CDC Death Count continues to evolve! Now it’s counting DEATHS INVOLVING COVID-19! So, instead of just counting deaths from Covid-19 they are including deaths INVOLVING Covid-19? So, if someone who has terminal heart failure, kidney failure, pancreatic cancer, liver cancer but also has a positive Coronavirus test it’s counted as a Coronavirus death. The death count it way over counted! President Trump needs to get Pence out of the way and put Grenell in charge of he’ll be screwed! The CDC is his enemy!

Do you have a link? Are they making it clear that it’s COVID-involved death and not death due to COVID? Are they also keeping track of deaths due to COVID? (which i think would pretty much be limited to COVID pneumonia deaths, because it’s my understanding that’s the only fatal illness COVID causes)

What horrible sloppiness on that page!

The charts’ first data column has the header “All Deaths Involving COVID-19 (U07.1)”. The word “involving” implies that the person tested positive for COVID but COVID wasn’t necessary the cause of death.

But the footnote for that column says “COVID-19 deaths are identified using a new ICD–10 code. When COVID-19 is reported as a cause of death – or when it is listed as a “probable” or “presumed” cause — the death is coded as U07.1. This can include cases with or without laboratory confirmation.” So here, U07.1 means COVID-19 is the cause of death.

So why doesn’t the chart header say “All Deaths Caused By COVID-19 (U07.1)”??

Science is heavily reliant on precision, including in language. This sloppiness shouldn’t be tolerated. I’m ready to write a complaint to the CDC, clean up the descriptions on that table. Are these deaths CAUSED BY COVID, or do they include deaths for other reason but the person happened to test positive for COVID?

    • That’s right.

And for cases they may count you even if you were never tested, e.g. if 8 people were at a party and 1 is tested positive then all people in the party are counted. 800% increase right there.

They are also intentionally otherwise falsifying the stats, see here: https://www.fox35orlando.com/news/fox-35-investigates-florida-department-of-health-says-some-labs-have-not-reported-negative-covid-19-results

It’s nuts. I’d really like to see some pushback from PT and DeSantis.

This is old news. They admitted to doing this months ago. Brixx said it in a press conference. Heck, they are probably counting a Covid death if a person driving a car has Covid, hit’s a car with a driver that doesn’t have Covid, and they are calling them both Covid deaths. That’s the crazy S–t these people are doing. It’s absolutely mind blowing. This is 100% about creating fear in order to control the public.

My one idiot leftist friend, (who to his credit, is actually voting for Trump now because he’s sick of all the fake racism crap), STILL believes all the Covid lies. I keep telling him it’s all wrapped up in one big fake narrative WITH the racism crap. Yet he thinks I”m wrong when it comes to the virus. And he keeps saying the numbers are off “because it’s a really strange virus bro.” And I keep saying, don’t you find it STRANGE THAT YOU NOTICE THAT IT”S STRANGE!?!?!?!?! I said that’s because your brain is showing you patterns that don’t line up with LOGIC. Meaning your brain is getting you to notice the irregularities as compared to all other virus’s, but your logic side of the brain is having trouble receiving this information with the part of your brain that SEES the irregularities. My GOD!

      Just an anecdote:
Since early March I had my brother taking Zinc Picolinate (I ordered and had the Zinc sent to him) and Green Tea (Green Tea is a Zinc ionophore like HCQ) as a prophylactic against the China Virus.

At the end of last week his roommate’s girlfriend got the virus, his roommate got sick as did he, but after a short bout with fever of a couple of days my brother was over it and feeling well.

Needless to say he was quite happy with the result.

COVID death counts have never made a distinction between dying **FROM** the Peking Pox, or dying **WITH** it.

The standard U.S. Death certificate item 32 Part 1 has 4 lines (a-d) for reporting conditions in the CAUSE of Death. The immediate cause goes on line a. Other conditions, if any, leading to the cause listed on line a can be entered on lines b-d. The instructions inform the coroner, etc. to sequentially list conditions, if any, leading to the cause on line a in b, c and d, with the underlying cause (disease or injury that initiated the events resulting in death) listed last. Additionally, there is Part II that allows the person completing the certificate to “Enter other significant conditions contributing to death but not resulting in the underlying condition given in PART 1.”

