Everything the Media Claimed About Breonna Taylor’s Death Was a Lie – Truth Surfaces – No Police Charged in Her Death…

The media claimed Breonna Taylor was shot during a “no knock” warrant – False.
The media claimed Breonna Taylor was shot in her bed – False.
The media claimed Breonna Taylor was murdered – False.

Everything the media and lawyer Ben Crump claimed about the death of Breonna Taylor and the circumstances around her death was based on lies. The officials in Kentucky allowed a mountain of lies to grow until the evidence was finally presented to a grand jury and the Kentucky Attorney General was forced to admit the truth.

According to evidence revealed at a press conference by AG Daniel Cameron, the police executed a search warrant by knocking on the door. Breonna Taylor and her boyfriend Kenneth Walker refused to answer the door after the police identified themselves. The police broke down the door. Kenneth Walker was armed and shot first at police. The police returned fire and that’s how Breonna Taylor was shot and killed.  WATCH:

.

No police officers were charged with the death of Breonna Taylor because they were responding to being fired upon. It appears Mr. Walker used his girlfriend as a shield. One officer, Brett Hankison, who did not shoot any person, was charged with “wonton endangerment” for haphazardly firing 10 shots that entered the adjacent apartment unit.

Breonna Taylor’s killing set off months of protests in Louisville and other cities and drew national attention.  Celebrities and civil-rights activists demanding justice and urged Kentucky AG Cameron to bring charges against the officers involved.

Last week, the city of Louisville said it would pay $12 million to Ms. Taylor’s estate as part of a legal settlement with her family. The agreement also required the city to implement policy changes, including a mandate for police commanders to approve all search warrants.  Today the shooting was ruled justified as the police were responding to being fired upon by Ms. Taylor’s boyfriend Kenneth Walker.

Officials in Kentucky allows months of false claims to be made surrounding the shooting without correcting the media reporting.

As with the Trayvon Martin case…. and as with the Michael Brown case….. and as with the Freddie Gray case…. everything pushed by the media about the Breonna Taylor case was based on lies.  The media will now refuse to admit the truth and will now spin the narrative to claim they never reported incorrectly.  Absolutely ridiculous.

The grand jury should have found al officers innocent of all charges. The boyfriend fired shots at police, who returned fire. How the hell a grand jury could find officers guilty of anything is beyond me. The grand jury must have been swayed by a crokked prosecutor. How the city of Louisville gave the woman’s family one cent is beyond me. The boy friend caused the death of Breonia Taylor and he should be charged with attempted murder on police and murder of Breonia Taylor.

The Louisville PD has been run by liberal police chiefs for the past 20 yrs. The police dept. is very political and the Mayor runs the police dept.

Did he fire on, purpose or was it because he was under fire from boyfriend and firing at what he thought was the correct apt. The fog of war can be disorienting. Why would he fire in an apt. he knew was not he apt. the shooter was in? He was a Sgt. Not a rookie. He was probably the supervisor on scene.

Don’t know about now, but 25 yrs. ago when I was familiar with Louisville PD, they were well trained and some of the best police officers in the State of Ky. That was before the dems. took over.

The cop charged had gone around the back of apartment and fired thru the glass sliding door and a window. 10 shots and he didn’t hit anyone which leads me to believe he fired blindly when the shooting started at the front door. He’s lucky he didn’t hit one of the other cops or an innocent neighbor,

The cop that fired the kill shot emptied his mag…16 shots & the cop that got hit fired 6 shots. Breonna was hit by 6 bullets out of 22 and the boyfriend didn’t break a finger nail

Seems that Ben Crump and similar race baiters and race hustlers in this country have been and continue to be one of the main problems that must be dealt with firmly. Also along with the race hustlers, the lying leftwing media deliberately pour verbal gasoline onto flaring emotions before any truth reaches daylight.
No problems will be resolved unless these two sources of deliberate discord and anarchy are legally but firmly put down.

in fairness I’ve not followed this case at all so maybe there was a court case…i dunno…

in general cities often settle to avoid having to expose what actually happened.

and then there is a political dimension …many of these cities don’t care about facts or rule of law… accountability is the last thing they want or desire…so settling is a way to foist “doing the right thing”.

as you would expect… it’s very frustrating to tax payers knowing THEIR money is used in such a way and so carelessly. infuriating to most.

