell meaning individuals, that had info they couldn’t use. Some, working for the enemy, to waste their time chasing false leads, or worse making claims that later prove to be unsubstatiated, in order to discredit them.

Doing background checks, both to substantiate the allegation, AND to make sure the afiante is a credible witness.

For some KEY witnesses, backing it up with a VIDEO deposition, in case the witness should experience an unfortunate “accident”, or wish to recant due to threats.

Mind you, this involves at least 5-10 different States, both the witnesses, and the cases. That means researching the laws and rules of procedurevin each State, and thevprecedent and case law. For instance in Wisconsin, IIRC, you first must file a “Petition”, before you can file a case.

Then writing the briefs for each case, and making critical decisions on exactly WHAT your suit will entail. Write it wrong, and the best case gets tossed.

Oh, and also coordinating with OTHER cases, brought by individuals and groups other than the Team.

Putting people on the ground, in each State, and looking at ALL the aspects, from dead voters, to people who were told they had already voted by mail and so given provisional ballots, to the whole Barred observers and ballot deliveries at 3:00 a.m.,..to the Dominion Smartmatic software, researching the companies and the contracts for the Software, the bribery angle there,…

This broadly resembles the Covid task force, in terms of scope and speed of what they have done.

I’m going to post this again, since I think it is extraordinarily indicative of where we currently stand.

Two relevant quotes from a prophetess of our time:
“When you see that trading is done, not by consent, but by compulsion — when you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing — when you see money flowing to those who deal, not in goods, but in favors — when you see that men get richer by graft and pull than by work, and your laws don’t protect you against them, but protect them against you — when you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming a self-sacrifice — you may know that your society is doomed.” Ayn Rand

“We are fast approaching the stage of the ultimate inversion: the stage where the government is free to do anything it pleases, while the citizens may act only by permission; which is the stage of the darkest periods of human history, the stage of rule by brute force.” Ayn Rand

Look at the lockdowns. Anybody want to tell me the lady is barking up the wrong tree?

          • bentley1blog says:

mac…have read and reread Ayn Rand and no that lady was not barking up the wrong tree. Their armies contain the disgusting AOC and her ilk.

        • margarite1 says:

And look at the FBI – all they’ve done that I know of is send two thugs to harass and try to intimidate a postal worker who was simply telling what he knew. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE? If this were my responsibility there is no way I could watch the trashing of America. No way! Which begs the question – why does Wray still have a job? I suspect it’s McConnell telling POTUS he’d be sorry if he let Wray go. Maybe it was the price of getting 3 judges to SCOTUS. I have mo evidence – it’s just a thought.

        • CA Joe:
When doing the right and proper thing is no longer tenable, or no longer the ‘prudent thing to do’ because of a backlash, or fears of social unrest, then you know the US took ‘a very wrong turn’ way back up the road.
Nonetheless, such considerations can not be willed away. They are real, and given the circumstances, they may have to be heeded. Only one man, standing at the apex of our national security, economic, and political structures, has the complete 360 degree visibility to choose the best, and most prudent road forward. And, of course, that is the President of the United States.

I think most people have already heard my position on this before; but I’ll state it starkly: If you let a lion enter your cave, you don’t agree to be eaten in order to pursue your appeal from inside the lion’s stomach.

      • TL Howard says:

Actually, the FBI would be the investigative tool. Even if you assumed the best about Barr, there is no way Barr can trust Wray or the agents under him. I don’t. Do you?

        • m says:

I want President Trump reelected for a lot of reasons, but one of the most important was to see him peremptorily dismiss Barr, Wray and Fauci on the first day of the new term. President Trump deserved a decent Attorney General. He has yet to have had anything approaching that. Sessions was and is a traitor. Barr is, like Sgt. Schultz, absolutely determined not to see anything that doesn’t smack him right in the face.

          • Dutchman says:

So put aside you emotion for a minute, and view not the symptoms, but the PROBLEM.

That is, the REASON and the MECHANISM by which PDJT has been prevented from having a “wing man” A.G.

            SENATE CONFIRMATION

Despite the oft posted idea that PDJTVshould clone Rick Grennel, or bounce him from agency to agency, the whole thing we watched play out with Grennell/Ratcliffe, exposed the problem.

