It’s 5:00pm…

I am very well aware of events today.

Discretion is the better part of valor.

WASHINGTON – A Former FBI attorney will plead guilty to making false statements in documents used to obtain a surveillance warrant against former Trump aide Carter Page, his lawyer told the Associated Press Friday.

The guilty plea from Kevin Clinesmith is the first legal action taken in an investigation led by John Durham, a U.S. attorney looking into the origins of the Trump-Russia probe and other intelligence-gathering activities related to the Trump campaign.

Clinesmith’s lawyer, Justin Shur, told the Associated Press that his client will plead guilty to a single false statements charge as part of a cooperation agreement with the government.  (more)

Skied Jackson Hole in December and rented a condo at Snow King.
Jackson Hole has a neat layout, looking at mountain the easy slopes are on the right, expert on the left, intermediate in the middle. The slopes in picture ( right side ) are not beginner slopes.
I do not think that is Jackson Hole.
Snow King has some of the steepest slopes I have ever seen.
I do not think that is Snow King.

I do believe that Clinesmith being indicted and pleading guilty is the official beginning of the BIG UGLY!

Yes, it is a slow start, but all avalanches start off with a little bit of snow slipping in the beginning.

I am going to do the triple back flip that I said I would do, once the BIG UGLY starts. Please excuse me while I go outside to do a few flips.

I’m going to repost this because I’m in agreement with you:

Barr interviewed by Hannity yesterday: And I’ve said there are going to be developments, significant developments, before the election. But we’re not doing this on the election schedule. We’re aware of the election, we’re not going to do anything inappropriate before the election, but we’re not being dictated to by the schedule, what’s dictating the timing of this are developments in the case. And there will be developments.
Tomorrow there will be a development in the case. Now it’s not an earth-shattering development but it is an indication that things are moving along at the proper pace as dictated by the facts in this investigation.

He told us something would happen today and it wouldn’t be earth-shattering. He delivered. He said there’s more come, “significant developments”, before the election. 🙂

An indictment alone was easy and would have been a very bad sign; first trial would have been scheduled after election, subsequent indictments more difficult.
The ‘plea bargain’ is the absolutely necessary first stepping stone to reach the Conspiracy coordinators and masterminds. Durham needs to have gotten good dirt on who directed and assisted him; announcing this makes me hope they have already developed the next steps. The news might shake others to seek forgiveness…

Since found out via other thread that “indictment” involves a grand jury and “criminal information” does not.

But it’s still a criminal charge and the guy plead guilty already.

In practical terms, there is no difference between an indictment and an information, once the document has been filed with the court. The main difference between the two is simply that an information does not require a grand jury proceeding and an indictment does, but there can be some advantages for a defendant to plead guilty to an information instead of an indictment.

          You’re basically correct.

Reportedly it was a plea per an “information”.

“The difference between an “information” and an “indictment” is that an indictment is presented by a Grand Jury, whereas an information is presented by an U.S. Attorney.”
In an “information” the defendant also waives his right to trial by jury.

An information also saves time & money for both the defendant & prosecutors.

In my simple, layman’s view of the world, his world is now FUBAR and that brings joy.

What I think that I am seeing are early negotiations between said dirtbag’s lawyers and DOJ prosecutors, which will ultimately result in the young dirtbag ratting on the dirtbags above him.

I’m very disappointed. It was a gut punch.
My beliefs line up almost perfectly. I want to be a part of a male group of patriots.
    I haven’t been given a reason.

Someone once posted here what a woman said about Trump on another blog (paraphrased here):

‘Yes, he’s salty and crusty. He’s got that “grab em by the” you know what out there. He’s brash and arrogant at times. Shoots from the lip without thinking at times. But he’s the only one who can captain the ship America through the hell and gales, rocks, and straights, and get us through to safety.

If they guy steering the ship is taking us through the storms, gales, rocks, surf, reefs, and hurricanes, and we can see he’s doing it and knows what he’s doing, do you really give a damn if he’s salty, crusty, vulgar, and brash?’