I watched that interminally long NBC coverage a while ago. I was impressed with the PD response! The ‘protesters’ had pretty much filled up the streets. When the cops showed up, they immediately formed a hollow square with backup inside. All had batons. A few protesters made a run at them, and were on the pavement face down before before they knew what hit them. The others immediately raised their hands and started backing off. The first ones were zip-tied and placed behind the line out of harm’s way. The cops then formed a line across the street and started forward. and you (and the protesters) knew they were dead serious. A few of the usuals taunted them while making sure they got good selfies, but stayed well out of reach! the cops cleared about three blocks of the street, then held fast. They opened the line to allow a couple of paddy wagons in, then immediately closed right back up. Saw no more action in the next hour. For once, it WAS a peaceful protest!

It WAS a long investigation with little fact available, but it had to be kept under wraps until handed off. For the prosecutor to put out a statement would be seen as gross interference, and the media would have a field day.

I believe the DA said that Breanna was shot 5 times (one deemed fatal) by police. Her companion, Walker, reportedly shot first and only once, striking an officer in the leg. It would seem plausible that Walker, drawing justifiable return fire from the cops, used Breanna as a shield, explaining why he suffered no wounds himself. Why does Walker face no criminal responsibility for her death?

      Liked by 1 person

      • Dutchman says:

Pretty sure shooting a police officer, even in the leg, is a felony murder.

Felony murder statute says if you commit a felony, and somebody dies as a direct result, you can be charged with murder.

Classic example, a bank robber uses a toy gun, but patron dies of a heart attack, and their are others.

Bottom line, he gets a walk because to charge him with felony murder would have triggered riots.

Thanks Dutchman for your clarification. Makes sense. All agree that those responsible for Breanna’s death should be held accountable. Justice is served then by charging Walker with felony murder as you described. Rioters, who are beyond reason, are going to riot, either way.

The house she was in with this guy was the drop house, she lived elsewhere with someone else so was using the drop house to get it on with this guy – who the gang blamed for getting her shot because he fired and then dunked out of the way leaving here standing there to take incoming.

Hope the authorities are up for it.

The Durham team was supposed to drop something this week. According to twitter. The airwaves are now going to be cluttered once more by BLM and riots. In Louisville, Kentucky no less. Kentucky, the home state of Senator McConnel who is currently being threatened and harassed by thugs.

During the entire week the country will be mourning Justice Ginsburg. I am saddened at her passing for sure. She fought a long battle with her disease.

The Burisma report can now be totally quashed. Any results from Durham the same thing.

Where we MAY have a difference of opinion, while I figured out, FAIRLY early on that Barr is a McConnell stooge, and so Durham has to be a head fake, I DO think its possible, after the election that PDJT MAY take over DOJ, and clean out the stables.

Due to recent events, I also think its possible PDJT may have finally nuetered McConnell, (we’ll see what happens) and finally I am not one who believes “Unless the coup small group are indicted, our country is finished!”

We have had a two tiered injustice system since long before,PDJT came down the escalator.
Fixing THAT is the priority, driving those BEHIND the coup, permanently from the “Halls of Power”, THAT is a priority.

If its a choice between seeing both those happen, OR seeing perp walks, I’ll regrettably settle for “Best two outa three”, but wouldn’t MIND all three.

But, if getting the one, means sacrificing the other two, then its no question, the two are FAR more important.

I heard that on Rush today. I could not believe it, I never heard ANY of that before. It is shameful what is being allowed by the anarchists inside and outside of all government agencies around this country. I have one question, were they serving the warrant to the correct person? One of the things I heard over and over was it was the wrong address or am I confusing that?

    • PaulCohen says:

re: “wrong” address…. I think that is more Crump/MSM b.s. From what i’ve read there were FIVE warrants, different locations to be raided simultaneously. The KNOWN drug dealer had been receiving packages at her address and had spent time there in the recent weeks. SHE had repeatedly rented cars from her address over YEARS which had been used in drug related criminal activity (including the one in which a dead body had been found).