If McConnell wants someone confirmed, they are confirmed. If he doesn’t, they aren’t.
This is WHY McConnell plays this silly charade, where the Senate (technically) doesn’t adjorn, even when they are all out of town campaigning, to prevent PDJT from making recess appointments.

It is McConnell who has been using the process to hamstring PDJT, by forcing him to accept swamp creatures in his cabinet, OR settle for “actings” who have little authority, and a career they’d like to preserve.

Barr, Haspel, take their marching orders from McConnell, NOT PDJT.
We saw this clearly, when both met recently with McConnell, and when Barr returned from his european vaca with Durham, he was debriefed NOT by PDJT, but by Graham, McConnells liutenant. Who no doubt promptly briefed McConnell.

So, focus your ire at the source, the guy who deliberately burned your house down, NOT at the lighter he used to do it.

            McConnell is the key.

      • Attorney says:

        Exactly.

      • Marilyn says:

We do not know what has been done, up to this point, I think there is alot going on in the back round that we do not know about. Barr and Durham may be working on it. We all need to be more positive. In the end hopefully it will all come out. I think as they put out evidence from this election, they will run it right into what happened in 2016. The democrats cheated then and did much along the way that wasn’t legal. They seem to do as they please, at some point they will have to pay the price, and be held accountable. Yes Barr does seem to be too quiet, but there might be good reason for it. Durham cases should more then be done, but did you ever think it may be to protect them.

    • Richie says:

You have to assume he will sit it out simply because thats all he ever does so why would you expect him to deviate from that now? He will/is probably even trying to assist with the fraud to to get Trump out just like the FBI director.

BREAKING: Look who is now in charge of PA, WI, MI, and GA

      Circuit Courts have been Reassigned

Effective November 20, 2020, ordered pursuant to Title 28, United States Code, Section 42

      WI – Amy Coney Barrett

      GA – Clarence Thomas
      https://www.supremecourt.gov/orders/courtorders/112020zr_8o6a.pdf
      Court issues new circuit assignments
A little less than a month after the confirmation of Justice Amy Coney Barrett, the Supreme Court on Friday issued a new set of circuit justice assignments, which take effect immediately. Barrett was assigned to the 7th Circuit, where she served as a judge for three years before becoming a justice. Two other justices, Sonia Sotomayor and Neil Gorsuch, were also assigned for the first time to the circuits where they had previously served as judges – Sotomayor to the 2nd Circuit and Gorsuch to the 10th Circuit.

A circuit justice is primarily responsible for emergency requests (for example, an application to block an execution or to allow it to go forward) from the geographic area covered by his or her circuit, as well as more mundane matters, such as requests to extend filing deadlines. However, justices can and often do refer significant emergency requests to the full court – a role that has taken on increased importance in recent years with the sharp uptick in activity on the court’s “shadow docket.” A map of geographical regions covered by each circuit is available here.

Sotomayor’s move to the 2nd Circuit, which had previously been assigned to the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg (who grew up in New York City and lived there before moving to Washington to become a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit), kicked off a game of musical circuits among the justices. Sotomayor had previously been responsible for the 10th Circuit, which is now assigned to Gorsuch, as well as the 6th Circuit, which is now assigned to Justice Brett Kavanaugh. Kavanaugh, who had previously been assigned to the 7th Circuit, also took on the 8th Circuit, ceding the 7th Circuit to Barrett.

The new circuit assignment list signaled a reprieve for Justice Stephen Breyer, who normally serves as the circuit justice for the relatively small 1st Circuit. Since Ginsburg’s death in September, Breyer has also been pinch-hitting under the Supreme Court’s rules as the circuit justice for the larger and busier 2nd Circuit. Emergency requests and applications for extensions from the 2nd Circuit will now go initially to Sotomayor instead.

First off, this is all in the “Political Silo”, which he has told the DOJ makes it automatically “off limits”.

Secondly, he sat on Hunters laptop for 10 months, and all thru the shampeachment.

He sat on Muh Russia wrongdoing, for the whole time he has been A.G.

HE sat on numerous leaks of classified information.

He sat on the Flynn lynching, until Sidney FORCED him to act.

And, just as with muh Russia, we see absolutely NO defence, and much undermining of PDJT by McConnell and the Decepticons.

Remember the sing along with Mitch choir, in their rendition of “For Muellers an honorable man, his investigation must continue”?