Antifa is a real live threat to America and conservative Americans. They’re the Nazi brownshirts on American streets. They put concrete in milkshake cups and smash it into people’s faces and heads. They carry rebar (iron bars) inside the poles of their signs, and use that rebar to smash faces, arms, wrists, and ribs. They throw firebombs into police cars.

They’re NOW SHOOTING PISTOLS AND RIFLES at drivers who get caught in Antifa riots on the streets.

You may feel icky about Proud Boys but those strong men are taking it to the enemy and giving those animals exactly what they need to be getting. When no one fights back against the high school bully, that bully then bullies everybody and nobody is safe. The only reason Proud Boys members are in jail is because Obama judges are singling them out for disparate treatment, because those judges stand on the side of chaos and anarchy.

Don’t let their rough edges scare you or put you off. Those salty, crusty, fist fighting men are fighting for you and your right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. They’re warriors in the war to save America. They understand if everyone feels icky about fighting the communists who are rioting, burning cities down, and physically attacking innocent Trump supporters at Trump rallies, then no one will be fighting against the communists who are trying to destroy America.

You might consider condemning Antifa before you condemn the men fighting against the communists who are fighting to destroy your country and your way of life.

The fact I was binned in my most recent post… suggests I am on tract.
I can’t conceive of a predicate that does not go to the heart of INTENT and vested MOTIVE other than what I POSTED.
It is just that simple, and the fact that simplistically is a third rail… speaks volumes.
If the shoe was reversed, that is the RNC, was caught red handed doing what the DNC was doing, then hell would have no fury.

That fact, the outcome exposes the two two tiered Justice system that speaks to an underlining LONG IN THE MAKING.

At what point, does the clear double standards beg the question, “The inaction to call OUT the counter intervening unconstitutional actions of a very small few is because these actions were SCANTIONED.
Meaning the question, not being addressed is such, “Without a clear cut understanding, the swamp is advancing a narrative that plays into their hands. A narrative designed to under cut our Constitution.
Stop and think about that from a contrarian position.
The need exists to highlight the double standard, make it readily understandable only to pull the rug out from it.
Ask yourself one very simple question, if the deep state has been called the shots since Kennedy was assignated, what makes you think what the Nation has been subjected too over the last four years. Basically, if the swamp has a long term global agenda, what makes you think that agenda does not have as an agenda to cast into questiin the many issues.
My point is many of these unanswered questions fall into line of how the swamp, uniparty politics would go about undermining our Constitutional Strengths.
Just look where we are in this goal.
No one, can trust anything coming out the Federal government, they are all a bunch of paid for active liers.

I can most definitely go furrher when it comes to PAC’s and the politics of the Uniparty. What do really known of representives, other than simplistic boiled down rhetoric casted aside by the very folks with vested interest to go negative.

Clearly, listeni to such rhetoric someone is lying at a 401(c) level. And this is indicated of our state of political discourse.
It mifts me to no belief, no one has challenged this discourse to say, “National security wise, the second guessing of the Federal Government motives run counter to the any claim of a honest broker on the worlds stage.
Stop, I repeat stop and think about that for a moment.
Then tell me, we still be hold a moral high ground global issues
Am I making my point clear, the upside only regains the imperative if we reagain the objective of a trusted, impartial broker. Not holding my breath, so much of this duplicity undermines any creditability on the world stage.
If domestic lawyers can call into question the meaning of INTENT, how long does it take international lawyers to cite our domestic NSA governance as being fundamental flawed.

Hmmm… Very big questions are being raised here.
Maybe the NSA should pay me to controll my crayons.
F’it I don’t care no more… We as a Nation have become liers to ourselves, we hold no moral, ethical reason to say otherwise. Just how does not observation be pmay out on rhe international stage.
Understanding that context should make perfectly clear what is at stake.

Either, Anerican domestic political powers allocute, or the contrarian charge stands. A charge, if the shoe was versed, the outrage would be very visible.

I am so tired of the double standard provided forth winched by the very folks tellung ME WHAT LIBERALS stand for.
    Catch my meaning.

