[Transcript] – THE PRESIDENT: Thank you very much. This is a very big announcement — the biggest ever, concerning drugs and drug pricing. So, today, I have to tell you it’s a great honor for me to announce that my administration is issuing two groundbreaking rules to very dramatically lower the price of prescription drugs for the American people, especially for our cherished seniors.
We’re pleased to be joined on this occasion by Secretary of Health and Human Services Alex Azar, and Administrator of the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Seema Verma. Thank you both. Thank you both. And thank you all for being here. Appreciate it.
The unprecedented reforms we’re completing today are the direct result of the historic drug pricing executive orders I signed in July. Statutorily, we had to go through a very long process, and we got it done. I was very proud to have gotten this done. We were pushing it very hard, as we did with the vaccines and other things.
The first action will save American seniors billions of dollars by preventing middlemen — the famous middlemen, they call them — from ripping off Medicare patients with high prescription prices.
Currently, drug companies provide large discounts on the price of prescription medicines, including nearly $40 billion in rebates to Medicare Part D plans last year alone. Yet often, middlemen stop those discounts from going to the patients — which is what we’re interested in; not the middlemen — who need it the most. So the patients are going to be now getting the benefit, instead of these very wealthy individuals.
Patients pay very high prices, and they have for many years — although we brought it down; first time in 51 years — with the costs adding up to hundreds or even thousands of dollars per year, per patient.
Today’s action ends this injustice and requires that these discounts go directly to the people. These are the people that need it. This will save patients up to 30 percent. It could be 40 percent, could be 50 percent, could be much higher than that. These are numbers that nobody has ever even contemplated, and that doesn’t include lifesaving drugs like insulin, which will be even higher. Insulin was destroying lives and destroying families because the cost was so high, and now it’s at a level that nobody can even believe.
Is that correct, Seema?
ADMINISTRATOR VERMA: Thirty-five dollars a month.
THE PRESIDENT: Thirty-five dollars a month from many times that number.
The second rule we are finalizing today will transform the way the U.S. government pays for drugs to end global freeloading on the backs of American citizens and American patients.
Until now, Americans have often been charged more than twice as much for the exact same drug as other medically advanced countries. We would be having a drug — identical drug, same company — and we’d pay many times the price of what that drug would sell for in certain countries.
In case after case, our citizens pay massively higher prices than other nations pay for the same exact pill, from the same factory, effectively subsidizing socialism aboard [abroad] with skyrocketing prices at home. So we would spend tremendous amounts of money in order to provide inexpensive drugs to another country. And when I say the price is different, you can see some examples where the price is beyond anything — four times, five times different.
For example, Medicare Part B recipients are forced to spend five times more for a common breast cancer medication than patients in other countries. So, five times more. And we have other examples that are substantially higher than that.
To address this unfairness and to lower prices for Americans, we’re finalizing the Most Favored Nation rule. Remember that name. Most Favored Nation rule. Nobody has ever done this. The drug companies don’t like me too much, but we had to do it. It took a long time before we were able to do this because, statutorily, we had to go through a process. But they’ll — there’ll never be anything like this. I just hope they keep it. I hope they have the courage to keep it, because the powerful drug lobby — big pharma — is putting pressure on people like you wouldn’t believe.
Medicare will now look at the price that other developed nations pay for their drugs. And instead of paying the highest price on that list — and we are substantially higher than any other country in the world — we will pay the lowest price. In other words, we take the lowest price, and we match whatever the lowest price is, leading to colossal savings for all Americans. And we’re talking about savings of 50, 60, 70 percent, 80 percent — different drugs, different prices.
In addition, today, we’re taking one more historic action to hold down drug prices. In the past, drug companies have been allowed to identify certain very old generic drugs that have been widely available for decades and exploit a misguided program called “Unapproved Drugs Initiative — that’s “Unapproved Drugs Initiative,” a program that has been around for a long time and hasn’t been too good for the people that were supposed to benefit — to obtain market exclusivity on these medicines.
So we are doing something that nobody thought anybody would do. The savings is going to be incredible. Then they’ve jacked up the prices by as much as 1,000 to 5,000 percent on this product. This program has also caused shortages of important medicines.
Today, I am announcing that we are ending the Unapproved Drugs Initiative program to put a stop to this unfair practice. So prices are lifted by 1,000 percent to 5,000 percent. In one or two cases, even more than that. And we’re ending this. We are putting an end to it.
Together, these reforms will save American patients many, many billions of dollars every single year. For generations, the American people have been abused by big pharma and their army of lawyers, lobbyists, and bought-and-paid-for politicians. But I’ve [never] been loyal to the special interests; I have been loyal to our patients and our people that need drugs — prescription drugs — and devoted myself completely to fighting for the American people. You see that. This is not an easy thing to do.
Big pharma ran millions of dollars of negative advertisements against me during the campaign — which I won, by the way. But, you know, we’ll find that out. Almost 74 million votes. We had big pharma against us. We had the media against us. We had big tech against us. We had a lot of dishonesty against us.