Well, in last 1-2 weeks before the election, Mitch sang “Oh, there is NO reason for concern about the integrity of our elections!
Vote by mail, vote in person, just be sure and vote!”

Which is EXACTLY what Biden was saying.
My point is, Barr takes his marching instructions from Mitch, NOT from PDJT.

And Mitchs instructions to Barr, are to sit on his hands.

His instructions to Haspel; “GET those damn servers in Germany, and deep six them! They have a record of ALL the fixed elections,…including MINE!”

So, YES Barr will do NOTHING, and we will NOT hear Senate Republicons voicing support for PDJT. In fact many are or will voice support for the rediculous notion that by questioning the results, he is damaging the election process, and that he should stop.

If the DOJ acts, it will cover up the fraud.

I wonder how many years it’s been since we’ve had a real election? Eisenhower?

Remember Kennedy? The media still loves him. Camelot, Camelot, Camelot.

He stole the Presidential election with the help of the mafia.

Everyone thinks Nixon was the crook. But Kennedy was a very evil man.

Only an evil man steals the Presidential election with the help of the mafia.

“Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.”

Kennedy was a disgrace to the nation.

And Johnson stole his election to the House.

And he lied about the Gulf of Tonkin incident to get us into the Vietnam war.

And Bush . . . where were those weapons of mass destruction in Iraq?

And the Lusitania WAS loaded with weapons, as we learned when the wreck was found fairly recently at the bottom of the ocean.

The United States is a brilliant totalitarian state. It taught everyone that they were free, when in actuality . . . it was all lies and lies and lies.

    • skaebne says:

Barr has been eerily silent and missing from public view. When Trump is unhappy with cabinet officials, he doesn’t hesitate to vent publicly (certainly not with Sessions). Trump has been completely silent about Barr’s activities.

If you recall, shortly after the election, Trump and his Cabinet went underground for a few days; I suspect they were taking Plan B for dealing with massive election fraud operational, the most important elements of which must be undertaken covertly.

If you were paying attention, yesterday the Supreme Court Justices serving as Circuit Justices over the 11 Circuit Courts of Appeals were reassigned, giving conservative Justices jurisdiction over the Circuit Courts that will adjudicate challenges to election outcomes in the States that are critical to Trump’s victory in the Electoral College. The Circuit Justices have the authority to refer any case brought before the Court directly to the Supreme Court. Yesterday’s reassignments mean that the Democrats cannot run out the clock on challenges in MI, WI, PA and GA because Kavanaugh, Barrett, Alito and Thomas will control the process.

Those reassignment were made by William Barr. Clearly, Barr has been busy.

      • SnarfyRDog says:

        Skaebne,

(Referring to reassignment of Supreme Court Justices) – “Those reassignment were made by William Barr. Clearly, Barr has been busy.”

It serves no good purpose to spread misinformation.

#1) Chief Justice Roberts did the reassignments, and #2) Barr is part of the Executive Branch, not the Judiciary.

      • S. Armaticus says:

I also think this is a significant development.

    • Edgelady says:

Given the DOJ being inundated with swamp creatures isn’t it common sense that a decent investigation would not be done by these creatures in the DOJ? It takes someone in the private sector, which Sidney chose after seeing corruption within the federal system. I can certainly see Barr waiting in the wings, waiting for it to play out.

Point is, they pulled the muh russia crap, and denigrated PDJT and us deplorables for 2 1/2 years, as well as pulling other crap,….

        And his support?,….GREW!

        They pulled the Kavanaugh crap,……

        And his support?,…….GREW!

        They pulled the Shampeachment crap,…..

        And his support?,…..GREW!

At each juncture, in the end they LOST credibility, and he GAINED credibility.

The thing is, fairly early on he had the support of 96 percent of REPUBLICANS.

So, WHERE did this additional support COME from? Obviously Dems and traditional Dem base, Independants and first time voters who largely didn’t vote cause they saw no difference between Uniparty.

So, there are STILL some Dem voters, who despite PDJT’S record, are TDS infused and believe the msm. Despite ALL I reviewed above still haven’t red pilled.

But, THIS will get to them, and cause them to red pill. And then the conmunist, who are like wolf hiding in amongst the sheep, will stand in the glare, no sheep left to hide within.

And, the full nature of what they are, who they work for, and their goal of destroying this country will be laid bare.