    • I would bet that there are some OTHER developments that will be interesting.

For example, Walid just told us this Arab/Israel deal was begun back in 2016 by Trump. He can EASILY prove that Biden and Obama were the cause of DELAY, not any sort of aid.

And on top of that I am in California and even the still very fearful residents are getting fed up with this lockdown. Little by little all over the state pushback is happening…and with the governor leaving his property in napa completely without restrictions and his kids enjoying wide open schooling, it is just too bad for the elites that they cut class when they were learning about the French revolution revolt of the peasants.

    • The DJ who was in for Mark LEvin ripped some guy who tried to pair Barr with the swamp a a new one. He laid out a compelling case of what it takes legally to undo a collaboration which includes intelligence WORLDWIDE and embassies and so many rabbit warrens of involvement that finding a way to address such a massive criminality within 10 YEARS would be amazing and as it is Barr has only been on this job a comparatively short while and he DID NOT HAVE TO DO it. There really is no up game for him.

It was Doc somebody or other and he was FURIOUS at the caller’s tirade about Barr, said that he and those like him saying this don’t have any inkling of what Barr is doing. It was actually fascinating to hear his easygoing voice go from laughing and good humored to cold fury.

Matches how I feel about Barr, especially after the round of interviews he’s made to make up for not being able to say a word during the hearings….and that is another thing, how he cracked those sly jokes at the expense of the imbeciles was glorious to behold “You really are a class act” to Nadler or “This was a hearing. I thought I was supposed to be heard”.

A bit of terminology because almost everyone mixes it up: The “Tetons” are the mountain range (western edge of Wyoming on the Idaho border), The “Grand Teton” is actually one specific mountain (the tallest there at 13,770′), although outsiders often refer incorrectly to the whole range as the “Grand Tetons” …. Teton Village is the specific location….. “Jackson” is the main town, about 7 miles from Teton Village. “Jackson Hole” is actually the name for the entire valley, encompassing several small towns and hamlets (although visitors tend to refer to everything as “Jackson Hole” interchangeably, but a “Hole” in this context is really old western trapper slang for the valley not the town(s)).

Both ranges are vast and spectacular, but the Sierras have a great many more peaks and top out at 14,505′ (Mt. Whitney). The Tetons top out at 13,770′ (Grand Teton). The Tetons are more special in my heart (due to personal experiences) but one can make a great case for both ranges as among the most fabulous places in North America…. and Planet Earth.

I would expect the investigation to accelerate through the fall. I don’t think indictments of FBI officials will fall under the category of election interference of you can’t indict people during the election…I would expect these indictments to unfold even during the election…I think they’re moving in that direction but they’re up against a wily cast of characters and it takes some time to unravel a bunch of stories.”

I wonder how many here have any comprehension, idea, or inkling of the enormity of what Sundance has accomplished in just under two weeks.

Anyone remember when some idiot someplace on the internet criticized SD as ‘some former clerk living in (redacted!)’? Well, that ‘former clerk’ spent nearly four years doing brilliant, extraordinarily deep research that produced iron clad, irrefutable, proof that every character we know not only participated in the coup, but SD proved and showed exactly what each character did.

First he showed all of us. And then, two weeks ago this guy, whom some loser on the internet once criticized as a ‘former clerk’, set out to present his irrefutable, iron clad proof of who the conspirators are and what each did, to people who might be able to use it to bring about justice. Think about that.

The guy (or gal, or people known as) Sundance decided to bring the evidence into the lions den. On his own dime and time. At his own personal risk.

He succeeded beyond all we could hope or dream for. He not only entered the lion’s den, he quelled all the guardians of the den and hand fed all the other lions his information. His proof was so iron clad, so persuasive, so irrefutable, that he got the attention and concern of the Attorney General of the United States so much so, that after years of obfuscation, double speak, and letting the conspirators get away with their crimes, the AG was forced to ask a TV news show to come on air, so he could make an ‘announcement’ to all of America.