But big pharma alone ran millions and millions of dollars in ads. In fact, I looked at it, and I said, “Who is it? Are they — I’ve never seen anything quite like it.” Because I told them, “I’m going to have to do this.” You know, I was put here to do a job. And Pfizer and others were way ahead on vaccines. You wouldn’t have a vaccine, if it weren’t for me, for another four years because FDA would’ve never been able to do what they did — what I forced them to do.
And Pfizer and others even decided to not assess the results of their vaccine; in other words, not come out with a vaccine until just after the election. That’s because of what I did with favored nations and these other elements, instead of their original plan to assess the data in October. So they were going to come out in October, but they decided to delay it because of what I’m doing, which is fine with me, because frankly, this is just a very big thing. A very big thing. What I’m doing here — I don’t know if anybody is going to appreciate it. These people can’t even believe it. Alex, even you can’t believe it, can you? Look at you.
So they waited and waited and waited. And they thought they’d come out with it a few days after the election. And it would’ve probably had an impact. Who knows? Maybe it wouldn’t have. I’m sure they would’ve found the ballots someplace — the Democrats and the group.
These corrupt games will not deter us from doing what is right for the American people. And I will always put American patients first, and I think it could never be shown better than what I’m doing today.
Already, we’ve successfully lowered drug prices for the first time in 51 years. In September, we finalized a rule allowing states, wholesalers, and pharmacies to safely and legally import drugs from Canada. Career politicians have promised to institute this reform for decades, and we got it done.
The reason Canada — and this is going to be, I think, just a short-term fix, because until we have the favored nations fully ready, which we hope to have — be in January 1st. I think a very important thing is say January 1st — that’s right around the corner.
But I’m giving governors the right to go to Canada because they’ll pray — pay approximately 50 percent less for their drugs for — that they buy for their states. So the governors buying drugs for their states go to Canada. They buy the drugs for very, very much less, and they’ll be able to pass that on to the people of Florida. Ron DeSantis was the first one to ask, but others are asking also. And it’s a great thing. I mean, you’ll save 50 percent. They’re going to buy a lot from Canada initially, and I think, ultimately, they’ll be comparing prices. You’ll get the lowest price anywhere in the world, so you won’t need to buy from Canada.
In a few weeks, my administration will also finalize rules requiring federally funded health centers to pass drug company discounts on insulin and EpiPens directly to patients. And the EpiPen price has come way down. We remember those horrible stories about EpiPen. Well, the price has now come way, way, way down. We capped insulin costs for many seniors at just $35 a month, as I said, saving them an average of nearly $500 to $1,000 a year just on insulin. Saving $1,000 a year on insulin.
Since I took office, we’ve reduced Medicare Part D premiums by 12 percent, putting nearly $2 billion back in seniors’ pockets. Now, 12 percent is great by any standard, but 12 percent is peanuts compared to what we’ve done with favored nations. It’s — I think it’s probably the biggest story that we’ve ever had relative to drug prices. There’s never been anything like this. This is something that has been talked about for many years, but nobody had the courage to do it because of the power of big pharma.
We ended the gag clauses that prevented pharmacists from telling patients how to buy less expensive drugs. As you know, pharmacists could not talk to patients about how to buy drugs. How about that one? Think that’s right? And now they can and should.
We approved a record number of affordable generic drugs for three years in a row. And we put a very hemph- — a very heavy emphasis on generic drugs. And the pricing there has become very good, but that pricing will also go down very substantially.
No administration has ever fought harder or achieved more for our patients and for our seniors but for America, when you think of it. For America. Because other countries were paying a fraction of what we were paying; in some cases, a small fraction. I mean, it was — it was what — the numbers were just staggering, the difference between going to — I won’t name nations, but I could name five of them right off the top of my head that it is so incredible to think about, for years, what was happening. We’ve been working on this for two years. Statutorily, we had to go through a process.
But when you think that our nation, for the exact same pill out of the exact same box, often made in the exact same factory, same company — and you take a look at the — the cost was so much more. Many, many, times more.
In four short years, we’ve instituted the most dramatic series of drug pricing reforms in decades, and you’ll see that. It all comes to fruition right now, starting on January 1st. And the American people will benefit from our actions for many, many decades. And it should be very immediate. Now, I presume they’ll sue, but it’s a sue that they should never be able to win. They should never, ever be able to win.
So now I’d like to ask Secretary Azar to provide some more details as to the action. And then, Seema, I’d like to have you come up and say a word — few words. And great job. We appreciate it. Thank you.
Secretary? Go ahead, please.
SECRETARY AZAR: Well, thank you, Mr. President. What an extremely exciting day for American healthcare. On top of the news that you just made, today, Pfizer will be filing an application for an emergency use authorization with the FDA for their COVID-19 vaccine that appears to be 95 percent effective. Within weeks, we could have a decision from FDA, and within 24 hours of that, we will have started distributing millions of doses of safe and effective vaccine to begin protecting our most vulnerable across America.