COVID (whether confirmed in a lab test or not) can be listed in either on one of the lines in Part 1 or in Part 2. Even if COVID is not the immediate or underlying cause, they will be reported as COVID related or involved.

I am asking my Bureau of Vital Statistics for detailed data regarding this. These are the questions that need to be asked.

          1. How many COVID related/involved deaths have occurred in the state?

          2. How many deaths being reported as COVID related/involved had COVID indicated on PART 1 line a of the death certificate? Line b? Line c? Line d?

          4. How many deaths being reported as COVID related had the COVID reference in PART 2?

          5. Does the Bureau of Vital Statistics death files include a data element to indicate whether a COVID viral test was taken and the results? If so, how many of these COVID related deaths were tested and what were the results?

          6. Is it possible to obtain or download a data set of the state’s death file for analysis?

          Cheers.

This has always been the case. Below is a video from April showing Illinois’ health director making it very clear that if you died while you had it, it was counted as a “covid death.” She did not appear to be happy about the deception, but was required by CDC to report it that way, and so she was trying to tell everyone the scam.

If you jump off a bridge and die, and they do a postmortem test and find you had the virus, it is a “covid death.” Fall off your balcony, choke on a chicken bone, shot by your girlfriend’s husband, get run over by a bus, no matter. If you have the virus when you expire you are a “covid death.” It’s been a big scam from day one.

George Floyd had COVID 19. His death will be counted as a COVID 19 death. That dipstick knee on the neck officer should use this in his defence. I can see his attorney imploring the jury: “Ladies and Gentlemen of the jury, this case comes down to a question of who or what killed George Floyd. The US Government has already determined that he died from COVID 19 by including his death in the COVID 19 statistics. So the Government has determined a disease killed George, not my client. If the Government is now saying that they lied about the death of Mr Floyd once, why would you believe the same Government now? Ladies and Gentlemen of the jury who are you going to believe? big government BS statistics? Or your lyin eyes? Of course it was COVID that killed Floyd. If the COVID stats fit, you must acquit.”

Either that or the Government could count COVID deaths accurately and the way they do for every other disease. I think the knee of the neck might be a more plausible cause of Floyd’s death than COVID 19.

This is where you can see about 1/2 the people wearing them covering their nose and mouth but several of those are knitted, fabric, bandana, or dust masks. The other 1/2 are wearing them covering their mouth only, on their chin, down around their neck, or on top of their head. So, if I wear mine around my upper arm it will be just as effective as the whole lot of them. This whole thing is a waste of attention.

“The following are prepared remarks for Walmart CEO Doug McMillon during the company’s June 5, 2020, Friday Afternoon Meeting.

« Hello everyone and welcome to our Friday afternoon meeting. This first week of June is very different for us this year. Our original plan for today’s meeting was to replicate, to the extent possible, the type of associate celebration we have in Bud Walton Arena.

But, as we all know, we are leading through an unprecedented global health crisis, a challenging economic period, and in the United States, we are painfully struggling with long-standing and deep-seated issues related to injustice, inequality and fairness.

For those of you participating from around the world, today’s conversation will, at times, focus on what’s happening in America, but I believe the challenges, opportunities and solutions are applicable around the world where there is injustice and unfairness.

For all of our associates, we are thankful for the dedication and hard work you’ve poured into this demanding year and we will spend time during this meeting to show our gratitude.

The murder of George Floyd is tragic, painful, and unacceptable. His death is not an isolated event. We remember Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery and so many other Black Americans who have been killed. It’s important that we all understand that our problems, as a nation, run much deeper than one horrible event. Our nation has failed to fully acknowledge and resolve the root issues. Slavery, lynching, the concept of separate but equal and the other realities from our past have morphed into a set of systems today that are all too often, unjust. That’s why we see so many people mobilized and that’s why we see a diverse group of Americans joining the protest.
      ……

Because we want to address systematic racism in society head-on and accelerate change, Walmart and the Walmart Foundation are committing $100 million to create a new center on racial equity. Through this $100 million commitment, the center will support philanthropic initiatives that align with four key areas: the nation’s financial, healthcare, education, and criminal justice systems. The goal of the center is to help advance economic opportunity and healthier living, including issues surrounding the social determinants of health, strengthening workforce development and related educational systems, and support criminal justice reform with an emphasis on examining barriers to opportunity faced by those exiting the system.»