Think how concerned, frightened perhaps, Bill Barr had to be to beg Hannity to come on air so he could make a “not so earth shattering” announcement.

And Sundance did all that without dropping Fat Man or Little Boy, which we know he’s keeping in reserve, just in case.

We stand and humbly thank and salute you, Sundance.

Those Suburbans in the photo are definitely government, as they are fleet ordered (the lack of badging on the B pillars and the front grills are not premiere, the only other times you see that are on PPV/SSV vehicles) and 2. probably someone in this audience sees that photo and recognizes it because they were there, they know what the operation was, and when it occurred (most likely not today). Whoever was there, may the Lord protect and guide you and SD, as you know how important this is for our country. While people may think government is corrupt, there are still a lot of people who took their oaths seriously and will continue to do what’s right.

Mifsud’s “hiding place” in the Marche region.

The version of Swiss lawyer Stephan Roh on the disappearance of Joseph Mifsud from the transcript of the Mifsud’s deposition delivered to John Durham:

” My friends and colleagues in Rome decided to suggest that I leave Rome immediately and find a place, they offered an out-of-the-way place where I could stay.”

The out-of-the-way is a house in a town in the Marche region of Italy, Matelica , in which the Maltese professor hid or was made to hide starting from 31 October 2017. The lawyer explained that Mifsud was in the house of a dentist friend of Vanna Fadini, director of Global education management (Gem), the management company of Link Campus University.

Fadini denied having hosted the professor and explained ” that she has no home in Matelica “, much less a dentist friend.

Locals in Metelica have reported frequent sightings of Mifsud.

Reporters discovered that the Maltese teacher was, in fact, a guest in the home of Alessandro Zampini , a surgeon specializing in odontostomatology, which is located 6 kilometers from Matelica, in Esanatoglia, a village of just 1945 in the province of Macerata, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Zampini is not, according to what has been reconstructed by the Truth , a “friend” of Vanna Fadini but her companion. The dentist lives in Rome but often returns to the small village of the Marche region, where his mother Luciana lives. Until recently, the name of Alessandro Zampini also appeared among the members of the board of directors of Link Campus

The Link University is no ordinary university, and has spy links. It has been targeted very recently by police raids…

I am going to post this in a few article comments to be sure as many people as possible see it.
Millie Weaver – Independent Correspondent – of “Millennial Millie Productions” was preparing to put out this documentary – SUPER HIGH QUALITY – and covers a myriad of things across NSA spying/contractors. John Brennen, Cambridge Analytica, and an enormous amount more. It could be an addendum to Phase 2 in a video. It could be an “icebreaker” or warm up done in a very classy way and not hard to understand. It also makes very clear our President is an honorable honest man. Aside from all the “Russian” push/pull tries they made to the campaign, they tried to Trap and Frame our President. This cannot stand!!!!

It came to my attention b/c I caught on Twitter that she was arrested yesterday at her home in front of her 3 year old She filmed most of it. They told her “secret grand jury”. I then saw the video put out by Spiros Skauras who called the police department and found out there were a few charges one of them being domestic violence.

So I am uncertain that this arrest may have been some kind of domestic situation between she and the father of her child, or this. In any case Spiros put out the documentary.

So what would prompt the DOJ to call Sundance 3 days before he said he was going to reveal the name of Mr. XXXXX?

Do we really think Barr and the boys are scared about Sundance naming a name?

Answer – Absolutely otherwise why the Guess who called tweet with a tag to Kerri Kupec?

Remember Sundance has been all over Russia Collusion, FISA and the NSA Contractor Spying angle for 4 years and was pushing hard here at the end the potential involvement of our intelligence groups to include possibly some members of Congress.

Also remember Sundance posted something to the effect “funny what you pick up at a coffee shop”

I am 100% convinced that Sundance met with someone very close to either the DOJ or this investigation who let it slip who Mr. XXXXX is.

Sundance who knows every player IMO quickly realized that this name isn’t connected to Russia Collusion at all and thus the Durham head fake tweet.

And if Sundance named this person to key conservative media people Friday, it would preempt Barr’s timeline and plan thus the delay agreement.

