Thoughts on Durham, Barr, Jensen and DOJ Production to Sidney Powell From Time Outside the Wire…

The document production by USAO Jeff Jensen to Michael Flynn attorney, Sidney Powell, provides an opportunity for me to share a detached research opinion from my ongoing time outside the wire in the center of the swamp.

No matter what open source information is collected; and no matter what evidence congress can assemble; the toxic political environment in DC is the primary driver of DOJ investigative events.  It shouldn’t be, but the reality of action reflects an uncomfortable truth. Here’s my opinion on what is happening.

Attorney General Bill Barr is trying to split the baby against two competing narratives.

♦ On one hand there is enough evidence to indict former officials for gross abuses of power, falsifying information to a FISA court (violating fourth amendment protections); manipulating investigative effort for political purposes; weaponizing the intelligence apparatus of the U.S. to target political opposition, and then using their positions to cover-up their corrupt and unlawful conduct.

♦ On the other hand there is a current highly toxic political environment; consisting of elected politicians and a fully vested branch of government; attempting to cloud the reality that corrupt former government officials worked hand-in-glove with deceitful media, which includes agents of Lawfare, who collaborated in the effort.

This leads to current DC officials and people within those remaining institutions saying: “there are delicate balances.”

In my opinion, in an effort to thread this needle -and considering the timing of the 2020 election- Bill Barr is using the document production from Missouri USAO Jeff Jensen as a backdoor method to provide the information he will not/cannot put forth in a press conference, report or series of indictments. This is why Jensen is providing new information to Michael Flynn’s defense attorney Sidney Powell.

The U.S. Attorney General knows Powell will make this information public; therefore Powell becomes a conduit to receive significant amounts of evidence previously hidden by the Special Counsel (Weissmann/Mueller) cover-up operation; the “insurance policy” of sorts. Barr is essentially funneling information through Powell in lieu of a report which would include much of the same evidence.

This is just how all indications align.  Occam’s razor.

Much of the released information has no direct bearing on Flynn *IF* there was going to be an alternate use of the evidence.

Bill Barr is splitting the baby.

Sullivan find him guilty. Sydney appeals.
The Appellate court gets the case.
And the fiasco starts all over again. They’ll know by that time if Trump has won or not. Win and they’ll string it out another 4 years before letting it appeal to SCOTUS.

If Trump loses, they’ll deny the appeal and throw the book at Flynn.

I sure would read it. I’d stay up all night reading it. I want a denouement. For believe me, a denouement is coming. Right now they’re beginning to open some of the valves to release steam from the boilers, to keep them from blowing. And that’s going to continue and get louder, probably by the day — the biggest October surprise in history is coming. (If nothing else, non-FBI US intel has been monitoring Antifa phone connections with media and the Dem bigshots, and that is going to be revealed soon, too. They’ve purposely excluded the worthless FBI from this endeavor. Good!)

Opening the valves is a sign the denouement is unavoidable. They did that with the Titanic, you know, to keep her boilers from exploding from all the cold water coming in. Survivors commented on the tremendous roar it produced. “A thousand steam engines crashing together,” some said. We’re hearing that roar ourselves now, my friends, its beginning, and it is going to get a lot louder.

I agree that he’s trying to have it both ways possibly trying to release info before the election. The investigation sounds enormous and impossible to explain to people not watching all along, especially before the election without looking partisan. If this can ever be achieved.

But, why keep investigating without any intention of prosecuting? There’s a never ending parade of who’s who, probably half of DC. Where to cut this off? He’s still got Wray hanging around his neck. Worse, he’s letting Flynn dangle during Barr’s excruciatingly slow limited hangout.

      • “But, why keep investigating without any intention of prosecuting?”

I disagree about no intention. He wants convictions that will not be overturned. Hence the slow pace. There is a reason that Bruce Ohr and Pientka are still in the USG. They have flipped or are telling Durham where the bodies are bured. Nellie Ohr had to be one of the FBI special contractors so she has insight on that. They are coming but it will be after the election. That is the bright shining object we must keep our focus on.

Also I believe he now has a team in place he can trust excluding Wray. That issue will be dealt with after the election. Getting that team together takes time. Things are starting to break.