A few minutes ago, the doctor in charge of the planning for the coronavirus aspect of the previously anticipated in person convention in Houston spoke. He acknowledged that the hospitals in the Houston area are being challenged by their heavy caseloads. In discussions with other physicians, he offered his treatment recommendations for patients not admitted to a hospital. Logic: masks are not evil. Masks and proper extreme measures CAN protect you from getting the virus. Please do not denegrate the people at risk who choose to wear masks, anymore than a person NOT wearing a mask should be denigrated (or those being coerced into following the law upon grave penalty – not surprised if next they will try to take people children away).

Fauci lied when he said masks don’t help.

Doesn’t mean they are perfect, but I had to argue with my elderly Mom to wear one during the initial spread. They could have told us the truth and made buying N-95 masks restricted to medical personal at severe penalty (NY says $10k fine is reasonable, ok for NOT wearing a mask = $10K fine per mask would have got people thinking twice before profiteering) and given pointers about best materials and design to keep tight to face and over nose. Instaed we get makeshift BS cause they didn’t tell people the truth and give them information to protect themselves.

Oh yeah, why did Fauci not stop Cuomo, deblasio and Newsom from sending (requiring) sick people into nursing homes to kill the most vulnerable?????

I get why people are pissed about maks and the lies, but the masks, and their wearers, are not at fault. China is at fault.

Knitted masks with 1/4″ holes, dust masks from Home Depot, underwear, bandanas, and cute little fabric masks that say something on them help in no way, shape or form. Also, apparently the mandate to wear them is satisfied with wearing them over your chin, over your mouth only, around your neck, or on top of your head. None of this works other than to “tell everyone you care about them so they feel better that you are complying.”

At risk people need to wear the proper mask in the proper way. Everyone else is playing to the tune of the “conform culture war” that is going on right now. They claim it is in the name of ‘science.’ I say it is in the name of stupidity.

https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMp2006372 From the New England Journal of Medicine: For our purpose of discussion of the topic of mask-wearing *outside of medical facilities,* the second paragraph is pertinent:

“We know that wearing a mask outside health care facilities offers little, if any, protection from infection. Public health authorities define a significant exposure to Covid-19 as face-to-face contact within 6 feet with a patient with symptomatic Covid-19 that is sustained for at least a few minutes (and some say more than 10 minutes or even 30 minutes). The chance of catching Covid-19 from a passing interaction in a public space is therefore minimal. In many cases, the desire for widespread masking is a reflexive reaction to anxiety over the pandemic.”

It makes most folks FEEL better to wear a mask.

Logic test: They claim using a mask which (I assume N-95 so it effectively blocks breathing viruses) “offers little, if any, protection from infection”.

Distortion: Only if you define away all of the more casual contacts that we face. Masks are not intended to protect in a sick-room. To learn more look up people

The conclusion is based upon their definition of a “significant exposure” to an infectious person, near by, face-to-face for an extended period of time.

They are incorrectly applying one type of case (heavy load hospital infectious area) to a very different case (casual public contact). They should scientifically test how well different masks work in casual public contact directly to have a valid conclusion. (so, why have I not read of them doing petri-dish testing of the air in public areas to test the load? will need to investigate…).

Oh, wait, they do have a protection measure, its called N-95: stops 95%! (I prefer R-95 carbon impregated to reduce VOCs. You can smell when it is not working, so I know masks can be effective, and can also leak. The peek-a-boo nose flashers ain’t doin it right!

The “expert”scientists can’t even seem to get consistent test results and conclusions on hard surface transmissions…

              Protect yourself and your family.

Look up the type of measures that immune compromised people have to take to protect themselves and you will realize that the problem is not wearing masks or that they don’t work, but rather, it takes a mix of stringent coordinated actions to fully protect and sanitize from public exposures to biological and chemical toxins. The attorney who showed up in Court in a HazMat suit had it perfectly correct. Wearing proper masks and being careful about surface contacts in airports has always made sense to reduce chance of infection.