And may God have mercy on their souls, cause its gonna be a GLORIOUS Cummupence.

It HAD to happen this way, the country simply can not be healed, and United, any other way.

Wheres all that “but “we” could lose the Senate, and they would Impeach PDJT!

“Dealing with Rinos is something you do during primaries, but in the general, you have to pull together, for party unity.”

My responce was, in part along thevlines of “that would be o.k., if it was reciprocal, but I have seen NO attempt on the part of Republicons in the Senate, at “pulling together for party unity”.

John James COULD have won in ’16, but Mitch refused him any $ from the Senate campaign funds, as did the RNC.

I am personally convinced Mitch “gave” the Alabama seat to Dems, in ’16.

And I am convinced the Rinos gave Az Senate seats to the Dems.

Because once you see it as Uniparty vs Maga, your whole perspective changes.

“WE” did NOT “lose the House” in the midterms, cause “WE” NEVER had the House in the first place.

The UNIPARTY had the House, before and after. Ryan and Pelosi were like a “tag-team” in wrestling, thats all.

They switched it, cause Ryan couldn’t be SEEN to do what Nancy did after she took over.

But, those who initiated the muh russia coup attempt, in 2015 and 2016, had to KNOW, before they engaged in all that criminal activity, that the House would flip in 2018. Otherwise, all their actions would be for nought.

And,…WHO could absolutely guarantee that House flip? NOT “the Dems”, ONLY the Republicon leadership could guarantee that.

The other guarantee swamp creatures like Comey and Brennan would need, is that “if it all went South” (which it did) that they had a powerful protector, who would insure they avoided the gallows.

And WHO could insure that, back in 2015?
Why Mitch McConnell, who could control who would get confirmed as AG, FBI Director and head of CIA and ODNI.

Once you see the strings,.. .

          • ““WE” did NOT “lose the House” in the midterms, cause “WE” NEVER had the House in the first place.”

Yes. One can see the fix is in, from the start, by the ease with which it comes in. Suddenly, no “checks and balances”, no least trace of integrity, or recognition of any awkward, but obvious, reality. The entire “system” just seems to go bonkers…ta da! They all (ALL) brought in Mueller as Special Counsel against the President, for simply doing his job, in just 8 days…and wouldn’t let him go.

This is the strategy and it always has been the strategy.

    • linderella says:

Thanks for confirming that — I thought that was what Rudy was saying…

    • justsayin714 says:

Exactly, Bor Warrior! If not done right, SCOTUS will just send it back to the lower court to remedy. The attorneys handling these cases for the Trump Team
in the various lower courts are mostly just local civil attorneys licensed to practice in that state, chosen as a way to quickly get the case before a judge. They aren’t the sharpest pencils in the box. The losses don’t really surprise me.

However, the SCOTUS isn’t a criminal or civil court; it exists to make decisions on whether government actions are constitutional, or not. It’s the big time, and President Trump is sending his A Team on this mission.

I don’t think the Justices care about the illegalities involved – i.e., fake time stamps, switching votes, etc that the media is covering now- but they ARE interested in constitutional violations.

As long as Trump’s attorneys stay focused on proving how millions of voters were DISENFRANCHISED by the illegal actions of the Democrats, without giving too much time and attention to the illegalities except to enumerate and prove them, President Trump will win. Here’s why:

The right to vote is mentioned 5 times in the Constitution, while other rights, such as the right to keep and bear arms, are mentioned only once. The Founding Fathers considered it essential to our Republic. And the 14th Amendment says states shall lose Congressional representation when the right to VOTE “for President and Vice-President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial Officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is DENIED…OR IN ANY WAY ABRIDGED…” (emphasis mine).

Disenfranchisement of voters is something SCOTUS takes seriously. Obviously, the writers of our Constitution wanted everyone to be able to vote, but they left it out of the enumerated Bill of Rights, and up to each of the states to handle in their own way, with both the courts and Congress treating voting as a “privilege” rather than a “right” to be enforced. Minor changes over the years have made voting easier for Blacks, women, convicted criminals – but Legislation to REQUIRE citizens to vote has NEVER been passed.

By taking this case, SCOTUS could make history. Even though we are not REQUIRED to vote, our RIGHT to do so must be protected, just as our other God-given Constitutional rights are. That RIGHT was DENIED to those millions of voters who exercised their privilege, yet had their vote nullified by the illegal actions of election officials and poll workers.