You know, the President mentioned his passion for getting drug prices down. And I can tell you, I’ve seen that firsthand. When I become Secretary in January 2018, the very first meeting we had in the Oval Office was to put together our plan for tackling drug prices. It was — the number-one priority, the President said, for us was getting drug prices down. And in that meeting, we came up with the idea for Most Favored Nations status and for insuring that the discount prices that big pharma was giving to middlemen would get passed on to America’s seniors at the pharmacy counter.
And almost two and half years ago, in May, the President laid out the most comprehensive vision for reforming drug pricing in American history. The President’s blueprint was clear: We need to put American patients first, and our drug pricing system too often puts them last. The system had to change. The blueprint called for tackling foreign freeriding, for bringing down high list prices, for reducing out-of-pocket costs, and for better negotiation by our government programs. That’s what the President has delivered over the last two years already, and that’s what the President is delivering today with these new, historic reforms.
We’re ending a broken system of shadowy kickbacks that drove prices higher and higher every single year and left so many patients shocked at the out-of-pocket costs that they owe at the pharmacy. We’re replacing that system with up-front discounts in Medicare, delivered straight to the patient at the pharmacy counter.
We’re bringing negotiation to the way we pay for the most costly drugs in Medicare, fixing a system where the government just took the price that drug companies offered, paying about twice as much as comparable countries. We’re ending a program that’s been used by drug companies to jack up prices on older drugs.
The President’s actions today, boldly take on the big drug companies, take on the middlemen, and take on foreign countries freeriding off of Americans.
If you don’t believe how fiercely special interests have fought these efforts, you must not have watched any TV in Washington over the last couple of years. Special interest have run millions of dollars in ads against the President’s drug pricing initiatives.
Mr. President, they underestimated me and they sure as the devil underestimated you. About two years ago, just over in the Roosevelt Room, the President signed legislation to ban pharmacy gag clauses, alongside me and his drug pricing advisors.
That included my friend and colleague Dan Best, who passed away two years ago this month. And he devoted his life to lowering drug costs for American patients, putting them at the center of our healthcare system, just as President Trump has done. And he was one of the key driving forces behind the rules that we are announcing today. I wish Dan could have been here today, Mr. President, but today’s actions are a lasting legacy for him and for you.
The President’s historic actions will transform drug pricing forever and build the system that American — the American people deserve, a system that puts American patients first.
Thank you so much, Mr. President, for making today possible.
THE PRESIDENT: Thank you, Alex, very much. Thank you.
Seema, please.
ADMINISTRATOR VERMA: Masks and hoop earrings don’t work well. (Laughter.)
Thank you, Mr. President, for your leadership. And let me take a moment to give some context for today’s announcement. From day one, President Trump made it very clear that he wanted to make healthcare more affordable and accessible to every American. And the most important thing is that he wasn’t afraid to take on the special interest groups to get this goal accomplished.
And in the absence of any meaningful legislative support, this administration has delivered real, tangible results. Premiums down in Medicare by 34 percent, the lowest in 14 years. And some areas saw declines almost as much as 60 percent. We stabilized the exchange, lowering premiums for the first time, and brought back more plan choices.
We have set forth a pathway to make the American healthcare system work more efficiently to deliver better quality and lower costs, tackling longstanding problems that no other administration had the guts to do.
And the list is long: price transparency so that patients know what they’re getting charged before they get their care; portable, digital health records, so patients have their complete medical history right on their phones; reducing regulatory burden so that doctors can spend more time with patients. The healthcare system will work better because of what this administration and President Trump has accomplished.
And as the President noted, our achievements on drug pricing are no less sweeping and unprecedented. Thanks to regulatory changes in 2017, the Part D premiums have dropped to some of the lowest rates in seven years, saving beneficiaries over $1.9 billion in premiums.
And we’re also bringing price transparency to Medicare so that doctors and patients have pricing information when drugs are prescribed so that patients can get the best deal.
The President’s Senior Savings Model has our Medicare beneficiaries cheering this year as they are selecting plans in this year’s open enrollment. They have over 1,600 plans that are offering insulin for just $35 a month or less. And that is a massive 66 percent savings.
Today’s announcement is about Part B, where the Medicare program has been nothing but a powerless price taker, and the problem is simple. While there are market forces and negotiations that serve to reduce cost in other parts of the healthcare system, it just doesn’t exist in Part B, which pays for drugs that you get in a doctor’s office: cancer drugs and other infusions.
In Part B, American seniors and taxpayers pay whatever drug companies want to charge. And doctors also get paid a percentage add-on. So the higher the drug costs, the more they get paid, giving an overt incentive to prescribe higher-priced drugs and for manufacturers to increase those prices. And so it’s no wonder that American seniors are paying twice as much as what other countries are paying.
And because of this, over the past five years, Medicare spending for Part B drugs has gone up by 55 percent on average. And drug spending in Part B is responsible for over a third of the premiums that our seniors pay. So the bottom line is: Higher drug costs lead to higher premiums and higher copays. Doctors do well, drug companies do well, but patients pay more. This effort is going to save over $85 billion over seven years, and saving seniors over $28 billion as well.
