In a stunning reversal Wayne County Board of Canvassers Chairwoman Monica Palmer [affidavit here] and fellow GOP member William C. Hartmann [affidavit here] have filed affidavits rescinding their prior vote to certify the election in Wayne County, Michigan.
The two board members cite threats against their family as the pressure put upon them to certify the Detroit area vote against their original decision not to certify.

Trump’s lawyers dropped the lawsuit in MI because the rescinded votes accomplished what they were after………..a delay in statewide certification til everything got sorted out.

It would also have been possible for the state board of canvassers to certify even over Wayne County’s lack of certification. Their resistance, however, has made it much more likely that the Republican canvassers at the state level will refuse to certify, and that the GOP-controlled legislature will approve Biden electors.

Contracts that are impossible to fulfill are not legally binding.
The agreement included a full audit. Then that audit was refused. This was part of the agreement and now it is not, therefore the 2 rescinders had entered into a contract that was false and not biding because it is impossible to fulfill because there is no audit.

There is an undercover video from Project Veritas (& citizen journalists) a couple of years old, in which it seems that hardcore, violent antifa from Europe, mostly Germany, if I remember correctly are being funded to come here and train their US counterparts. These people are much more militant and violent than your standard soyboy college wimp.
They have been training people for at least a couple of years now & there may have been more imported.
The other factor is the fact that they only operate in democrat controlled cities, where the DA is a Soros plant. After getting arrested a couple of times and being released with no charges or fine, they get more and more emboldened. They also get more radicallized. The violence is only going to escalate until these fascists that call themselves antifascists start seeing some legal ramifications penalizing them for their criminality.

I am heartened that others are studying our enemies and realizing they are not the pathetic wimps that they are too often shown as being.
I am not by any stretch indicating any “respect” for them as they are as a group cowards, marxists, anarchists and bigots. The reality, however, is that with training and equipment that their billions of dollars can now easily buy, they will be an increasingly dangerous, and if nothing else, a chilling threat to the exercise of normal freedoms by law-abiding Americans.
The increasing threat they pose is being steadily increased as they are allowed to operate in dimocrat-run cities largely unrestrained, and in some cases even aided and abetted by government, including politicized law enforcement. The recent violence against participants in the pro-Trump rally in DC last week is a good example of the apparent complicity of DC authorities.
This is just dealing with reality. These people are a serious threat.
A great many Americans, and too many “patriots” appear to avoid reality or mistake fantasy of their own or others’ making for it.
