Dr Ronny Jackson was on Varney this morning talking about the rapid tests. They have around a 93% effective rate at picking up positive cases. When asked if that was good or bad, he said it’s pretty darn good. He did not mention if there were false positives but he did say the swab tests can pick up positive results from remnants in the nasal cavity from a dead covid virus. That would mean false positive results and possibly longer quarantine time than necessary. I personally don’t trust these tests when there are no symptoms.
When’s the last time anyone here got “tested” for the flu? I never have.I caught it or I didn’t. Why would I want to get tested for the Red Lizard Pox unless I want to be put into a database for use by nefarious characters.
Back in the day, anyone remember blood tests before marriage? Annual or every three year tests TB in medical personnel?
That’s how I knew my husband-to-be loved me. He fainted at the blood test and, when we ended up delaying the wedding, he went back anyway for a second one.

Mr. E-man, some of the demodopes are being stopped. The two most recent cases that come to mind are the governors of Pennsylvania and Michigan, who had their asses handed to them in a court of law. There have been more that have been shut down.
As for that asshat governor of California, there’s a recall petition drive going on right now that will hopefully force him out of office. The damage that he and many of the demodope mayors in that state have done to their economy is massive. You can NEVER make up for the lost revenue. Budgets are already being cut and employees are being furloughed. They have gone too far. Of course, dimwitted Pelosi wants to bail them out, but the republicans in the Senate are opposed to that as it should be.
President Trump shut down the ‘negotiations’ for the Relief Bill for just that reason.
Mr. T, yes the courts squashed them…but they have not stopped. Both Wolfe and Whitmer have said they still intend to enforce their edicts. Whitmer just said as such yesterday.

I tell people to not only take these supplements all of the time (especially if they work in with the public or a place they can be exposed), but have a stockpile so that you can take larger doses if one actually gets sick, like megadoses of Vitamin C.