By ruling that the sanctity of the vote was violated and the outcome of the election was a false representation of the will of the people, SCOTUS will finally give real meaning to the single, most important unenumerated right we have. They can let the states deal with the illegal acts that nullified those votes. Let’s see the party of “equality and justice” argue with that.

There are currently 5 strong Constitutionalists on the court, thanks to President Trump.
Fortunately for us, the Dems are already writing op eds threatening to investigate Kavanaugh and impeach him, and also get rid of Barrett, so I suspect those two, plus their like-minded colleagues on that very close-knit bench, might well be hesitant to give this to Biden.

Sorry for the length of this. Just wanted to be very clear in what I said.

          That’s a perfectly reasonable request.

I think it’s real. Mike Flynn Jr. echoed the same message on Parler with the proton mail address.

Mike Flynn Jr. is a doubly verified account on Parler with newsmakers privileges. That level requires serious ID scrutiny by the company management.

However I also wonder why the President’s team is creating yet another bucket in which they’re soliciting and collecting evidence. I guess simply to extend the reach.

        • iswhatitis says:

          Thanks, GB, for “seconding” it.

It has the earmarks of a scam – a blind-drop email; a plea to “share far and wide”; an invitation to overload a company-server with unsolicited large attachments; posted with no citations.

But, not everything that looks and smells like a scam – is a scam. Apparently, this one is not a scam – even though it smells a lot like one.

Still, when it smells so much like a scam, it’s prudent to ask for verification. Better safe than participating “naively” in a scam.

Powell, “filing in Georgia will be biblical”.

    • Don’t people understand that the statistical IMPROBABILITIES and IMPOSSIBILITIES are in fact in themselves not only evidence by also PROOF? When more ballots are submitted than there are registered voters, that’s undeniable. And the 145k spike that occurred when the van full of ballots in trashcans, paper bags, backpacks, and cardboard boxes appeared at 3:40am on Nov 4th.
And these are just the ‘small stuff,’ doesn’t even include the Dominion software.

Even at best, all those statistically impossible ballots should be removed.

    • Beginning to see a trend here “are you sure you can back this up in court?”
Now even NEWSMAX is doing it.
Tucker started this and it is plain to me that any men that follow suit questioning Sidney Powell over and over like that are little Tucker wannabes and they are a little swayed by his second-guessing her too.
Newsmax may be better than FUX, but this anchor is a touch snarky and arrogant to question her integrity like that too. As if she would answer, “no, we can’t prove anything we’re just going to appear in court with accusations and innuendo.” Another person who does this that seems to admire Tucker a lot is Jonathan Shuttlesworth who is very much on Trump’s side but second guesses Sidney Powell and Giuliani too.
Perhaps they’ve been burned before with promises of “lock her up” and “heads are gonna roll” that they’re just protecting their own delicate hopes and dream…

      • COlibertybelle says:

MQMC, I noted this infuriating back-and-forth tonight also. Just who the hell do they think they are, anyway??!!

I am so over all this questioning of Sidney’s integrity that I will be sending a scathing letter to Newsmax asking if this kind of SEXIST attitude will continue into the future. It will not bode well for a fledgling fox wannabe/potential replacement to even be accused of such behavior. (I assure you, I am not above using the media’s own tactics against them.)

And another thing: I saw just in the past couple of days some rumblings of some of PDJT’s wealthy supporters toying with the idea of a possible “Trump Network”….it would be an instant SMASHING SUCCESS as people are so yearning for that rare commodity: THE TRUTH.

      • Dutchman says:

        MMC,
Agree. Your first post, in addition, there are times when the vote count went up by 100,000 votes, and then again 15-20 minutes later. And yet it is physically impossible to scan that many ballots in that amount of time.
There are examples of Trump “losing” votes.
Its all about counting votes, which is ADDITION. HOW can they explain SUBTRACTING votes?
And then there are the fractional votes.
How the hell does a candidate get a FRACTIONAL vote? Somebody only filled in 6/10’s of the bubble, on a ballot?

The “Drag and Drop” explanation Sidney describes, and the fractional voting, is the only logical explanation.