You don’t want to wear a mask? I have not problem with that. I’ll just stay away from you and go about my business. Actually, I’m fine with most people getting sick and getting past it so the thing dies out – keeping pockets of unexposed people will just lead to more trasmissions to vulnerable people for a longer time.

Since the authors didn’t state they were referring to N-95 masks, which is NOT the usual mask worn in hospitals, except under specific conditions, in specialized units, they were referring to paper surgical masks.

The reason paper, cloth and some N-95 masks aren’t useful against viruses is because they don’t filter below ranges 0.4-0.5 or like with cloth, not at all. The size of a covid (and flu) virus is 0.1. Whether contact is casual or in a sick room, the mask material functions the same. The virus is the same size.

The authors said masks may have some efficacy in close clinical contact, for short periods of time. Decades of studies tell us that’s the best case scenario for wearing masks, but peak performance, protection is statistically insignificant against microorganisms.

It’s simple logic. If the efficacy of paper and cloth masks, in close clinical settings, is so minimal it’s open to debate, there is no debate about efficacy among the general public.  Likewise, decades of studies and trials tell us that wearing paper and cloth masks are ineffective among the general population.

An immuno-suppressed person certainly does have a challenge, as do all high risk people. They know their risks and know what they need to do to protect themselves, especially during cold and flu season, as well as making good choices about being around sick people or crowds. It’s their responsibility to decide what, when and where. It’s their decision, in conjunction with their Dr., about when they should quarantine and what, if any, personal protection equipment they should use.

It is NOT wise for the rest of society’s to adapt their behaviors and lifestyle to accommodate the possibility someone somewhere might have immune system dysfunctions. Doing so is not in the best health interest of healthy people OR in the best health interest of the immuno-suppressed person. Their immune system may not be functioning at its best and you don’t them to be exposed to anything that would overtax it, but that doesn’t mean they don’t still have some function that you want to keep healthy and improve over time, if possible. Avoiding germs outside a sterile environment is impossible. Period. Fortunately, most bacteria and viruses aren’t bad, but are necessary to keep our immune systems healthy.  People whose immune systems have been severely depressed, shouldn’t be out in public anyway, until they’re better. They and their families know what to do.

The real story about this article is found below it under the “Letters” tab. One of the authors writes they have found out their study was being used to say masks don’t work. That was not their intent. They were encouraging masks…because?…they’re like talisman to make people feel safer, even though realistically and scientifically, they’re not?

THIS is the problem. Not whether to wear masks or not. Scientists are attacked by the ideologically “woke” crowd that love to claim “settled science” is their guide, but know absolutely nothing, but talking points they heard somewhere. Because the “wokees” rove in gangs, and are loud, demanding and threatening, genuine scientists fear being canceled, so they cave, even if they have to refute or retract a well done, legitimate study…only because it goes against the narrative.

Now the CDC tells us that wearing masks for 2 more months should precipitate the end of the COVID19 virus. No explanation for this pronouncement has been given. Are we to believe this story and wear masks for two more months? It has already been 15 weeks (3 1/2 months since we flattened the curve) so how do they suddenly surmise that 9 more weeks should take care of it? Do not buy into this latest CDC nonsense until a factual data supported statistic is shown to be the reason for such a pronouncement. I think that this is just another way to try to push this nonsense up to the election. There are not any factual data surrounding this whole “pandemic”, so how can we trust anyone now. The only thing that will put an end to COVID19 is herd immunity. I suggest we all go back to our normal lives immediately so that we can allow that to happen.

No more masks, no more 6 foot bs, no more disinfectant, no more useless written check-ins where we shop or eat, and no more COVID19 tests whenever we need to go to a doctor for anything else. This hoax was designed to help a geriatric dementia case win an election and all this statistical bullshit is being manipulated so hospitals will realize financial incentives for participating in the hoax. It is all about the election in November and I am all fed up with it. Are you?

The slower the virus travels across the globe, the more virulent it will become: thought is that a dearth of possible new hosts means that only the most sturdy forms of the virus will survive over time. If, however, the average-strength virus (not the alpha viruses) could, as in normal circumstances, move quickly from person to person, then when meaner, sturdier viruses reach new hosts, the latter will have greater immunity to the stronger forms of the virus and not have serious reactions.
Under normal circumstances, a respiratory virus will travel for a period of months. However, Dems are hoping for a 10-year plan for Covid-19. Thing is: if we continue with lockdowns, Dems may actually attain their goal with tragic health consequences due to the mean, slow boil contagion. By that time, Dems will have cornered the market on Hydro with little of it available for purchase.