Eyes on the prize which is the election. Eyes on the prize. Remember COLD ANGER.

as sonetimes… often…you realize the line doesn’t even exist… that’s the beauty of throwing everything you’ve got intonhard work. one minute you begin and then the next, wow, that’s done..and now on to the next. if you’ve got great leadership SKILLS you can CHAMPION people to move mountains.

if you obey God and seek a righteous purpose…these things are in fact much easier to accomplish.

Makes sense. I suggested similar about 6 months ago before Sullivan realized what was happening and attempted to shut it down. Sullivan’s actions lend credence to the idea that Barr was using Sullivan to get these legal issues into the public record. Ditto the revelations and “back and forth” with the FISC. As I’ve pointed out previously (Apr/May, I would have to look), having the FISC stamp the FISA’s as illegal removes the political component because they’re the court and a separate branch of government.

Notice how really nobody has defended those FISA’s?

The problem Sullivan has remains unchanged. He either has to dismiss with prejudice which gives legal imprimatur to the newly disclosed evidence, or, he continues to drag this out which allows DOJ to continue to pump buckets of evidence into the court.

Sullivan hopes to drag this out until the election. It’s the coup plotters’ only hope. But Sullivan has made himself a party to the coup, and to the Flynn case, which puts him in legal jeopardy as well. If he dismisses, it serves the interests of justice. If he keeps dragging things out, it serves the interests of getting the truth out. Both are bad news for the deep staters.

It occurs to me (and probably to Sullivan as well) that a lot of these issues go away if Sullivan were to die. Things don’t get dragged out, no more release of info. The case will be dismissed, but it won’t be big news. The big news would be the assassination of the Sullivan.

How trusting is Sullivan of those “superiors” on his “team?” How much more use does he have for them? When do they come to collect on their contract?

Sullivan is in legal peril, but I doubt physical peril. There are other players in this little drama who would make much better targets for the coup plotters to “silence” before they can squeal.

Sullivan is trapped. If he dismisses the case, Trump doesn’t have to pardon, the dismissal is an acknowledgement by the court of the legal facts behind the dismissal. It essentially gives the court’s stamp of approval. If he drags it out, it looks more and more like he’s taking orders, but it also gives Barr/Durham/Jensen even more time to release evidence through the court that if they released publicly would look political.

His best move was to dismiss it back in May before things got out of hand. Now, not only does he have mounting evidence to deal with, he has opened himself up to scrutiny by Federal Prosecutors who could easily decide to launch a criminal probe into whether Sullivan is behaving this way due to nefarious reasons.

The natural next-step in looking at Sullivan’s bizarre behavior is to investigate who he is talking to outside of the courtroom, if he is acting at the behest of parties interested in maintaining the persecution of Gen. Flynn, and if he could be not just removed as the presiding judge, but impeached entirely for misconduct.

Corrupt judges are not a new concept, and conspiring with hostile actors to frame and persecute a defendant by depriving Flynn of his Constitutional rights, would certainly put Sullivan in legal jeopardy.

    Brilliant analysis, Sundance.

Paraphrasing, Barr is using Powell as the conduit for much of this evidence as an indirect way to introduce it into the public sphere. This avoids much (not all) of the chaff and distraction of media and DemoCommies screaming impeachment-level epithets at Barr and discrediting the evidence because of the media’s false allegations of the AG’s “biased interpretation”.

SD is very astute to notice that –

Much of the released information has no direct bearing on Flynn *IF* there was going to be an alternate use of the evidence.

But the information gets out anyway, and the astute and honest observers snatch it up and translate accurately for the masses….

There has been a lot of damaging information about Weissmann making the rounds recently. The information is not from Durham’s crowd, so I suspect Weissmann and his attorneys are selectively leaking information as a heads up for his co-conspirators. That suggests alternative uses may have occurred already. I may be hoping here, but it sure looks like Weissmann is looking at multiple counts of obstruction of justice, fraud and conspiracy.

Quick comment before reading the article.

It’s interesting how much information is being fed to Flynn. It’s almost as if this is kept going so as to use the proceedings as a way to release information showing how bad things are, without appearing political.

Why the drip, drip, drip? One would think after the DOJ moved to dismiss…or even before, they would have turned over every rock and lumpy bureaucrat to find any exculpatory evidence they could.