And so I want to thank the President for being a problem solver, willing to be — to think big and to act boldly on behalf of the American patients. His record of success over the last four years is a testimony to that mentality.
Thank you.
THE PRESIDENT: Thank you, Seema. Thank you very much.

God bless our President, Donald J. Trump!
just saw on the msn explorer (on the old computer that my Mom uses to play old school solitaire and odds and ends – that so-called news pops up for a moment and it said that Georgia has been declared for Biden –
here is another angle about that which I thiink is so ironic –
Georgia, the home state of Jimmy Carter, former President and known in his post-Presidential years for going around to foreign countries to monitor elections but he lives right in one of the most corrupt messes you could hope to find anywhere!
Does Jimmy Carter care about this?
Does Jimmy Carter care about the integrity our U.S.A. presidential election; absolutely NOT! Do you think he was making sure that the Dominion voting apparatus in foreign countries was working “properly?”
Jimmy Carter called President Trump an illegitimate President. Carter will be in the bottom 10 for worst Presidents.
The worst is Obama who tried to overthrow President Trump. Then Wilson, then Bush.
LBJ certainly is somewhere on the list, chose not to run for reelection, thats pretty bad.
Which Bush? The both were atrocious.
W
Thought that Carter WAS the worst President, until Bamster beat him him out.
No, Jimmy Carter doesn’t care about this anymore than any of the other leftist ex-presidents, which is all of them by the way, care about it! The battle we are facing in this country is very simple – those of us on the right are supporting truth above agendas, even when the truth is not what we hoped it would be. But for those on the left, truth is subjective and they are happy to discard it when it doesn’t achieve the results they want.
Basically, we are willing to accept election results we do not like if we believe they were fairly decided because that is the backbone upon which our Republic was founded. But for those on the left, the end justifies the means and so they have no shame at all about accepting obviously fraudulent results because they believe they know better then all of us deplorable chumps who have played fair and assumed everyone else did as well.
Both sides are well aware that this entire election was stolen from Donald Trump who won in a landslide if only legal votes are counted. But those are not the results that the left and the MSM want so they will happily turn a blind eye to overwhelming evidence to insist that they’re senile Emperor- to – be is actually wearing a lovely elegant robe and crown and they are furious with those of us who are standing on the sidelines screaming that he’s as naked as the day he was born!
This one is for all the marbles and both sides know it! May the Lord have mercy on our country and reveal the truth! But my main prayer is that I stand firmly in Him no matter what!
“This one is for all the marbles and both sides know it! May the Lord have mercy on our country and reveal the truth! But my main prayer is that I stand firmly in Him no matter what!”
Yes, vikingmom, no matter what happens, standing firmly IN HIM is what it will really all boil down to in the end. Please, God, help us all to stand firm and bless our President and all those on the front lines during this war on freedom and truth.

Thank you for a great slew of verses should be both an encouragement and an admonition to all of us!
QUES-“Does Jimmy Carter care about this?”
AND-Obviously not.
I’m glad the President is doing something about the ridiculous prices for medication, instead of simply reducing consumer costs with insurance subsidies. It’s time to stop ensuring mega-profits for insuzrance and pharmaceutical companies.
College books the same. There was a guy that was buying books from outside the US, same books same company but cheaper in say India. Then sell here in the US at a cheaper cost. The book companys went crazy and sued the guy saying they had rights on those books after they were sold. They lost in court, but the very issue is all over from medication to books and many more items.
Yeah, we really do get reamed by everyone. We’re broke too. We’re like the dying grandma everyone steals from. Trump is trying to rescuscitate us.
The American consumer subsidizes many things in that very way. Imagine what it will be like if Joe Biden keeps his promise and re-enters the TPP and Paris Climate accord?
Cripes, he’ll probably have us GIVE nukes to Iran, too.
Biden will reverse all the good Trump has done!
That’s certainly his stated goal, just like WE wanted Trump to rinse Obama’s stain from our nation. It’s no wonder that foreign nations view us with such uncertainty.
It won’t be Biden, but rather the people who control him, and that group is very large.
How many reporters lose their press passes today for acting like jackasses?
I’ll say 5.
My favorites: MSNBC, CNN, CBS, ABC, NBC
Jim Acosta may have a vein explode.
none
they will act like Jackals
Fake News are Demons but if the True Believers get in, the Demons will be destroyed under Sharia Law!
In a sane world, people like Jim Acosta would be taken behind the woodshed and given an attitude adjustment. A civil society is a polite society.
refinedheathen-I vote for a “Terminal Attitude Adjustment”.
In a sane world, Acosta would be lucky to get a job as a parts runner.
Jimmy Johns is hiring delivery drivers, Kay. Not sure how fast Acosta drives, though.
Take heart, Mr. Acosta. There is a future for you. ?
I don’t care if the pharmaceutical companies make billions; after all I own their stock LOL!
However, I really resent that the same prescriptions are less expensive in other countries.
We sucker Americans are subsidizing the rest of the world.
I’ve owned stock in Eli Lilly since 1965 and have done well. I take lly’s diabetic med Jardiance and it’s $140 a month after medicare part D benefit. I buy mine from Turkey for $50 per month.