    So I ask again……..

What would be bigger than a coup on a sitting President?

If this is all just a sweeper operation, IMO Barr wouldn’t care about Sundance naming a name.

IMO it seems more likely that a massive Spying/Money Laundering/RICO Operation/Organization has been uncovered and being investigated.

    Breadcrumbs:
We know the Hammer Spying was real

We know the NSA Contractor Spying was real

We know a large number of unmaskings are real

We know dozens of politicians retired from office opening up the house for takeover. Why?

We know there is a huge effort to keep Flynn silent and discredited

    We know Gun Running happened

We know there is more to Benghazi than a video tape that pissed off the locals

We know many have failed to step up. Why?

We know there is billions involved in the Iran Deal

We know Ukraine is missing $6B in aid

And we know someone is funding all the protests and crap we are seeing in cities across the country.

So when you step back and look at the entire playing field there is a huge pattern of abuse for many, many years.

And when you possibly begin to connect all the above dots with Sundance’s Mr. XXXXX tweet you possibly get an investigator, investigating IMO something MUCH bigger than Russia Collusion and something that Barr just may not want out publicly yet.

So what is bigger than a coup on a sitting President?

Simple: How about a massive Spying, Money Laundering and RICO organization devised to leverage and fund the incredible evil and take down of this Republic?

As Sundance has said trillions at stake. So years of spying and gathering data to use as future leverage just may ring true as said/warned by the Hammer WB years ago.

Leverage provides power, money and concession, all critical elements to undermine this Republic and thus change the World.

So many dirty hands, so many who have sold out this Country.

    As PT said……

Barr has the opportunity to be one of the Greatest or just Average.

I guess we have to wait until Tuesday but something to chew on between now and then.

I’ve waited about as long as I can be expected to wait, tbh. SD has a very good string of reporting and of details of the depth of the swamp infestation.
        But.
The expectation of Barr to do something because of pressure from an outside-the-swamp citizen is fantasy. If Barr were going to do something he would have done it long ago and done so due to fidelity to the Constitution. Maybe the pressure is being put on someone other than Barr and maybe there are good nuggets of justice to come from the interminable waiting. But with the criminal element running free and the Clinesmith deal as a token things do not look good for liberty, apart from stern letters and statements of “commitment to justice” from the usual bullshit artists.
I am, as always, happy to be proven wrong and I will gladly admit it.

Because Barr has to carefully time his sign off for any of the (white-hat)DOJ prosecutors proposals to make public charges or plea deals, my limited understanding is that that SD has delayed the “full sunlight” treatment to Tuesday. This is because IMHO the making public of the Clinesmith plea deal by Durham is real progress.

Clinesmith committed a fraud on the FISA court by withholding the previous CIA “connection” of the man planted in the Trump campaign, Carter. Carter was planted so 702’s could be used on the people around him in the Trump Campaign, but it still needed that FISA warrant to activate access to the NSA’s database and “phone tap” the Trump campaign

Its even possible that Carter was only told what he “needed to know,” even a complete pack of lies. That’s the way the CIA works by compartmentalizing operations. But the CIA is basically supposed to conduct espionage overseas – the FBI is responsible for counter intelligence or it should be. The FBI was supposed to be in-charge of the Crossfire-Hurricane operation because it was justified as a counter to possible Russian espionage/influence ops. re: election interference.

If I have got aspects of this wrong I welcome correction by better established and experienced Treepers.

    • I know.
Must be that there is something else.
      Coming.
      Soon.
My reply to another comment above about being played and more “Tick tock”, “Cold anger”, etc. combines my frustration with both the endless delay and teasing of “something big. Soon”, and the blatant deep state criminality. And then to have the audience on pins and needles (again) with the hope of some scrap of Constitutional restoration only to be met with what appears as a token sacrifice of a seedy staffer is more fuel to the fire of cynicism. As if I needed more.
I will see what happens (you know, soon.) and continue to support SD and hope something big and appropriate happens quickly.
But hope is not a strategy.