One also wonders why this information is being found so long after Flynn was initially targeted and charged. As if nobody in the DOJ gave a damn about looking for exculpatory evidence in the past 3 years.

Question – how can you “save” what is dead (institutions)? B2 is not Jesus. The institutions involved in some of the most despicable, treasonous acts in American history are dead to American citizens on the left, right and center. The left riots and destroys with impunity wherever they choose. They treat institutions and non-left fellow citizens with complete disdain The right reacts by being good little boys and girls, shocked by what they see, while heading to the local gun shops to add to their stock just in case. The center just says, “business as usual, what’s for dinner?” When they are not asking where their face diapers are before daring to go out in public, and if the feds are going to send them another stimulus check.

We have seen an inspirational POTUS assassinated by the DS in the aftermath of a showdown with Russia. We have seen a third world shizhole take hostages of our diplomats for over a year while a feckless peanut farmer playacted as POTUS. We have seen another inspirational POTUS nearly be assassinated. We have seen a POTUS and a blue dress of a young intern drama while the same grifter was selling us out to countries that hate us. We have see the RINO pretenders of the Bushes, the later of which could not keep doofus Islamists from commanding control of passenger jets after receiving flight training in our own country. Then came the clown creation who gave away national treasure like skittles while weaponizing government for communists and Islamists.

So I ask again, how can you save the dead institutions that not only allowed that to occur; they participated in it all. Which begs the question, why would you want to save them? Start over if you want We the People to trust leadership. If there is no real justice administered with the coup attempt along with a serious rebuild, we are in the “fall” stage of the empire.

The word fully is perhaps operative here. We know that there is a civil war within every branch of the Federal government. The deep state vs honest players. So what branch if government is fully vested in hiding Clinton Obama crimes and booting President Trump?

        The FBI? ( Pretty close)
        The Judiciary? ( Pretty close)
The DOJ? Perhaps the civil war here is a bit more balanced, perhaps!

Of course the “resistance” operates in all the other Federal departments and agencies, and the media and state governments as well.

It is incredibly difficult to operate any organization, even if you have the title and position to be in charge, when sabatoged and backstabbing follow every order.

Barr cannot prevent congresscritter criminality from being ‘exposed’ if he indicts any of the perps.
The ‘perp defense’ is to reveal all classified material, all ‘sources and methods’, all congressional bribes/coup/corruption/sedition. This is always a problem for prosecution of ‘spies’ in the ‘agencies’.
An example already exposed by Sundance is the Wolfe defense after texting the Page-Trump FISA Warrant to his honeypot. Wolfe’s lawyers notified all the crooked senatecritters they would be witnesses. The Awans are another example. Prosecuting them would reveal all the Dem congresscritter corruption and criminality. So, the DOJ generally elects secrecy over cleaning out the corruption.

PDJT should do the country a favor, and release all the evidence of Agency, Congressional and Judicial corruption.

I’m starting to wonder if the plan was to spread the resistance assets thin by expanding Barr/ Durham/ Jensen/ Other attacks, OR, if there are feints being made on targets. Either one will ultimately result in some targets getting spooked.

Child predators are easy to despise because their crimes are easy to understand. And the crimes aren’t political. I’m wondering if we’ll see a few more of the US Marshal press releases in the coming days, but with familiar names involved. Durham can follow up later.

Barr is splitting the baby yes, but only because he has to.

Barr has no intention of ever bringing suit against these miscreants. Almost everything Barr is providing Powell could be part of indictments against various coup participants.

That ain’t ever going to happen because it would make the DOJ/FBI/Special Counsel look bad. And we will never see the elected miscreants charged with their crimes either. Maybe Brennan and friends, but it looks like even that is being leaked, not indicted.

Barr’s balancing act is to stop the miscarriage of justice while also trying to make it disappear. So he flashed Powell some evidence to hint that there was more, but tried to make things go away on the flimsiest of possible causes. Drop the case, or more evidence comes out.

But ringleader Obama, and his Lawfare army have no desire to let the case be dropped. And they know Barr will never charge them for any of their malfeasance. So they push for extreme abuses of our legal system.

And in return, Barr is forced to piss out more information onto Powell to be used to free Flynn.

If Sullivan had acquiesced, none of this would ever have seen the light of day. As it is, Flynn’s case is the only court it will ever be shown.