Yes we are Amjean and that is a concept that is really hard for a lot of people to understand. Their immediate response is usually the markets dictate the price. Oh really? Explain how other countries bid, but we don’t. Immediate response, we don’t want socialized medicine. Good, neither do I?
What POTUS is trying to do is level the playing field. I had no idea the price discrepancies until I was thrust into the cancer world, but it goes way beyond just cancer drugs. I always thought we’d end up paying more no matter what. My idea was an average of 1st world countries, maybe an average of 20 or 25. Then we set a law where consumer pays no more than 125% of that average or it’s considered price gouging. What POTUS has proposed is way better than my idea. I was trying to think of something that had a hope of passing the house and senate?
People will swear up and down we won’t get new and innovative drugs. That’s not true, we get those now and we will after this. Those drugs are always more costly until they’ve been around awhile. So we’ll still have very expensive drugs, but those costs will be limited to a few newer drugs.
amjean,
I totally agree with you on your first point — capitalism at its most efficient (find a niche and fill it). Your second point hits to the heart of the issue for all Americans. Same prescriptions should be the same price regardless of geographical location. Otherwise it is specific price gauging — U.S.A. the piggy bank for worldwide pharmaceutical companies.
“However, I really resent that the same prescriptions are less expensive in other countries.
We sucker Americans are subsidizing the rest of the world.
THIS TIMES ONE MILLION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sundance did an excellent explanation of this phenomenon – called “wealth exfiltration” – whereby American citizens subsidize all a multinational’s (not just pharma) customers in other countries by paying exorbitant prices and providing all the profit while purchasers in other countries pay too little for the multinational to make a profit:

Despite the absolute madness going on; here is Trump still doing his job, moving the ball forward no matter what. In the time of a pandemic he was still working out peace deals in the middle east and always had time to troll the Left at the same time.
I was just thinking that: how nice it is to see him carrying on as if he is still President (because he is). I bet that drives the left completely bonkers.
Yes, they keep wanting him to include Biden in his decisions. LOL. I heard this morning that they thought he should have had Biden at his coronovirus meetings.
Thank you for commenting today! I am still smiling…. I laugh out loud when I read or hear the audacious babble from the intolerant mean spirited totalitarian Democrat socialists.
Thank you again, auscitizenmom.
Well, you’re in luck because there is so much of it. 😀
? I have not stopped smiling and laughing since June 16, 2015, when Mr. Trump came down the escalator in Trump Tower!
I didn’t know what to think of him then. But, he grew on me. 😀
POTUS looking good. A therapist I know puts a great deal of emphasis on how a person looks in terms of how well they’re doing and I have to say, PDJT passes. It’s wonderful to see him looking great. ?
Definitely agree re: “A therapist I know puts a great deal of emphasis on how a person looks in terms of how well they’re doing and I have to say, PDJT passes.”
I found this short story really insightful on how to carry on during bad times. I think President Trump is doing what the Queen did in this story, and the story below is not just for women IMO.
When Queens Ride By (or when President Trump drives by)

Now just copy/paste and then remove just the brackets leaving the periods. I apologize about the earlier post — didn’t see the mistake in the link until just now.
Thank you! I sent this to two of my daughters so that they can know how easy our lives are now…or at least can be…improved 🙂
Thought same thing. I love knowing we can count on him looking out for us and always trying to do the right thing. Promises made, promises kept! Thank you & God bless you President Trump!!!
I won- which you’ll find out.
Big Pharma put out millions of dollars of ads against me.
Vaccines came out after the election instead of October.
They waited and waited and waited …..until after the election.
Maybe it would have helped— maybe not.
The Dims would have kept finding ballots.

“I won – which you’ll find out” – the moment the President said that I knew that the media gaslighting this weekend, especially the Sunday Morning talk shows, is going to be out of this world. Brace yourselves, think we may be reaching peak Big Ugly!
So … why are you watching dinosaur media’s last gasps? Come join us outside their bubble. It’s wonderful. Only 20 million people — 16% of America down from 90%– are left in their clutches. And we really, really want to help you get out.
No administration has fought harder for patients, seniors, and Americans.
First President that I can recall, outside of President Reagan, who actually focused on what is best for the American citizen. Best President since Lincoln, and Washington who set the examples for all others to follow. President Trump is in the same league, setting the example for future generations of Presidents to come.
Love 45!
Yes you won 2020 and now, United States Supreme Court will decide whether our US Constitution continues as the law of our land or Sharia Law!
Thomas
Alito
Gorsuch
Kavanaugh
Barrett
That would be poetic. The 3 Trump picks and the great Thomas and Alito to save the Supreme Court and our Country!
Please Lord! ??
Lol! You are seriously counting on scotus to help? I thought they could be blackmailed by the cia and deep state? Brett amy and Neil are all swamp.
Baron Sicluna,is that code for troll??
For real. Total Eeyore.
trolling, trolling, trolling…ignore the trolls a trolling…giddyup, git out
Oh so you are saying the scotus can’t be blackmailed and threatened? Really. What about the deep state and CIA? So will you do 180 flip flop when the scotus dont rule your way? I smell a flip flopper.