So yeah, there was plenty of probable cause for the warrant for her address, but it is a huge problem to know how to try to deal with violent criminals, drug dealers etc. since ofc any of these raids (whether or not with “knocks”) can turn into violent scenes at any second. Same goes with armed people who are suicidal and/or in a mental health crisis, etc.

I’m not trying to say exactly what should or should not have been done about this particular address at that particular time, but from what I’ve read police investigators did not confuse the address or anything like that. That exact address had been under legal surveillance for some time due to activities of her and her parmours.

Where is the legal right for the mayor to make such a pay-out prior to the finding by the Grand Jury?
Does this set a precedent for anyone else in Louisville who is accidentally killed in the city limits?

I can only imagine how this negatively impacts the city’s liability insurance and if they are self-insured; well good luck with finding a consulting firm willing to take on this challenge.

I realize the hell I am likely to catch in a forum like this… and even though everyone will skip it I will offer the usual caveats that I don’t find a lot of sympathy with breonna and her boy toy, drug dealers, rioters, etc. Thats not what the following is about.

But being more Libertarian, I cannot help but call out the war on drugs itself. In the interest of “doing something about it” – we have handed over vast powers and authority to cops over many decades now. Power that they now wield on US who have no relation to drugs or illicit acts. Power over property rights that they should not have.

I simply hope we remember this when they start no-knock raiding our own homes for being conservative or owning guns or making comments on websites – or having the audacity to open our business when they told us we cannot. WE GAVE THEM THIS POWER.

Listen to Cameron starting at about 8:40 in the video above. The officers were instructed by their commander to knock and announce themselves before entering. Cameron then states at about 9:27 in the video that the police knocked and announced themselves but no one answered them or opened the door. Cameron also notes that there are witnesses to that fact who are close to that apartment..

Those are the facts as determined after a long period of interviews, inspection, and analysis; anything else is useless hearsay and conjecture.

This was not a no knock raid. They were searching the house because packages suspected of being drugs were routinely delivered there.

In general, I understand where you are coming from with concern over no knock raids. I do think there are very limited situations that justify no knock raids, like a terrorist cell, drug cartels, gangs. Could be others, but those instances a no knock raid probably saves lives.

None of this applies to this case though. I agree it’s a conversation worth having, not emotionally, but rationally.

I myself was almost the victim of a no knock SWAT raid😳 Not just me, but my husband, two teens and newborn baby, they had us surrounded, we were asleep and unaware. We had just moved into a rental house, we were not the subjects, the previous renters were. Luckily the lady next door’s dog insisted on going out, she interjected despite police trying to shoo her away. One of them listened, ran our tag numbers and realized they’d made a mistake. We found out about it several hours later over coffee🤣 So yes, I’m well aware mistakes happen and I shudder to think what might have happened if that little dog didn’t insist on a potty walk.

From not seeing or caring about their kids and how they’re raised to fake screeching about their “babies” for a payout. Utterly despicable

The question to ask is why, why are these fake propaganda outfits posing as media and scumbag government officials allowed to say anything they want before any evidence is brought to the forefront?

How is it that rendering a verdict and putting it out to the public before any facts come out, before an investigation is held and before a trial is legal? Again, how is that legal?

Our system should never tolerate this. The enemy of the people “media” and every official involved in these phony narratives should be brought up on charges

Even if what someone says before the facts are known in a case is true, they still shouldn’t be allowed to be the judge and jury in the public square

This kind of outrageous irresponsibility and political agenda pushing is just another example of our “no consequences for leftists” life in this country

Before the facts and or false narratives are…

Morally wrong? Yep, but no consequences
    Illegal? Yep, but no consequences
Causing civil unrest, rioting, destruction of homes and businesses? Yep, but no consequences
Dangerous, in which innocent people get hurt and killed? Yep, but no consequences

No government involvement. No one is called out for anything

They do whatever they want. Absolutely no consequences
