Ric Grenell is just the guy to clean up that Blue Blood, nest of vipers, that has dominated the State Department for decades. Many of the the greatest problems we are seeing in the intelligence agencies started in the State Department.

One reason that America is both revered and reviled abroad is that the State Department runs its own show; their policies and actions do not always reflect the Constitution and rule of law, especially when either/both stand in the way of greed and and exercise of power. The President and Congress can say one thing, and the State Department does what it damn-well pleases, without consequence. It needs to be tented and fumigated.

I did not find Ric’s words reassuring in any way that would lead me to believe that leakers and liars and coup plotters would see the inside of a cell. His description of intel people saying saying to known leakers ‘hey guys, cut it out’ was ridiculous. If it’s punishable by jail time, then we need to see it happen!
Agree. He’s taking the line here that “there were good people on that side,” but there aren’t.

I myself find it heartbreaking but so absolutely refreshing to look and listen to anything Rick Grenell has to say about how STUPID the U.S. “Intelligence” system has become. Why anyone would make an issue of what the essence of his sexuality is really bothers me. A LOT.

Re stupidity of our intel services: one only need look at the onslaught of islamic terror going back to the beginning of the Clinton Administration (just to make for a logical demarcation point) – OSB declared war on the US; OSB attacked the World Trade Center the first time; the twin embassy bombings in Africa and one could go on for hours on the attacks in the US and Europe including the Ft. Hood shooting. And, of course, 9-11. In almost all of these attacks, the US intel agencies had good information (see Boston Bombers and the Ft. Hood shootings just as a couple of good examples) – and, we had good info on 9-11, too. Key point is that US intel thwarted none of these attacks. Why? Part of the answer is the idiotic diversity doctrine and bringing incompetent people into the services. The negligence and incompetence of leadership see Comey Brennan Clapper Mueller and others; add in the corruption we all know about in the Senate, for one example, and it all adds up to one giant mess that is an existential threat to our nation.
Along with a few House Republicans a true hero.

Why did Barr-zini allow Ex Obama Administration people , Former Intelligence heads, and Current Democrats go on TV for months and insinuate there was Russian collusion. When behind closed doors based on their testimony it was the complete opposite.

I don’t recall anyone during the Obama years from the republican congress leaking intel to the MSM and then using the news report to formulate false evidence to unseat Obama or Biden.