Giving Governors the right to go to Canada (some can stay there)
Maybe close the borders before they can return? Declare “national emergency”; that would be something to behold!
Today at his Drug Price Lowering presser President Trump is sounding strong, determined looking healthy! It’s great to see and hear him again. Our VSG is making sure everyone knows that he and his administration have accomplished lower drug prices for our country.
Hopefully, the public will hear this message.
(And his signature blond hair color is back! ??)
heard on Fox news radio update that Joe Biden’s Birthday is today, 78, and he spent the day working hard on his transition team picks…just amazing how they promote Ol Sloppy Joe!
Well, ditching FOX will solve that. It’s never going to get better which is why we’ve moved on.
–They are going for a crowded market in a dying field. So be it. Bye FOX, you were a horrible fake friend anyway.
FOX is dead in our house. This was a FOX Radio news brief on my local conservative talk radio station here in Idaho, KIDO Talk Radio. I have it on all day while I work as now, it tells you what the enemy is up to for the day. I pay nothing for the radio. Funny though, KTVB7 in Boise used to liaise with KIDO and they dropped KIDO like a hot potato a few months ago. Not much was said at the time but apparently a differing of views was cited as KTVB’s exit excuse. KTVB went full Joe shortly after that.
Once you see the strings on the marionettes, it is impossible to not see them!
Usual screaming idiots at the end. I like the walk-off. It’s a big eff you to the idiots.
And the press hyenas hackle as our lion leaves the room !
Thank you Mr. President! You have done more in 4 years than many president could have done if you gave them 4 terms!
lol, no questions taken! I love it. I laughed like hell. That’s what happens when you shout bullshit at the Press Secretary during the briefing earlier. Reap the whirlwind, geniuses.
I was hoping he would do that!! Funny how when a Democratic President (or Governor) doesn’t take any questions the press never says a word about it but with Donald Trump they go into full panic mode and accuse him of not being “responsive to the people”!
Well, why didn’t ya say so earlier? Thanks, now I’ll watch.
As I sat and watched, it seemed surreal that there is a possibility this Country could be handed over to a man who doesn’t even know where he is and a woman who will be an embarrassment anywhere she goes. I continue to pray that President Trump has evidence so irrefutable that at least 80% of the population can’t ignore. The 20% are the pink hat and masked individuals that whine among us. Those of us regularly on this site know this election was stolen. It was positive to see how good he looks and I love the fact that he walked out of the room without allowing any inane questions.
Lin Wood said Georgia have begun shredding the ballots
That’s illegal don’t they have to hold onto them for 22 months? I’m pretty sure they do.
He has seen them being put into dumpster trucks and taken away fro shredding
The ballots mean nothing without the signature envelopes. Destroy all you want. The Digital footprints live forever.
Kind of like Hillary smashing 13 phones. Pointless
Yep
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/11/via-attorney-lin-wood-georgia-woman-witnesses-shredding-company-shredding-ballots-calls-police-films-shredding-recycling-company-destroying-evidence-elections-office-cobb-county/
Yeah, cause nothing says your election was all above board like rushing to “certify” it without adequate oversight and then shredding the evidence as soon as you’re done so that no one can actually go back and check your claims!!
How dumb do these people think that we are?!! “Most ethical election ever” my a**!!
We all knew Trump was doing this. This isn’t new and it’s not news. Dan Bongino, who has direct access to Tucker (and Pirro and Hannity and all the rest) called the thing between Sidney and Tucker a distraction. He would know. Sidney said she did give him evidence and Tucker said she didn’t. Interesting to be sure but what if it was intentional? From what are they distracting?
People have noted all over that Trump hasn’t been very public in all of this. Some anti-Trump people are fantasizing that he’s moping in misery.. That’s not Trump.
Sidney described a simplistic timeline for the events surrounding the seizure of the server(s) in Germany. It started with their group (Sidney is focused on the election systems while Giuliani is focused on the local forms of fraud) informing the white house with information they had uncovered about the servers in Germany and in another European country. The next day, the seizure happened and she stated that it happened “appropriately” with the various governments in communications and approval. Then she said she didn’t know if the good guys have the server(s) or the bad guys. That’s all very interesting. If the good guys have it, we know something big is likely to follow. If it was the bad guys, then they are completely exposed and identified.
Add to that the fact that Dominion officials in the US have lawyered up? Everything I see shows that the bad guys are now on the defensive.
From what are we being distracted? Dunno…
You make a very good point. Could it be that everyone, including us, has to be distracted for justice to be done? Both Sidney and Rudy said multiple times that they cannot show their evidence in full to the public because it has to go to court first. Are they doing their own wag the dog, keeping us and the media distracted, in order to successfully get their concrete evidence in without any leaks? It’s a very real possibility.
Entirely possible.
I also look forward to seeing the report put out by the DNI on our election integrity. It should be something.
Distraction, indeed.