You can SEE it clearly, in the Virginia #’s on the NYT feed.
Somebody input 300,000 votes (IIRC), and then realised they had put them for Trump.
Ooops! So, they took them out of Trump column, and into Biden column, and then added 80,000 votes to Trump, the “offset” that was SUPPOSED to make it not look obvious.

They don’t NEED the servers, they have an ever increasing MOUNTAIN of evidence.

According to an article in GP, referencing Sidney, there are devices that can and were monitoring this activity in “real time”, citisens were WATCHING, and video taped and screen shotted the images.

And then, theres the basics. Those who are screaming “Wheres the evidence” should be asking election officials, in 5 States, “WHY did you just STOP counting, at the same time, acriss 3 different time zones?

I have heard no attempt at an explanation for THAT, or “Why did youbprevent the observers from observing?” No answer there, either.

I also agree on Newsmax. Initially I liked it, except why do they have Mark Halpern on?

To be “fair and balanced”? And yes, I have heard several of their commentators giving “the other side of the argument”?
I am FED UP with “Fair and balanced”!!

I don’t see CNN, MSNBS, etc making ANY attempt to be”fair and balanced”.

At this point, I want a TV network thats like Conservative talk radio. CONSERVATIVE
MAGA DEPLORABLE. I don’t want or need to hear “the other side” any more than I want “Bi-partisanship” in Congress.

The “other side” is CCP, it is a concrete plan to destroy America, because America is the ONLY thing standing in the way of their hegemonic desire for global domination, which would include enrolling all of us deplorables in a human organ donor lottery; AOC is already making the LISTS!

Newsmax viewership can go down JUST as fast as it went up.

        • billinlv says:

….and then there is the always troubling issue of the owner of Newsmax, Chris Ruddy, being a good friend of Bill Clinton. “Fair and balanced” has always been a head fake. There is no such thing. There is only truth and the lie, right and wrong.

        • doyouseemyvision says:

Legitimate votes can be sent large increments. They are not going to trickle in as each ballot is read by the machine. At the end of the night, each ballot machine is tabulated at the precinct level, then aggregated at the county level, then the state level.

How interfaces generally work, (because it is more efficient), is to run the interface from the state level to the media newsroom, say every 15 or 30 minutes (or longer) rather than in ‘real time.’ Those interfaces are aggregating votes from all counties in the state and then sending the aggregated data at predefined intervals to the newsrooms depending on the schedule (timing) of the interface. So the vote numbers can be quite large each time you see them updated on your TV screen.

This really irritates me to no end. Liz Cheney must be up to her golden locks in corruption. Ike was right and she is one he meant to be wary of. I am so pissed off about all of this – not how I wanted to live out my few remaining years – President Trump won my state of Minnesota. Sadly, I want revenge. Let us win this war.

      • doyouseemyvision says:

Yes, everyone who is instructing Trump to throw in the towel does not want their recent election looked at with a magnifier. They think we don’t know this. We now also know they pay the vote counters to assure their re-election.

Tell me with a straight face that woman running for the congressional district in Balto really lost.

    • Any official or media person who questions the validity of Trump’s claim of election fraud IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED and is part of the fraud. They are dirty and have benefited from the fraud at one time or another during the past few decades and fear being caught themselves.
Like Rosemary’s Baby, everyone surrounding her was ‘in on it.’

As for DICK Cheney, a very evil man (I believe Cathy O’Brien’s testimony about him). Interestingly, she was told by deep state that “Trump was not one of them” (not a member of the deep state); Trump is one of the few politicians not connected to their click. Her twitter also shows she is against the voter fraud.

So the dems love Dick Cheney now, along with father Bush and John McCain–McCain who I am POSITIVE stayed in office using Dominion as I’ve still never met one person in Arizona who likes him.

      • bentley1blog says:

  18. Ocelot says:

I noticed that Jordan stated at the end of the video that the Lt. Gov. and Sec. of State are in for quite a shock at how poorly they ran “ONE” of their major counties in the election.

There are 159 counties in Georgia so I hope they will discover similar evidence in other counties as well to increase the chances of reversing the outcome. I also know investigations usually uncover evidence one step at a time rather than all in one easy swoop. As Columbo used to say repeatedly to a suspect, “Oh, one more thing” before he gathered enough evidence.