American Betrayal: The Secret Assault on Our Nation’s Character (2013)

In “American Betrayal”, Diana West argues that America began to abandon its core ideals and march toward Socialism nearly 75 years ago. Starting in the late 1930s, at the time of FDR, the Soviets were already in a position to take advantage of the many communist sympathizers in the U.S. Not only FDR, but also Presidents Truman and Eisenhower and those in their inner circles played roles in enabling the U.S.S.R. as well as concealing the massive Moscow-directed penetration of American society. West shows that the system of spies designed to denigrate the American way of life was deep and extensive.

My problem with the masks, if they work so great why not just wear them forever?

If kids need to wear them when a study from Iceland and one from Ireland (from Bongino’s Monday podcast) showed kids don’t really transmit the disease and we know they don’t die from this, then what is stopping the requirement because the “flu” which does transmit among kids and they do die from it?

Not just several a lot more than that. All states’ data needs to be investigated. This is going on in all of them.

That’s not a mistake. The number of labs reporting 100% is evidence of a conspiracy. A planned outcome was premeditated. Now FIND OUT BY WHO!!!

Does the CDC think people are not scared enough??

    https://www.pennlive.com/coronavirus/2020/07/coronavirus-symptoms-cdc-adds-multiple-new-signs-to-watch-for-including-congestion.html

Are they trying to convince everyone that they have Covid-19?

And then there is this rush for a vaccine:

    https://www.politico.com/news/2020/07/14/coronavirus-vaccine-clinical-trial-results-361844

Moderna needs 30,000 US volunteers (guinea pigs) by July 27th ‘to test’ their new vaccine.

The CDC is gathering those guinea pigs right up for Moderna’s shiny needles.

Where is anyone to stop this speeding train?

    • I am guessing it is two fold. One is to create fear so that people can be more easily controlled.

The other reason is that if COVID supposedly has every symptom imaginable, then it is very easy to state that someone died from COVID without ever having a test done. Have you ever known someone near death that didn’t have a ton of these symptoms, regardless of the cause!

new airborne study released this week. 10 air samples taken 2-5 meters from the beds of 44 confirmed COVID-19 patients. All air samples were NEGATIVE for COVID-19.

Airborne/particle residence = very rare w/ this virus.

Note: to be clear, just so there’s no confusion, air samples negative for SARS-CoV-2*.

I got curious – how does registered voting break down racially? Found a handy page from the census folk.

    https://www.census.gov/data/tables/time-series/demo/voting-and-registration/p20-583.html

The data presented is based on the 2018 midterm elections.

Looks like there are around 123.7 million white registered voters, around 19 million black registered voters, and around 15.5 million hispanic registered voters.

They have a lot more data there, too.

I made the mistake of putting Fox Business on my SiriusXM radio this morning while driving to work, only to hear Maria and her roundtable of guests all say amen to wearing masks. Good people wear them. Bad people don’t. 🐑🐑🐑

I think it’s fair to say dwellers and workers of New York City and New Jersey have had different personal experiences than most Americans have had. Their numbers of the very, very ill and the dead dwarf anything other states and cities have seen plus, the city’s density makes staying 6 ft away from others as you walk even a block or two tremendously difficult. Hell, people in my town (Calif) don’t walk EXCEPT in stores! (not saying that’s good, just pointing out Californians are car folk.)

I’m amazed at how many people are wearing masks. No one has said anything to me at any grocery store for not wearing one.
Waiting for the news conference when PT introduces doctors who are treating patients successfully and researchers who share their methods and findings that masks don’t help.
People are losing income and jobs and businesses.

A few weeks ago it was about 50/50 in PA. Now it’s 90% wearing masks. I am in the 10% who won’t do it.

Some places the signs have changed saying fines could be imposed, so the scare tactic is working.

Now seeing what Florida has done with fraudulent # of cases, maybe we will go back to being sane….We need to end this stupidity but need the President to change his tune a bit on this as well. That would go a long way.