And for what it’s worth….based on his treatment of Governor Palin, he long-ago earned the nickname Schmucker.
I’d forgotten about that nickname until he chose this week to likewise grandstand by dissing Sydney Powell.
He is himself a distraction, still committing voo doo journalism, which apparently nobody told Tucker is fast coming to the end of its dark ratings tunnel to nowhere.
This all makes him that much easier to identify as being just one more useful idiot.
So the question becomes, “From what are we being distracted?”
Sometimes it’s all about asking the right questions, and that one’s a biggy.
On Glenn Beck radio show this AM, Sidney said she had checked into it and WE have the server !
“the servers at Scytl in Germany were confiscated the other day, I’m hearing it was our forces that got those servers…” Sydney Powell
Glen Beck Show
Doesn’t mean that that’s necessarily a good thing.. if it’s the CIA /FBI
Sidney Powell doesn’t play distraction games.
She is brilliant, a patriot and the real deal.
I cry foul on these morons who are doing nothing more
than providing cover for Tucker accidentally outing himself
as a non conservative. Sorry, Tucker – fool me once shame
on you – fool me twice, shame on me.
The President who gets things done.
“The Democrats and THE GROUP”……
Bill Clinton made a show of getting other things done during his impeachment, and that helped carry him through his crisis. I think President Trump will be well-advised to put events like this on frequently throughout this election process. Other newsworthy subjects. Getting the people’s work done. Prove the ability to compartmentalize, limit his appearances on the election while his legal team advances the ball.
Is it wrong that now I immediately scroll to the end of the press conferences just to hear the baleful howling of the hyenas? It gives me great pleasure to hear their REEEEEEEES go unanswered by our great President.
After watching this video, something tells me that some Pharma agents may have been backing the coup attempt, and may have been caught. The financial incentives, and custom and practice of manipulating politicians to serve their interests, certainly support this possibility.
The President seems to have known the whole story from the beginning. In his late night remarks in the wee hours after Election Day, he asked, “why did they stop counting, all together in each of these battleground states where I was doing so well, at the same time?” (or words to that effect.)
The import of that question keeps resonating every time Rudy says that a word went out from a central planning desk to stop counting, to allow the election thiefs to develop the plan for many local and state co-conspirators to implement.
Any guesses as to WHO ordered the “Code Red” ( or in this case, the Code Blue) to stop counting in all those states at the same exact time?
Also, Pharma owns both houses of Congress, especially the leaders of both parties. They funnel millions to the Congressional leaders, to dole out to their caucus members, to ensure the leaders are re-elected, and that Congress enacts what they want.
Guess who subsidizes Fox with a crap ton of advertising dollars? Yup, you guessed it, Big Pharma. Fox knows where it’s bread is buttered.
Trump going after big pharma because they told Biden about vaccine first… lol.
When this leads to the removal of 24/7 designer drug ads from television broadcasts across the spectrum, the broadcasters are going to seriously feel it.
Breaking up the unholy alliance between big pharma and media will in some ways do even more lasting and important good for the nation’s health and well being than even the coming lower drug prices.
This alliance has no shortage of defectors in government to turn to, hence our present crisis, as they try and come against the people and the President in their last gasp attempt to maintain their corporatocratic grip on the country.
Thanks to CISA and its so-called “partnerships” the press came to believe themselves to possess some quasi-official status and voice in this election process. For those who may not know, CISA was an obama creation, developed and run by obama partisans openly disloyal to President Trump and his administration.
Likewise, and even more worrisome, the “medical community” continues to play an outsized and controlling role in government via the covid crisis.
Their numbers are being diddled, their conflicts of interest are numerous and the illegalities arising from the current government/medical alliance have been and are so astonishing and deadly they put the entire country at risk of peril from the toxicity of their “covid cure.”
President Donald Trump is about to emerge from the lions’ den, and just as it happened when Daniel came forth, justice will follow him into the daylight.
Yes, this, on top of the new regulations (think it’s a law too) that begin on January 1, 2021 where all medical providers, whether doctors offices or hospitals or any other must post for all to see and know the costs of their services.
Like a one-two punch, bringing competition back into the marketplace.
And it’s cutting out a lot of faceless, unaccountable middle men and bureaucrats out of the decision making process.
The left will attempt to claim credit for it all.
I would love to see the cost of Humira come down too. It’s been out for almost a decade, is used by millions of people safely, and yet my copay – COPAY – is $3600 per month.
The President is often accused of “Hyperbole” by some, lieing by others.
I have been purchasing “prescription” medications for my and my families use, from pharmacies in other countries, for many years, so with the caveat that in order to do this, you REALLY need to thoroughly research it, its NOT like buying a blender on the i-net, here are two examples;
A medication that predates the FDA, so been around a LONG time, and on ins. Co. Formularies, would be a Tier One, the least expensive meds.
In U.S., retail price with no insurance $1-3 per pill.
From overseas, $.10 per pill.
At the other end, an extreamly expensive, tier 5 medication.
In the U.S., retail price no insurance,..
$2800/month, for 30 pills.
From overseas, the same $2800 buys me a 400 day supply.