  19. Great broadcast.
Also just hear Lin Wood broadcast and he mentioned the EXECUTIVE ORDER Trump signed in 2018 “Executive Order on Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election, Foreign Policy, Issued on: September 12, 2018
    here–> https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/executive-order-imposing-certain-sanctions-event-foreign-interference-united-states-election/

It mentions the Director of National Intelligence to be key in assessing any fraud in elections connected to foreign interference. That person is John Ratcliff. It also mentions the roles of the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, the Secretary of Defense (ESPER*), the Attorney General, and the Secretary of Homeland Security.(KREBS*).

Notably just recently both Eber and Krebs were fired, both showed their true colors in stating publicly “there was no fraud in the election.” It really is one of the determining factors of who Trump can and cannot trust; i.e, if they say there’s no fraud–NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
I would add people who question the mountains of evidence are not to be trusted either.

Lin Wood seems to think that this EO will be called upon should things go amiss in his getting justice for the election fraud. Not sure if Sundance already did an article on this but just in case thought I’d mention it. Good thing Trump let those 2 go, they’re with the enemy.

  20. Ocelot says:

Sidney and Lin Wood might arguably be the only lawyers in the USA that would not only take on this election fraud case but pursue it with dogged determination to uncover the truth and the corruption. Other lawyers might have had self preservation limits that restrained them when the threats and pressure became too intense.

They might have been inclined to pull back by now and find a way out. Senator Toomey’s ludicrous comment that “President Trump Has ‘Exhausted All Plausible Legal Options” in Pennsylvania after only one round in the ring is an example of a GOP coward (or election culprit) bailing out early. Other lawyers have resigned.

Sidney’s past experiences fighting against rampant corruption in the DOJ and FBI is becoming useful once again. She has confronted the cruel and corrupt prosecutors in the court room for years and probably is more aware of how widespread the corruption in the USA is than any other lawyer that hasn’t joined the other side. Sidney is probably not that surprised about what they are uncovering,

  21. Ackman419 says:

    Enough already. Declassify it all.
Let the bodies hit the floor.

    • That’s not how it works. Your desire is reasonable, just hold on, have patience and keep fighting, ustice will come sometimes wicked strongholds take time to subdue. A lot of this corruption has been unfolding little by little the past few years to the present, we are watching it in slow motion so it is not as noticeable. I felt disappointed that Hillary wasn’t arrested, or Obama or Biden, til I see them old and falling apart literally imprisoned in a sick body, the worst kind of jail.
Keep faith in our Heavenly Father too because He has heard our prayers and is on this, in fact it is he that is driving the quest for justice. Trump will be reelected soon enough. But we must fight. Going to a #stopthesteal rally in our area may help us feel better too because it'[s not just the attorneys that are important, it’s also important we make noise and our voices heard.

      • oops! *justice (“ustice”)

Its frustrating to see the perps walking free.

However, look at the BIG picture, as all of these miscreants, Comey, Brennan Hillary, Ryan,etc…..

Its obvious they are all ‘working for’ those attempting to establish a Global conmunist system, with CHINA as the “State sponsor” and benefactor, and driving force.

And, the main impediment to there goal is America; they have spent many years infiltrating and corrupting the I.C., the buerocracy, public education, the media and hollywierd, and “democratic institutions like the AMA and even Boy Scouts.

And they were ALL set for the final push; Obama with McConnell and Ryans help had got them RIGHTCto the edge, all they needed was 4 more years with Hillarybin the Oval, to complete the destruction.

PDJT blocked that, so they tried muh russia.
They LOST credibility, he GAINED credibility, and his support INCREASED.

They tried Shampeachment, same result they lost MORE, and he gained.

And now they tried shamelection, and its “Third time pays all”, as this will expose it all, ALL the corruption, AND WHO IS BEHIND IT, (CHINA) WHO is working with/for CHINA, and that their goal is the destruction of America.

So, firstly this is going after the whale, rather than getting concerned about the minnows, and secondly once the Whale is in the net, the minnows are TOAST.

THIS is the scandal, that exposes it ALL, and the last of the decieved will have their eyes opened, will red pill, and join our ranks.

Its going to be the most glorious victory in history, eclipsing even WW2.

And all the minions, the Comeys and Brennans were doing what they were doing in order to facillitate this plan for wWorld domination and subjugation.

And they LOSE. So, I can wait, to see “Justice served”.