Barr should have started filing indictments against these miscreants the same day he filed to have the Flynn case dropped. But by protecting these crooks, he only eggs them on to worse behaviors. And Barr will go down in history as a coward who couldn’t stand up against the horrible corruption in the DOJ.

        there are three reasons

        in order

        a. there is a political dimension… trump NEEDS certain corruptors within the uniparty to work on hos goals…in return…he suspends releasing damning material. its unfortunate…but this is the reality in DC.

        b. POTUS cannot RISK another round of impeachment…releasing such material which directly points to many uniparty psuedo GOP members would effectively cause them to vote favorable for impeachment. remember last time? they defended him because they were being insulated..doing a super dump would roll that back…

        c. timing. the best weapon is the one that is never used but would have devastating effects. its the mere threat that conditions behaviors. trump has such a weapon…and everyone knows this. IF these people do not play ball and begin to act against this president, HE WILL use that weapon. it seems irrational but POTUS has been dealing with corrupt back stabbers his entire professional career. he is an emigma. and he has the power to be a true wrecking ball for these corruptors. he holds these weapons openly… clutching them like an eagle with arrows in one set of talons…and laurels in the other… figuratively AND literally!

The rule of law must be fully enforced without regard to politics. Preserving a two tier system of justice serves only to hasten the demise of our constitutional republic.

That is a very sensitive matter as the public, including those peaceful protestors, the citizens, the public servants and all will need to come away knowing that they can began to regain some trust in the DOJ and FBI, and the rest of government at the federal, state and local levels again. How they get led through that without being distracted or further lied to by the media will require some care.

I see it differently, but only by a shift from spitting the baby to sneaking the baby out in a basket of pumpkins. Yes, Barr sees the swamp, but my strong belief is that Barr has been pushed over the top, past disgust to absolute disgust, to Nemesis. Barr is not backing away from truly fixing this properly, now sweeping it under the rug.

The issue is the political taint of trying to use justice to deal with crime committed for political goals, goals that intend on destroying the foundation of the Republic. The war is the war of Socialism vs our Republic and its granite foundation of freedom.

How to do it without self destructing the Republic, yet to defeat the criminal cabal and its oligarch corruption and religion of Socialism / Communism?

Answer seems to be to put the material in the hands of the public without doing so officially, sneak it out the side door. In other words, Flynn, Sydney. That much Sundance is observing and highlighting as strategic moves by Barr.

Yet, this poison needs to be used against the coup, the DNC. The DNC has to be destroyed at this point, oligarchs need to be dealt with, foreign enemies using agents in our country. But destroying the DNC is the key problem as it leaves us with only one unopposed party. The rest can be done, no issue.

Trump has alluded to this problem with destroying the DNC, he must have something figured out.

Socialism is what has to be destroyed, not opposing views. No idea how this will be done.

I’ve been very discouraged by Slomo Durham, Wray’s denial of any Antifa national organization, and Portland FBI absolving Antifa of any arson while the fires were still being set. Then this news pops up that DHS has been handling the investigation of Antifa funding all along, outside the FBI. And from Lefties at the Nation sounding the alarm to their comrades.

So maybe the DOJ/FBI fecklessness has been in part a cover, a reassuring distraction to the Swamp. In truth, stopping the theft of this election through voter fraud, preventing the “complete transformation of our society,” disabling the Big Lie Media’s influence over half our population, and rooting out the current resistance at FBI, State, and elsewhere, while exposing the money paying for all those riot supplies, are more important than closing the book on the Comey-McCabe era, although justice there needs to be done. AG Barr has to win in the court of public opinion before Durham has a chance in the district courts in the District of Columbia.

SD, if what you are suggesting is right about how Barr is using Jensen, Barr has found the more appropriate venue. Barr is dealing with crimes against Flynn, crimes against the President of the United States, crimes against the people of the United States at large.

As a non-attorney, it seems that if a prosecutor has a case of overwhelming importance and has the evidence to present to a jury, first he needs the jury to agree that a crime was committed, that serious and ongoing harm is taking place. On an even more basic level, the greater number of victims — the American people — must understand that crimes have been committed against them.

What good would it do if Durham walked into court, put on a great airtight RICO case and lost because the jury could not be convinced that harm had been done?