So, when he says “savings of 50,60, percent or even more, he is NOT exaggerating.
We all KNOW this has been going on for many years. Those who are familiar with Sundances excellent articles on Maganomics, talking about “lemons and widgets” and the “exfiltration of wealth” recognise it.
The same thing that has occurred for many years, with Rx drugs, the multinationals have done, in a slightly different way, with lemons and widgets,…virtually any product we buy, we pay more them those in other countries.
MAGA is for Main Street, and contrary to Wall street, multinational corporations, and countries who have been freeloading, and ripping off US, the American people, with the willing assistance of the corrupt political class, for many years.
God bless PDJT!
This too is HUGE!
[Side Note here] Don’t flame me…just take note because you’ll agree with me later: Lou Dobbs is mentally impaired. I know he’s helped our side, and I thank him for that — but he sometimes is a total ass in his on-air discussions and interviews.
I Love Mr. Dobbs, but can no longer watch his show because of this, it’s like watching someone go through that interior battle of conscience, knowing what is the right and true story but being told, should one want to keep their job, to obey the boss’s instructions and say the opposite – at least, that is the impression for the past few times I’ve tried to watch. It hurts to see someone whom you’ve come to trust and put the info out straight in order to let us make up our own mind;
I hope I’m wrong, and it’s just me being overly picky; but, that impression is there. Began when he attacked Rep. Nunes, really shook me, it was my Lou Dobbs channels Tucker Carleson moment; made me afraid to try an watch Maria Bartoromo’s show, because if she too goes through that struggle would be just too much.
Please I hope that I’m wrong and just being too critical because of all the other gas-lighting going on. I miss my ‘safe space tv’ shows.
We are at war, our leader conveys messages, some obvious, some hidden. We now know the anxiety of early stage war. This is beyond the cold war with Russia, they are here, in seats of power, they’ve even occupied the White House. They are inflicting as much damage as they can, destroying lives of kids, virtual learning is a gross failure, destroying small business, destroying our traditions, our religious gatherings.
We have stress and anxiety, wanting our lives back, uncertain, wondering where we’re vulnerable, where the next hit is coming from. That’s part of their goal.
The president has to convey calm and confidence, conceal his hatred for these seditionists and traitors. But when the time comes, when the process is where it has to be, everything aligned legally, I pray the president strikes with the force of ten nuclear weapons and brings the full weight of good old American justice upon their heads.
It would be impossible to agree with you more.
Trump won 2020
Promises kept
Hello, I’m a Biden voter
I went to college, got a degree and consider myself well educated
All I know is Trump is a monster, so for that reason…
I’m against lower drug prices. I want to pay very high prices
I don’t want to stop illegal and legal immigration. I want to see my wages depressed and lose my job to someone who shouldn’t even be here
I want to de-fund the police, so I can be a victim of crime and maybe even murdered
I love very high taxation for nothing in return. The higher the better
I love putting other countries before my own
See? I told you I was smart
Nope, you need to be a lot angrier. Just being stupid isn’t sufficient. Being truly demented isn’t easy but we catch the drift.
You forgot to add that you went to an Ivy league college and that you want everyone to pay off your debt. And finally, you must lecture your underlings (us) while looking down your nose.
AND you have a masters degree, jobless, $200,00.00 school debt ridden child who lives in your basement and hates your guts….
First Pfizer hid the vaccine until AFTER the election, then they told Biden but not Trump about it, then they claimed Trump administration didn’t help finance it until they were forced to admit the Trump admin gave them $2 billion to develop it.
Big pharma is ripping American consumers off. Can get the same drug from other countries much cheaper. CONgress makes laws preventing American citizens from buying less expensive drugs from Canada or Europe.
Kyle Rittenhouse FINALLY Released on $2 Million Cash Bond
When President Trump said: I hope they keep it…they have the courage to keep it… who is President Trump referring to? A lawsuit or is he referring to Biden? I am wondering.
“The scope of the investigation”—-words that haven’t been kind to us or POTUS.
You will never see this style of press conference again where they just talk about how a better way to do things can provide real results for American people.
I am personally very thankful
For this.

Note the date… March 29, 2016.
Note also the moron libertarians following the multinational corporations like lemmings.
If biden raises the Corp tax rate, inversions will be back en vogue. Multinationals are not America first, the almighty dollar comes first second and third for them.
Nobody has spoken about this but if you add jo Jorgensen votes to Trump he wins AZ and I believe all of the other battlegrounds.
Just for the heck of it , I would like to see an unprotected Biden asked about VSGT’s very important drug price announcements. Yes ol’ Joe would be right on top of it ( sarcasm) Reminds me of an old Pope joke when they a clearly have an ailing / failing Pope they are propping up -Question “ your Excellency , what do think about …( whatever issue) “ Answer “ dove sanctum ….etc “ actual translation “ where is my hot water bottle ? “ That is about where we are with failin Joe . No joke there unfortunately
While chaos continues around him, President Trump is an island, always quietly working on what needs to be done. “Steady as she goes” is what I like about him.
God Bless Him.
